"An excellent way to collaborate and share files"

5/5

What do you like best about Dropbox?

Dropbox makes it easy to upload single files, share links to those files, and store files so that I can access them on all of my devices. I have also set it so that certain downloads and screenshots save automatically to dropbox, allowing me to preserve valuable hard drive space. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dropbox?

The free version doesn't allow you to upload folders, making it time consuming to upload single files and making organization of files much more difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Dropbox:

I would recommend upgrading to Dropbox Pro if you have the budget. The increased storage capacity along with the ability to upload folders makes it well worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dropbox solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sharing files that need to be accessed all times of the day from various locations on various devices. We have seen the benefits of being able to quickly pull up shared documents when on location to check things. I have also been able to store files that are not routinely used for collaboration, but need to be accessed at random times by random parties. Lastly, we have been able to share photos and other images easily without dealing with email attachment capacities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
