Driveroo was quickly configured to exactly meet our business needs. We use Driveroo for maintaining our fleet of tour vehicles. These vehicles are highly regulated and inspected annually by the California Highway Patrol. The reporting and transparency of our vehicle inspections and maintenance impressed the CHP and they could not find any issues with our documentation. Our Finance team enjoys the accurate and detailed tracking of our labor and material costs. For our fleet maintenance team, the dashboard are extremely helpful and value-added. While office staff are usually equipped with the right tools, field workers are often neglected. Driveroo addresses this gap by providing businesses with valuable data that was previously unavailable, giving them the resources they need to thrive. Each solution is highly customised, designed specifically around the business's operations rather than forcing the business to adapt, which truly sets them apart. They deliver excellent customer services. They go above and beyond to help. They respond quickly to questions and requests. Particularly, Kateryna and Irina have been most helpful with setting up multiple new tasks and equipment and they do so with a ready to help attitude. Driveroo has been helpful in streamlining our workflows and ensuring each piece of equipment is safe to use every time through daily inspections. The system is user friendly and the process is easy. Our managers, warehouseman and drivers were able to acclimate quickly to a new task of daily inspections and it allows us to show our employees that safety is our number 1 priority. I like how on the service end, it's very easy to get modifications or help with problems and learning the software. Driveroo also has the ability to link together operators with dispatch, along with owners and fleet managers, and even maintenance staff if needed. This connectivity is really useful. Our Driveroo rep, Moises Salabarria, and staff, have been extremely attentive to our needs and quick to address any issues we have. Moises has taken the time to attend our internal Fleet meetings to explain the app and how to navigate it with ease. His attention to our needs even extends to addressing emails from our team, which consists of 60 drivers. Moises has set up one on one meetings with me to explain the "Admin" functions whick allows me to get comfortable with the applcation. Our company has implemented the use of the Driveroo app for pre-trip inspections and with Moises assistance, our team is gaining the confindence in using the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. I must admit, there can be some shortcuts to the system however, after asking for them, Moises and his team have made the proper adjustments to make our use of the app easier.
