As a google admin I´m exploring the back up capabilities for gmail and drive and I´ve found it a solid tool for that, the best part I believe is the eDiscovery. Powerful and with granular access. Excellent for admins. The downside for now is just the way we can interact with the documents found with eDiscovery but I´m still testing it so I can´t be sure if its negative or just a matter of getting use to it. It is a great all-in-one stop shop for our Backup needs from our GSuite back up and our on-premises Hyper-V VMs. The GUI is easy to read and understand with great insight in how much storage we are using for our backups. The main improvement that I can see would be the implementation of a radio button that can present daily, weekly, or monthly backups. Making customer's experience a little easier. The Features are great but you get that from a spec sheet. What you don't get from a spec sheet is the quality of the service. We have regular Zoom catch ups with an account manager and when we do need some technical support - which is not often by the way, the support techs have very good in depth knowledge of the product. Remember those old backup systems where you'd cross your fingers and hope everything worked? Yeah, Druva's the opposite of that. It just works. Everything's automated, and I can restore anything I need in minutes – a single email, a whole folder, even an entire Shared Drive. It's like magic, but the reliable kind. One of the biggest time-savers has been Druva's support for SCIM. Automated provisioning and deprovisioning of users has streamlined our user management significantly. What do you dislike about Druva Data Security Cloud? More GUI functions would be nice, but everything I requested has been available via API. Before Druva, we had to manually backup our Gsuite users with vault via Google App Scripting. It was manual, and needed someone to always maintain if the backups were successful, which many did not due to total allowable execution time for one day. With Druva, it eliminated and automated our Google Workspace backups. Integration was easy to set up and the engineering team helped us troubleshoot our issues within the day of the ticket. Mistakes happen, accidents happen, and when your data is critical you need the best backup. I trust DRUVA to be there when I need it. I can log in and restore data in a flash making my job easier. Setting up a new endpoint is easy, and there is nothing my end user needs to do, it could not be easier to set up. I log into the console at least once a week, and find it easy to use.
