I think there should be a fixed formatting bar; like you'd find in Evernote, Google Docs, or Microsoft Word. Instead, there is a floating edit bar that only appears when you highlight selected text. This application seems more of a "light" version than its competitors. **Recommendations to others considering Dropbox Paper:** The only recommendation I would have others consider is to not expect a wide range of formatting options when creating/editing/collaborating on documents and such. Easily pull up files and send requests. We use this system every day, multiple times a day throughout my customer service team. It allows me to back track my work easily and pull up files I need to review. All of my work goes through dropbox to be saved and accessed. I would easily recommend this to new users **What do you dislike about Dropbox Paper?** Can take hours to sync when the system is down. When this happens you cannot view old saved files and it makes for a very difficult day. The support is good to resolve the issues and does not take longer than a day but by that time it can caused a lot of frustration and missed time.
