I think the best feature is the ability to store all of your organizations documentation within a central location. This has been extremely valuable for our sales and marketing teams, as it has allowed us to keep using the most up to date when communicating with clients. **What do you dislike about DocSend?** There are no major downsides that I have seen when using DocSend. One thing that might bother some users is constantly having to create new DocSend links when trying to hyperlink a website. It can sometimes be a little bit of a hassle when hyperlinking multiple URLs. **What problems is DocSend solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest problem DocSend has solved was eliminating sending out old and dated documentation. Docsend has allowed all of our teams to have access to the most updated files pertaining to our departments, in an easily accessible location. It's easier for ramping reps to educate themselves and identify what is appropriate to send since they can easily type in a few key phrases to locate a specific piece of collateral. It's visually pleasing and has a self explanatory user interface. The content renders perfectly. I also like that it universally updates: if you have the document in a multiple spaces, once you update the original link it's good to go. **What do you dislike about DocSend?** I wish that I was able to restrict certain domain names or have to validate email addresses. We get some "spoof" emails (like zzz@gmail.com) and it will be nice to flag that to say "please use a business email address". **What problems is DocSend solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before Docsend, we had general links on our website to pieces of sales content, but they weren't capturing any leads. When we implemented Docsend, I changed the links to Docsend links. We integrate our Docsend with Salesforce, so it pulls information in fairly seamlessly. We had an interesting lead one weekend that was viewing a lot of content. It was from a general email address, but based on their view history, I qualified the lead and forwarded it on to a salesperson. Turns out, that was a good decision! It was a consulting firm with a major company in our industry! We're now on our final pitch rounds and feel like we've got a good chance of landing the deal. I can also deactivate obsolete links to ensure that customers only have access to updated information. Another thing I like is that it has real-time display statistics, which allows me to have an easy understanding with the data. In addition to this, it allows me to create customized landing pages for specific accounts, something that I should highlight from the program is that its interface and support usually help me. **What do you dislike about DocSend?** I don't like that the content thumbnails in the email will show the DocSend logo, since the specific content thumbnail is preferable. Another factor is that currently the platform does not support video. The live presentations are great, but I would like to love the main presentations with video which does not allow me. **Recommendations to others considering DocSend:** Very suitable for sales and business development teams, its interface makes everything easier, they have full transparency on how their documents are received. I really recommend it, you won't waste your money or your time in this program. This program works very well and I am happy with this functionality. **What problems is DocSend solving and how is that benefiting you?** We love that it reduces the size of the mess in the recipient's email and is also easily shared, our customers are also satisfied by the way we use it. Simply put, we use DocSend to share investor presentations, executive summaries and other startup guarantees. When you choose to follow various individuals or communities, you may build several connections in a single file. Each time anyone clicks the button, they open the document in the DocSend HTML browser window-and, of course, they capture the details. You'll learn that the user has been through all the presentations and documents, and you'll probably know how much their time they spent reviewing each slide. DocSend records the email addresses of the individuals who received the packet, and you'll know that they delivered the presentation to someone else. **What do you dislike about DocSend?** This could be too distracting if a ton of people start reading a number of documents from various sources. Honestly, I haven't gone that far yet, which could be a concern, but that's what I would anticipate so far.
