Easy of use. Geat mechanism of aligning feedback with business goals

**What do you dislike about dropthought?**

None, for now. The mechanism is working well and in the longer run we might be able to find out if there is anything which no longer suits us.

**What do you like best about dropthought?**

I really like how helpful the Dropthought team has been as we continue to roll out the software. They are constantly reaching out asking if we need help, offering insight to how other teams may be utilizing the software and are willing to work with us to solve how to best use the software within our operation.

With Dropthought being a newer company, I am looking forward to seeing additional use cases throughout the off-season for how we can continue to improve our operation.

Dropthought is helping us become a more data-driven company. It will assist our team with making educated decisions throughout the season and during the off-season.

I have nothing to dislike. It would be better to use the mobile version.

Client requirements are understood better, feedback is clear, and expectations are clearly stated. In addition, it allows us to identify areas for improvement, which is useful for self-analysis.

Certain times it is confusing upon the number of clients who have given a review, it would be easy if there's a separate counter for the same

It is solving the problem of quality assessment directly from the customer, it helps us by identifying our weak spots and provides us data upon which we have to improve

DropThought is an easy-to-use survey platform that streamlines information and data retrieval for our company. However, what really sets them apart from the rest is their amazing customer service.

**What do you dislike about dropthought?**

There are some limitations to the platform and requirements that don't always fit our needs. The DropThought representatives are always there to lend support to find a work around though.

**What problems is dropthought solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are currently using DropThought to streamline our forms processes using surveys with live response reporting data that is useful and easy to understand. We look forward to expanding its use to other areas of our business.

Capturing customer's feedback and easy it is easy to understand presented data.

**What do you dislike about dropthought?**

The feedback we get from clients is that it does not provide the same features as the likes of Survey Monkey etc.

Capturing individual customer data and packaging it into segments that are easy to understand as a whole, helping us understand and evaluate customer sentiment.

It's not just another platform but also provides feedback with analytics. The user interface is easily understandable anyone can log in and use it.

Nothing specific but would like to see integrated with WhatsApp, email, and other social networks.

Earlier it was very difficult to manage my feedback but now I can manage and act upon the feedback under one roof.

I don't think anything is wrong. Your survey is perfectly well and fabulously designed with good user interface.

**What do you like best about dropthought?**

The feedback mechanism is super useful. It helps to find those clients whom I've not been in touch with. Just by touching those clients I've increased my business by 15%.

**What do you dislike about dropthought?**

Nothing as of now but would suggest bringing an app version that would have amazing charts and pictorial representation of data. So, the app is more user friendly.

I have got a huge client base whom I miss contacting. With regular feedback, I'm in touch with my untouched clients. Apart from this application makes me feel that I am doing the right thing for my business.

Not just a feedback form.It helps me to exactly look at me pre determined set of required questions without spending much time in organising the data.

I feel the website only has a desktop view. Please provide an Andriod application.

It is not so user-friendly. To find out options & feature it's hard. Its not so helpful for multiple admin kind of users

UI Design is smooth and intuitive.Publishing of survey is very easy to understand and the tracking features do the job.

Some parts are not user friendly.Setting up triggers is very time consuming every time.

It's helping us to smoothly create surveys and track  the responses efficiently. Feedback from large  samples is collected in an orderly and user friendly manner.

**What do you like best about dropthought?**

DT has a very user friendly interface. It makes collection and analysis of data really easy to understand. The dashboards are easy to understand and offer great insights. 
We have also used it to track instant feedback on multiple mediums and it always delivers great results.

They can add mobile app to complement the product.

Before using DT, we had issues with gauging customer feedback. This relates to product support. With DT we were able to track and identify areas we need improvement, and how different segments rate our services. This further helped to improve our services for the most lucrative segments.
