**What do you like best about Dronedesk?**

They have amazing support. They respond quickly to suggestions and issues raised.

**What do you dislike about Dronedesk?**

Currently, the flight log import does not automatically detect the battery that was used by each flight. They are looking into this as a future enhancement.

**What problems is Dronedesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This system keeps track of, and organizes, all the details. It is easy to find leads, convert them to clients, which leads to projects and tasks. It's nice that it also keeps track of all the hardware assets and maintenance schedules.
