In New Mexico, all licensed attorneys will be required to have succession plans and one particular requirement is that a subsequent ("Assisting Attorney") must have access to current client documents and Trust and business documents. I don't have any cons for our particular use case. We use the platform as a client portal. Clients upload files to the portal.
