One of the best thing I like about the Dropbox sign is that the ease of integration. We can prepare any type of documents, contracts, etc. and can send it to others for theirs signatures. we can send these document with the link which is fully secured and encrypted. The best feature of Dropbox sign is that we can upload prefilled PDF forms to create a document with that process the editable content will not get erased on uploading. With the Dropbox sign we can customize the date and sign formats. The colour coding option for different signs is interesting feature. We can create and save different templates for different documents and senders which is one of the distinguishing feature when we can compare it with other competitors. Many features of Dropbox sign are very good and useful but sometimes the difficulties like alum alignment of different boxes during preparation of document is a headache and takes a lot of time. What problems is Dropbox Sign (formerly HelloSign) solving and how is that benefiting you? With the Dropbox sign we can save a lot of time which require for preparation of document signing, printing, faxing, scanning and emailing. Also we can save the signed copies in the designated folder so that we can maintain the documents in a separate folder. Due to Dropbox sign we can track the document signatures and also can remind others for pending work. It saves a paper and pen work and automate the workflow.
