I like how simple it is to use, and how quickly customer support is there to help when I need it. It has so many different features and very easy to make it apart of your everyday process. I use dropbox sign everyday to help me and my business. I love how it updated me when clients sign so I can stay on top of my work. Dropbox Sign (formerly HelloSign) is the most economical solution for eSignatures. It is very easy to set up for the company. Easy training for the staff to undersand and use weekly. The ability for teams to see each others documents is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We really wish that the teams options would be more global. For example, system admins should be able to share documents with particular teams without having to be in that team. This is a great hinderence to a few our use cases where managers are global admins in Dropbox Sign but needs to share eSigned documents with their immediate staff who are only users of Dropbox Sign. Very easy to get docs signed. Knowing they are safe and I don't have to use my own hard drive space to store them! I use it daily! Tons of amazing features lets me have multiple people sign the same contract, or customize to one person. Very easy to upload and implement my docs. Custmer support is easy to reach when needed.

It is a time saver when it comes to getting approval signatures for paying invoices or payroll. It is easy to use and very convenient . It's intuitive to use on both sides -- setting it up, but also client-side which has been helpful with my older clients. I like the audit report that is included in the final PDF. I am still unable to "Drag Documents Here to Upload." I wish there were a few more features. Sometimes I would like to have more options when marking up the document. It's very easy to use, simple and quick to upload documents and send off for signing. Nice updates to advise when clients have opened the file and again when signed. It would be nice to see a bit quicker which client and email address was used for each document being sent out, there may be a better way but for now i have to click on each one to see which documents are out for signing still and which one is for which client.
