Probably the dashboard and UI. Compared to some, it's very easy to use, understand, and learn. I don't have any major complaints on there.The customer service has also been excellent. Druva gives us the ability to not only run our various backups however we need to, but it was very easy to implement and is very easy to maintain. The only bad thing I can say about Druva is that it has so much useful functionality, that the website can be a bit difficult to navigate for a new user, but it only takes a few minutes to get used to it and get rolling. With our previous backup solution, we were having constant issues maintaining the connection to the cloud based backup sites, and it was very difficult to access the backups when we needed to restore something.
