I love that we can automate emails to market to our current customers who book online, or even submit their email on our website! Everything just happens! They are automatically added to a workflow and we receive reports each month showing how much our online bookings are increasing! The workflow view does not allow you to scale in/ out which requires a lot of scrolling to see larger workflows. Also when editing workflows, it's hard to tell if your changes will take effect or impact already running workflows. When you use bulk operation to add people to a workflow, the workflow does not show your the progression of people through your flow and you have to solely rely on the dashboard to understand how your workflow is tracking.
