DriveSchoolPro is driving school software for UK Approved Driving Instructors (ADIs) and multi-instructor driving schools. Built mobile-first for instructors who manage their day between lessons, it replaces the paper diary, spreadsheets and WhatsApp threads most instructors rely on. Key capabilities include a drag-and-drop diary with clash checks across pupils, instructors and cars; pupil records with progress tracking against the DVSA National Standard (8 categories, 27 skills); an online booking widget for your own website; automatic email reminders with one-click confirmation (text and WhatsApp reminders coming soon on paid plans); card payments and pay-links through Stripe; invoicing and cash or bank payment recording; vehicle MOT, tax and insurance tracking; and AI lesson briefings. Pupils get their own app to see lessons and progress, book and pay. It works on the web, iPhone and Android. Free until 31 March 2027, then a permanent Free plan (1 instructor, up to 60 lessons a month) or Solo at £22 a month; School is £22 a month plus £10 per extra instructor. No VAT. Made by John Powell Ltd, a UK company founded in 2005.
