What I like most about Dropbox is how easy it is to store, organize, and share files across teams. In my work, I use it to share training materials, presentations, and important documents, and the file syncing works reliably across devices.
The interface is simple, and features like shared folders and link sharing make collaboration very smooth. It saves time compared to sending files back and forth over email and ensures everyone has access to the latest version.
I use Dropbox as part of my workflow to manage and share training materials with internal teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One limitation I’ve noticed with Dropbox is that the pricing can feel a bit high compared to some alternatives, especially when additional storage is needed.
Also, while syncing is generally reliable, I’ve experienced occasional delays when working with larger files or frequent updates. It would be helpful if more advanced collaboration features were available directly within the platform instead of relying on external tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
