I have used DropSend for a few years now and the ability to upload files from my phone and tablet is a great benefit. It is a great way to keep documents secure in the cloud and share them at a moment's notice. DropSend is my go-to service for sending large files to both in-house staff members or to clients. There is a limitation to the size of files that we can send through email services but with DropSend, we can send heavy files multiple times on the platform.

Prior to using DropSend, we had to send files/documents in batches using email service providers, now we can easily zip the large files altogether and send them to clients even if the zipped file is more than 10GB+. There is no restriction to the size of the files being sent and received on all plans be it the basic, standard, or professional plan.

The basic plan has only 25 sends per month, I think this should be looked at and extended to 30+. I expected more.

Also, the 10GB online storage is a bit on the low side. Even the standard and the professional plan have the same online storage of 25GB, there should be a noticeable difference in these plans.
