There are many features that allow for the backup to be costomised in accordance with individual needs. Ability to cryptographically lock the backup to prevent tampering attempts is also very helpful, especially in the context of ransomware-related risks. **What do you dislike about Druva Data Security Cloud?** It was not technically possible to have Druva nativelly store the Salesforce backup in a European jurisdiciton. **What problems is Druva Data Security Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Druva allows us to backup core cloud data storeges as well as endpoints (laptops) in an external location and easily recover from such backup when needed. This improves our data resiliency, makes us less exposed to various attacks, enhances our disaster recovery, and generally prevents data loss. We also use Druva to comply with eDiscovery requiremetns and to address the risk of ransomware. ### 2. We also wanted an all-in-one platform that would not only backup our servers, but also our Salesforce environment. Druva is one of the few that actually allow an all-in-one solution. Just a few clicks and a new data set is ready for backup. Restores are a quick few clicks as well. Peace of mind about our backups is finally letting us concentrate on other important tasks. **What do you dislike about Druva Data Security Cloud?** There isn't much I have found with Druva that would be a "downside". One thing is that when you want to delete an obsolete server, it can be confusing when Druva complains that a backup policy still exists. It should be able to just remove the old server and adjust the policies to accomodate removal. **What problems is Druva Data Security Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our previous backup solution was on-site. It was limiting in that we would quickly run out of disk space on that system and have to reduce retention. We actually experienced a crypto hack and all of the backup data was lost. There were no air-gaps or immutability built into that system which should be required by ALL backup systems. Druva has solved these problems and our worry level has dropped to near zero. ### 4. Druva does not provide support for implemenatation. It is perfect for SMBs. Remote deployment is almost not possible even using AD or any other central authentication. This was a complex approach to a easy task. When we first got POC with Druva, i was really impressed with its features. I didn't have to pay twice for Could and onprem. We have cross-functional teams able to collaborate easily by using this tool to monitor any backups and failures we have regarding our internal services. The support team is also very resilient in that if there is something they need to follow-up on regarding Druva, they do so as fast and as best as they can and follow-up with almost no delay. They're also very accomodating in terms of meeting times and communication methods. **What do you dislike about Druva Data Security Cloud?** In all honestly, I can't really think of anything I dislike about Druva. **What problems is Druva Data Security Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Druva is clearly able to identify our backup failures and provide us sufficient details for how to resolve these through their console, customer support, and their documentation. ### 30. Before Druva, we only had on-premise backups of various servers. They were vulnerable to cyber-attacks. With our movement to cloud with Druva not only has all our servers been secured , we were also able to expand to other regions without requiring additional charges . Druva Team reaches out multiple times a year to check in and help improve your experience if possible. **What do you dislike about Druva Data Security Cloud?** Sometimes find alerts regarding licensing threshold being reached to be a bit overkill but others in a fast growing business would require to make changes. Mabye something that those notifications can have additional preferences. **What problems is Druva Data Security Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have come across needing to find emails of staff member no longer with the company. User was in the preserved state and we could recover any emails business required. Also with staff travelling, laptops have been stolen or lost when traveling.
