I like DropBox Business management from the administration that offers me, I have many people synchronized to manage all the information, that's why I have a group of administrators who take care of that keep everything in order and give access to the system to who of he really needs it.
I like that administrators can add access to new users or restrict access to active users, allows to add greater security to users and files that require greater security through a 2-step verification.
Management from management is effective and I can verify everything from a home page that shows a profile of all account behavior. I can manage all the information of my company in the cloud and keep everything tidy.
DropBox customer support is poor. Sometimes the answer is not quick or effective. That's my experience using customer service. This should improve it, sometimes setting up DropBox doesn't allow me to perform some actions that I want and that is when I need customer support for them to give me instructions on how to fix the problem.
If your goal is to securely manage your information in the cloud then DropBox business is your right choice. Not just for having everything in one place and being able to share it easily but by giving a greater degree of protection to your information.
I recommend the Advanced version, as it offers all the space that my team needs at a good price.
DropBox Business has been a tool that has allowed us to have a lot of control over our information in the cloud. Even though it is not a security tool access controls from management has allowed us to monitor our confidential files.
Thanks to this software we don't have to give access to classified information to people who should not have access to it while keeping the information secure.
