What do you like best about Dropbox Paper?

I like how it isn't a split-up document. If you want to, the "paper" can go on forever. It's beneficial as a teacher's assistant.It' s versitile with other media outlets such as google, youtube, spotify, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dropbox Paper?

The features were a bit tricky to figure out at first. You really have to do your research or watch the tutorial since it can be meant for so many different creators, you have to figure out what works best for you and your purpose. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dropbox Paper solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a teacher assistant, i can use it to create a lesson or homework assignment. Often times i need to insert a youtube clip about the subject followed by questions. This allows me to do that all on one document. I really like how i can also add a Prezi presentation at the end and its as easy as copy and send to all my students and they have my whole lesson on one document. What do you like best about Dropbox Paper?

Dropbox Paper does have a lot going for it, don't get me wrong. Being a collaboration tool and a way to bring your team together to work on a project or task is only one of the things that make this product worth using. You also get a lot more liberty when creating things when you go to set up your document or folder unlike some of the other programs that I have used. I personally like it, while it drives some people I know crazy. Hands down, the best thing about Dropbox Paper is that it is free to use after you set up your account if you don't have one already, provided you are OK with the space limitations set forth by the company. What do you dislike about Dropbox Paper?

There are some cons to Dropbox Paper that prevent me from shouting its name from the rooftops. Initially getting things set up and started was a good deal more convoluted than any of the other similar programs that I have worked with. Using this program for business purposes is where I really felt let down. You aren't going to get all of the bells and whistles that you get to make your documents look unique or polished like you can with other programs. Overall, Dropbox needs to decide if they are going to move forward with this thing so that they can dump some cash and resources into it, or leave it as a free option and let it be so users won't get their hopes dashed when the updates we are all hoping for never come. Recommendations to others considering Dropbox Paper:

Be aware that there are plenty of options out there. Make sure to shop around and try programs out on a trial basis when possible. Dropbox Paper comes from a great company that we trust with all of our cloud storage needs, so it only made sense that we would give them a shot with our internal collaborative tools. Make sure that you give yourself plenty of time to get the program rolled out and that you leave yourself a good amount of time to make sure that everyone understands what they are doing with the program. For some users, they will be able to catch on easily, while other users will need a good deal of help in order to get to a point that they can work independently. What problems is Dropbox Paper solving and how is that benefiting you?

The issues that we faced when looking for a program like Dropbox Paper were needing to collaborate with other remote workers across the U.S. and the world. Due to recent circumstances that led to our whole company becoming a remote-first organization, we needed to find a way to have the same type of collaboration we did while in the office. "How I like Dropbox paper"

What do you like best about Dropbox Paper?

I can fire resumes, keep files and all kinds of things with Dropbox paper. I like that it helps me keep track of files, resumes, etc. I use it with Indeed daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Dropbox Paper?

Dropbox Paper is great because it's so secure and reliable, to the point where I can use it to host all my important corporate documents in our internal cloud. Dropbox Paper's great feature is securely sharing documents with anyone outside the company and knowing they are protected. My company has benefited from Dropbox Paper because all documents can be stored in one place and accessed via the web from anywhere - in the office, from home, or from abroad.
