When you had to restore something it took a really long time to find the data and restore which was cumbersome. Using Druva is really fast with both file backups and resorations. Finding the data is easy with date specific backups and easy to drill down into file trees. **What do you dislike about Druva Data Security Cloud?** No real downside that I have come across in using so far. There is a learning curve with the software interface but once you know how to find your data it's fairly easy. I would have liked more training than what I received but that does not weigh on any issue with Druva. **What problems is Druva Data Security Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** The data backup and restoration process is very nice. By using their service it also takes more equipment out of our data room that we do not have to maintain. In the past it was any type of storage media that physically sat in our location. To keep things offsite we had to get another company to hold onto that data. Using Druva eliminates a lot of extra steps and multiple vendors. ### 8. You can implement this in one day also, if this for M365 backup or Gsuite also if you are having some asset management tools for install the agent on endpoints, so Insync implementation also easy and it will get completed between 2-3 days if there is 1000 more endpoints also. Customer support of Druva also good. You can raise request through support portal or if you required immediate solution you can directly call to support and get a avaialble engineer to solve your queries. AThey answered our questions even on weekends and went out of their way to support our due date. We use it on a weekly basis to track our backups for errros. We had to do multiple analysis to identify how and why the storage was spiking. It was only later that Druva offered us with unlimited storage. Salesforce backups are niche in the market. Given our confidence in these products, we moved back to back up our servers: VMs and FS with Druva Phoenix. Clarity in the way credits are used.
