Our company is growing rapidly, and we need a tool to allow us to upload all of these files with individual passwords in the fastest way possible. It currently takes a couple of hours, and it will only increase from there. If this problem isn't solved we will have to look for a tool that can reduce the time needed to perform these tasks. Use the mailchimp import contacts as a reference for massive uploads. Maybe like creating an account per email, and then associating a password to each of the emails. Another thing that pisses me off immensely is when you want to update a file, one of two things happen: 1. it sometimes leaves the name of the original file (which is the ideal) 2. it sometimes updates the name of the file with a new one. This happens in a random manner, meaning you have to wait until the full file has been loaded to be able to go on to the next one. # Why can't I send emails directly from this thing? YC deal is good and keeps the price low for one year. it seems like it has the right integrations. it is pretty intuitive in terms of UX. cannot send docs to specific emails and must use the link or CRM integration, which is dumb. Also, the regular price is so high compared to docusign, hellosign, etc. After the first year, it makes no sense to have this service because docusign is literally the same price. ##### Post Metadata
