When I first started as a graphic designer, I had to send contracts to clients via email, then have them sign and fax them back. It was a cumbersome process, and many didn't want the hassle. Dropbox Sign completely eliminated what was a major friction point in my client acquisition process. It has helped me get more contracts signed, faster, because it is so convenient for my clients. Features are on par with other signing tools. Simple UI, easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Dropbox Sign (formerly HelloSign)? Hellosign/Dropbox sign has poor email delivery. After sending a contract to sign many customers say they can't find the email in spam or anywhere in inbox. It's super frustrating. We end up sending a PDF for them to sign half the time after trying this tool. Same experience across several other users at our company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
