I often find that sometimes bosses can misspell an email address, and we might wait a long time for someone to respond who never will. On the other hand, if I can edit that email rather than delete the document and start over, it will save even more time. But after I learned that my existing Dropbox account could manage signatures for me I gave it a shot and it was SO easy. I had both my signature and the actor's as a requirement, but only need their's. It's also nice that signers are able to click the link emailed to them to get into the document directly. **What do you dislike about Dropbox Sign (formerly HelloSign)?** I absolutely can't stand the process of applying text fields and signature fields. About 95% of the time, I get one box placed, try to shift it slightly to better align the box, and then it pops right back to the first spot it was placed in. The same thing happens when I try to re-size the box as well. Additionally, the free version of HelloSign didn't allow for saving a template (I use the same contract over and over again), but now that I'm on DigiSigner I can save everything and the process is much more streamlined. **What problems is Dropbox Sign (formerly HelloSign) solving and how is that benefiting you?** I no longer use Dropbox Sign because DigiSigner solves my problems — i.e. needing to send out 1-3 contracts per month for signing — better and for free. They make it very simple to send out your documents in order to be signed. Also like how - they do not need the signers to make an account in order to complete a document. Everything is clear and easy to find. I can easily get them sent, signed, saved within an hour. **What do you dislike about Dropbox Sign (formerly HelloSign)?** The least was getting so many email reminders which can get cumbersome. Perhaps it is just a setting that I can change. **What problems is Dropbox Sign (formerly HelloSign) solving and how is that benefiting you?** Getting paperwork completed by clients that I am not seeing in person regularly.
