It is basically like a LinkedIn for your company. You can post things for only certain groups, for only internal people, for different Teams and from LinkedIn to DSMN8. You can also filter and search by who posted it. You can add colleagues just like other social media and then my company defaulted me to be friends with all of our company Sites. **What do you dislike about DSMN8?** I don't like having to login each time I receive an email from work to check something out. It is just one more platform to have to check and keep up with. It is relatively easy to use and create a post. It is good that I can see how I compare to my colleagues in terms of posts, clicks and points. However, if I want to see who is engaging with my posts, or what type of posts attract the most engagement I can't do this.
