The software is straightforward, does exactly what it should do, and users have far fewer issues with it. I also love the integration with Slack, which notifies me immediately when a member signs, including a link to the completed form. More recently, I noticed that we now have the ability to change the title of the form just before it's sent out to the member, which is great! It used to read 'Document for review' on every form that went out, which wasn't insightful to our recipients nor to us when we received the form back. The new change is a game-changer! **What do you dislike about Dropbox Sign (formerly HelloSign)?** The inability to pre-fill a template form before sending it out to a recipient. Currently, the only way we can prefill a portion of the form is to either 1) upload the form and add all the textboxes each time we need to prefill information, before sending it to the recipient, which is very time-consuming, or 2) list myself as a recipient/signer on the form, send it to both the intended recipient and myself, access the form again and complete the fields I need to prefill before sending the form off again to the intended recipient. It feels too clean and lacks color and excitement.
