Connect your CRM, prompt your comp plan, and let the agent handle the rest. Real-time commission calculations automate complex math with full audit trails, so every payout is always correct and on time. For sales reps, every team member gets a personal dashboard with a clear, real-time view of their earnings and targets. A 24/7 commission agent answers questions instantly using interactive flowcharts that explain comp logic in plain language. Proactive nudges send personalized alerts that keep reps focused on the specific behaviors that drive the most revenue. Driven connects natively to HubSpot and Salesforce for real-time data sync, and integrates with Slack for live win notifications. ISO 27001 compliant and SOC 2 certified. Trusted by teams at Aikido Security, Huzzle, FixForm, and Bizzy. Commission that works.

## Driven Reviews
  ### 1. Finally, a tool that takes the guesswork and spreadsheets out of sales commissions

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexandre F. | Founder's Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Driven?**

We use Driven to manage our sales commissions end to end, and it's completely replaced the spreadsheet chaos we used to deal with every payout cycle. Everything (quotas, plans, payouts) lives in one place, so reps and finance are always looking at the same numbers.

I love that the AI compensation agent handles a lot of the manual calculation and plan logic automatically, so we're not rebuilding formulas every time a comp plan changes. It also means reps can see exactly how their commission is calculated in real time, which has cut down a lot of the "why is my payout different" conversations.

Our integration with our CRM made setup easy since deal and quota data pulls through automatically. The Driven team has been great to work with, always available to help with plan configuration and quick to respond whenever we've had question

**What do you dislike about Driven?**

The reporting is solid day to day, but when we want to slice payout data in more custom ways (like comparing plan performance across specific segments over time) we sometimes have to export and build the view ourselves rather than doing it natively in the dashboard. Would love to see more flexibility there.

**What problems is Driven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Driven gives us one place for the whole commission process instead of scattered spreadsheets and manual calculations. We used to lose hours every payout cycle reconciling numbers and fielding disputes from reps. Now the AI compensation agent handles the calculations automatically and reps have full visibility into their own earnings, so there's a lot more trust in the numbers. It's made our commission process far more consistent and freed up real time for the team.

  ### 2. Effortless Sales Compensation, Perfect Fit

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Driven?**

I use Driven for sales compensation, it gives me a clear overview of closed deals per salesperson. It's clear, quick to implement, has dashboarding, and is customizable to our comp plan. Since I'm responsible for the sales team, I can access it at any time and quickly see bonus comp for the sales team. It pretty much does what I expect it to do — We use Hubspot for sales stuff and Driven for compensation stuff. It's connected to our HubSpot so it works as a charm, and the sync is done correctly. The initial setup was very easy. The Driven team was available for any help and helped with the setup, and they remained available, but it was quite intuitive. I got some help from Ludovic too. I'd give them the maximum recommendation — they are the tool that fits my needs completely.

**What do you dislike about Driven?**

Nothing to mention

**What problems is Driven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Driven for sales compensation. It gives me a clear overview of closed deals per sales person. As the one responsible for the sales team, I can access it any time and quickly see sales results per quarter and the bonuses for the team.

  ### 3. Chat-Based Comp Plan Builder That Feels Like an Expert on the Team

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karan H. | SEO Specialist at Webclever - Digital Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Driven?**

The chat-based comp plan builder is the standout feature for me. I can design or update a compensation structure in plain language, without writing a single line of code or rebuilding a complex spreadsheet. The AI agent takes care of the underlying logic and flags anything that looks off. What used to take weeks of back-and-forth between sales, finance, and HR now takes only a fraction of the time. Driven genuinely feels like having an expert on the team.

**What do you dislike about Driven?**

Reporting customisation could go a bit deeper. The automated management reports are excellent, but I’d appreciate more flexibility in how certain metrics are displayed and tailored for different stakeholder audiences.

**What problems is Driven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Building and maintaining comp plans used to be an enormous operational burden for us. Every quarter meant yet another round of rebuilding spreadsheets, running manual checks, and dealing with the inevitable errors that followed. Driven replaced all of that with an agent that maintains the plan on our behalf, which has made a real difference. The time savings for our sales ops function have been substantial.

  ### 4. Real-Time Commissions with Clear “Why I Earned This” Explanations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Driven?**

What do you like best about Driven?
What sets Driven apart is that it actually acts — it's not just a dashboard you check once a month. It monitors our CRM continuously and updates commission calculations as deals move, so reps always know where they stand. The "why did I earn this?" explanation feature has been a game changer for trust. Disputes used to eat up time every month-end. Now they're almost gone.

**What do you dislike about Driven?**

What do you dislike about Driven?
It's a newer product, so some advanced customizations and integrations are still being built out. There were a couple of edge cases in our comp plan logic that needed workarounds initially. That said, the team is very responsive and has moved fast to address feedback — so it feels more like a minor growing pain than a real limitation.

**What problems is Driven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What problems is Driven solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were running commissions on spreadsheets — exports, manual formulas, reconciliation every month. It was slow, error-prone, and reps never fully trusted the numbers. Driven eliminated that entire process. Finance saves hours every month-end, and reps now have a live view of their earnings at any point in the month. That visibility has had a real impact on motivation.

  ### 5. Hands-Off Commission Automation with Real-Time Transparency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ulysse M. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Driven?**

As a solo founder working with freelance sales reps, I find the proactive, agentic nature of Driven to be its biggest strength. Instead of requiring me to manually pull data and run calculations, it continuously monitors our CRM and updates earnings the moment a deal moves.

This level of automation is critical when managing freelancers who rely on immediate feedback to stay motivated. They have a live view of their commissions and can access a clear explanation for every single payout. Having the platform explain the "why" behind the numbers has eliminated the back-and-forth disputes I used to deal with. It essentially functions as a hands-off RevOps department, sending Slack nudges to the team and keeping our commission process transparent and trustworthy without any manual effort on my part.

**What do you dislike about Driven?**

Driven is a newer product, so the list of native integrations and some of the more advanced customization options are still catching up to the legacy players. I've run into a couple of scenarios where a very specific edge case in a freelancer's contract required a bit of manual back-and-forth with their support to set up.

The team is incredibly responsive, however, and usually iterates on my feedback in real-time. The platform is evolving quickly, so while I occasionally hit a minor limitation, it’s usually addressed in a product update shortly after.

**What problems is Driven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used to spend days every month manually reconciling spreadsheets and fielding "where is my money?" questions from my freelancers. Driven handles the entire calculation process autonomously by monitoring our CRM in real-time. It provides a clear breakdown for every payout, which has completely removed math disputes. This level of transparency keeps my team motivated and has reclaimed a massive amount of my time.

  ### 6. Real-Time Commission Transparency That Cuts Disputes

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Building Materials | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Driven?**

What I like most is that Driven feels more like an active system than a reporting tool. It continuously monitors our CRM, updates commissions automatically as deals progress, and gives reps real-time visibility into what they’re earning instead of forcing everyone to wait for month-end calculations.

From a leadership perspective, the transparency is a big deal. Reps can drill into exactly why they earned something, which has significantly reduced back-and-forth and disputes. Before Driven, commissions lived across excels in our sharepoint….

**What do you dislike about Driven?**

The app is still a relatively new product, so there are areas where you can tell the platform is evolving quickly. Some deeper customizations and edge-case workflows took a bit of collaboration with their team to get right, especially for more complex compensation structures.

But that said, the upside is that the team is extremely responsive and ships improvements fast!

**What problems is Driven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For us, the main problem was scalability and trust around commissions. We have a fairly large team, and managing compensation through spreadsheets and manual reconciliation was becoming difficult to maintain

  ### 7. Automation and Flexibility Enhanced Our Sales Efficiency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeroen V. | Studio Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Driven?**

I like Driven because of the combination of automation, AI features, and transparency. The commissions are instantly calculated based on real CRM data, so our sales reps always know where they stand and what they need to achieve the next kicker. It's also interesting for leadership as it provides real-time visibility into performance and compensation spend. The initial setup is super easy, allowing us to connect with HubSpot and be up and running in less than half an hour, while performance remains fast.

**What do you dislike about Driven?**

Maybe a bit of a learning curve in the beginning. However big change now with the AI comp builder live

**What problems is Driven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Driven helps us overcome the cold start problem in venture scaling. We can quickly organize commission plans directly on HubSpot, moving away from spreadsheets. Its automation and transparency provide real-time CRM data insights, helping sales reps and leadership monitor performance and comp spend efficiently.
