With features such as automated reports, real-time notifications, and customizable testing schedules, DrugPak makes managing drug screening in the workplace easier than ever before while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy. **What do you dislike about DrugPak?** I can't think of any drawbacks or issues with DrugPak - it performs as expected. **What problems is DrugPak solving and how is that benefiting you?** DrugPak is allowing us to efficiently manage our workplace drug screening program by simplifying and streamlining the drug testing process and providing us with real-time notifications and automated reports that help us make informed decisions about our drug testing program. We are now able to quickly identify any potential issues with employee drug use and take appropriate action while effectively maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in our testing and reporting processes. ### 2. It is user-friendly and gives the best user experience. We can work from home or anywhere through mobile phones, which is convenient. I also love their support team because they are very incredible. They work for 24/7 and are very quick to respond online in case of any issue. I can’t think of any other drug test software **What do you dislike about DrugPak?** Honestly, I don’t have something I dislike about the software. It is a tremendous software with great features. They are continuously making improvements to their features, which is something I like. **What problems is DrugPak solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our clients can see their results immediately after the test . Also, we can arrange our drug testing effectively. ### 3. I have not has issues with any of the features. **What problems is DrugPak solving and how is that benefiting you?** The client portal is great--it allows clients to review drug screen results without me having to take the time out to send them results. ### 4. Sometimes buttons misfire and don't always act the same way and need to be pressed more than once to get action, which can slow me down. **What problems is DrugPak solving and how is that benefiting you?** Turn around times for these onboarding background check drug tests have gotten much faster and we've been able to shorten our hiring times with their services, which has been a major win ### 5.
