The main problem Druva Data Security Cloud has solved is the ability to backup and restore from a cloud-based setting. The customer service with Druva has always been amazing, we have been customers for many years and continue to use the Druva platform because of it's ease of use and is easy to implement. The costs are directly related to how much data you are backing up, which for a company that keeps data forever can become expensive quickly. Flat fee licenses would be better for us. We use it for backing up out end user laptops as well as servers. It can backup almost any type of data, SQL, Exchange, M365, File Servers, VMware, etc. The flexibility has been great.
