## Drip Reviews
 ### 1. 10 months managing all Drip campaigns for a travel mobile app company

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lucas A. | Head Of Marketing, Internet, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2019

**What do you like best about Drip?**

There's a few things I like about Drip:
The Dashboard. Simple, easy to use and keeps evolving
Automations. Are pretty flexible, quick to set up.
Visual builder. Some of the best I've seen in the market

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

Overall this is a great CRM o ECRM. However, there are few issues that we discovered during our journey.
1-Only chat support (our at least for our plan).
I understand this could be a way to pioritise your efforts toward the big fish that actually pays the big money. However, after using it for 10 months we really struggled with the part of having different agents looking after our requests.
I tell you a story of how we manage our newsltter. We had someone recommed us to do something in March, then you chat with another one in July, tells you to change the whole set up to use the once off emails. And then again, another agent in October recommends you to go back to the original set up.
2- Not being able to see a report for our form's responses within the app. More than a csv with 30 columns.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

Go for the premium option. Dont waste your time on the free one.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Email Automations. Sending emails when users sign up to our mobile app.
Automated surveys. Sending surveys to our mobile app users by email, getting a response using the forms. And following up after by another email automation. We succed pretty well with this campaing getting important feedback that ended up having a real impact in our app.

 ### 2. So easy to use for beginners!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Online Media | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2019

**What do you like best about Drip?**

I love how easy and intuitive it is to use Drip! I’ve set up multiple workflows and campaigns and have excellent delivery rates! I love how easy it is to navigate and the set up was very straightforward. Customer service have always been excellent in dealing with my questions and extremely knowledgable. Drip integrates seamlessly with my choice of lead forms and various other integrations such as Zapier and Bonjoro. I love that I can have several emails lists under my account and toggle between them too. overall my whole experience has been positive.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

There isn’t anything I dislike about drip. The price jump between tier one (49$) and tier two (122$) is pretty steep which.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

Always reach out to customer service if you’re in need of help as they’re brilliant

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My open rates have increased dramatically with drip. From 13% to over 40% and find that I can set up complex workflows so easily and seamlessly.

 ### 3. Mostly happy but some reservations

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patrick H. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2019

**What do you like best about Drip?**

My favorite aspect of drip is the automatic workflows. Very easy to set up and integrate.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

My least favorite part of drip is the lack of easy A/B testing of subject lines. Subjects are a crucial piece of copy to test, and it's disheartening that that is not as easy to test from drip.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

Support is best found on the Facebook group, and unfortunately that seems to be dying.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Drip has done an amazing job of helping me easily collect emails and build a list of newsletter subscribers and potential buyers. I honestly could not have gotten the list collection aspect of my site off the ground without it.

 ### 4. A Great Tool for Small Biz + Marketers

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ross H. | Founder + CEO, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2019

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Drip's automation features are second-to-none. While it may take some time to set up at first, it pays massive dividends once you do. So much more intuitive and helpful than other tools I've used for email marketing (Constant Contact, Mailchimp). The fact that you can set up complex campaigns means you have to be thoughtful about the content you're sending.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

The analytics are a bit tricky to get on a account-level. I can see stats on a campaign-level, but sometimes I'd like to see data from a birds-eye view.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm able to run lead-gen and on-boarding campaigns much easier.

 ### 5. Great for managing client trials

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lee R. | Co-Founder & Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2019

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Workflows and rules for automating emails based on tags.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

You can't see a list of all of your subscribers - you have to use filters.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

If you're looking to to automate your email flows so you can easily send multiple emails to customers over time, and based on their habits, Drip is a great tool. Plus, you don't have to start paying for it until you have over 100 subscribers!

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When a client signs up for a trial, we can easily send them a sequence of emails using Drip, based on simple adjustments to tags for the client.

 ### 6. Drip is a great email marketing automation platform.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David B. | Information Technology Analyst, Hospitality, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 05, 2019

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Drip is very easy to use and the integration logic with Drip is very simple to execute. The best features offered by Drip are emails automation programed. This is the great application of building emails. Drip is very flexible and you will have a lot of options for your email Campaign.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

The only thing that I dislike about Drip is that when sending an email to a specific a group of contacts you are unable to choose any another groups of contacts to exclude from the send. The interface is clunky and sometimes difficult to navigate. It can be too difficult to setup the rules for sending out automatic emails with the statement.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Drip helped us send much more effective marketing Compaign emails. The emails are simple to create. This software provide the great opportunity to our users for creating emails in a more efficient way. I would recommended this software to everyone.

 ### 7. Drip does what it says it will do for the most part - until you need support from them

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2019

**What do you like best about Drip?**

My favorite feature of Drip is the ability to utilize tags and visual funnels.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

I do not like the lack of features and integrations.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Drip helps you segment and automate your funnel based upon behaviors and actions.

 ### 8. Drip is a total scam that invests more money in marketing than functionality of the tool.

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 19, 2019

**What do you like best about Drip?**

The 24/7 support, branding, marketing, fonts, colours, and email builder

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

You basically can't do most of the most basic email automation action items for an ecommerce store. Example - Very complicated to set up abandon cart based on product - after 5 hours of trouble shooting the support team can't figure it out. They only do abandon cart by bulk. You can't do a supression list based on people who haven't visited the website. Drip doesn't even have "hasn't visited website" option in their tool.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

If you want to actually move the needle with an automation software I do not suggest Drip at all. In the least Klaviyo.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I actually can't solve that much. I managed to only send one off emails like mail chimp and even after two weeks of diving deep into the tool they can't set up the most basic automation sequences because of the way rules fire, workflows are triggered, tags etc... I have spent about 30+ hours on this tool and they can't perform the basic functions. This was a tool made for devs and not marketers. They invested heavily in branding and marketing but the tool is for basic ecommerce stores that group all their products together.

 ### 9. Solid email platform

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steve S. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2019

**What do you like best about Drip?**

I like the workflows, the simplicity of the platform, and the price point for what it is offered.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

Some of the dashboards and graphics are not necessary. As someone who isnt in ecomm, the revenue per email is completely unnecessary.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

Try to simplify for those not in the ecomm space. Try to make graphics that correspond to engagement etc and not necessarily revenue.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think having a platform that is easy to create emails with the level of tracking has helped create a more effective email campaign for me.

 ### 10. Drip is the easiest system I have used

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vince C. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2018

**What do you like best about Drip?**

The system has many integrations but they have the BEST customer service. The Drip system easy to use and customer support is amazing. You will never be lost with drip beacuse help is always one chat away.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

It has issues working on Firefox. I wish that the integration for Facebook was a bit easier to add accounts to.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

There really is no learning curve. Switch today.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a marketing company and drip is a big part of our funnels we set up for clients. Automated email sequences are a must but are usually a nightmare to lay out. Drip solves that with an easy to use interface.

 ### 11. Great service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristina C. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2019

**What do you like best about Drip?**

We like workflow and automatization of Drip service

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

Sometimes its takes time Drip send letters to our customers.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

I will tell defently good solutions for all kind of bussiness. And not expensive , and easy to integrate even you have custom CMS as we do.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been working with Drip already a year so its hard to remember, but he good thing is,Drip have wonderful professional support.

 ### 12. Drip gives us incredible control over our email automations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emma S. | Editor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2019

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Drip allows us to individuate our emails, yet saves us time because we don't have to go in to each person manually to tailor our message to them.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

Some of the aspects are rather complex, and take a fair effort to learn how to get them flowing smoothly

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're beginning to learn how to set up the 'workflow' elements, so that the email sequences can be adjusted according to what actions the customers do or don't take – this solves the problems of sending out "blunt" automations which may not have *actually* suited the client's situation.

 ### 13. Drip is the best email / marketing automation platform on the market!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark S. | Founder, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2017

**What do you like best about Drip?**

So powerful and pretty easy to use. You can automate emails, send campaigns based on web pages your users visit, run evergreen webinars and so much more. Really this is just scratching the surface. This company also has a product named "center" that adds additional functionality to your marketing efforts like dynamic Facebook custom audience generation which is very powerful. I like this software so much I enrolled to become a Certified Drip consultant.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

To be honest, I really haven't found anything that I dislike about Drip. They are promising some major upgrades to the system so I am pretty happy.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

Make sure if you are not very familiar with auto-responders or marketing automation platforms that you at least seek some quick advice from a Certified Drip Consultant.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a marketing consultant, I try to get my Clients to offer lead magnets or free reports to visitors and then progressively profile them using Drip along with onsite retargeting. It is amazing the results you can get when you engage visitors over and over again. We are using this on a school as a test and after only one month they have seen a 60% increase in new students. Goal is a 200% increase in new students.

 ### 14. Wonderful customer support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Juliana C. | Head of Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2019

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Drip is an extremely well thought out, intuitive email tool. It has advanced features that have allowed us to build triggered onboarding campaigns based on actions taken in our customer dashboard, and now that Drip has rolled out split testing we have the added bonus of being able to launch A/B tests easily to improve our open rates. I have nothing but glowing things to say about the support I have received as a Drip customer. Whether it's through chat, email, or scheduled video calls, I've always had prompt, friendly, helpful interactions with the Drip customer success team and walked away with great feedback and new ideas to try.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

Drip's analytics are pretty awkward - I want to be able to drill down to how my newsletter subscriptions have either increased or decreased over time, and I can't do that because I can't pull in emails from a tagging level. It's also difficult (maybe impossible?) to group broadcasts emails together to see trends over time.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Drip, we were sending the same five emails to every new customer, regardless of what they had done or not done in their dashboard. Now that we can send triggered emails based on customer actions, we are able to map what we send against the customer's experience, and the result is much more personalized communications. Our open rates and click through rates have increased as a result, and we are seeing a lot more engagement with our product.

 ### 15. Great system, needs better reps.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2019

**What do you like best about Drip?**

The ease of use with Drip is amazing. I am able to put together advanced segmentations and automations in very short periods of time. The visual builder is awesome too.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

I feel like the Drip team relies on how easy the system is to use. If you need to go more in-depth about email deliverability and liquid code there isn't a lot of help they provide.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

Make sure you are an expert in email marketing before you switch to Drip. It is a very easy to use system, but there is no hand-holding. You can find yourself in trouble very quickly because the reporting isn't very good.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are actually in the process of getting off of Drip. We are still using the automations we built in Drip, but everything else has been moved over.

 ### 16. I like the new workflows and automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michal J. | CTO & Co-founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2019

**What do you like best about Drip?**

I used Mailchimp before switching to Drip. Drip has much better options to set up automated workflows. I like the new text editor, too.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

There's always space for improvement, but I cannot say I dislike any particular feature. It does what it's supposed to do for me, great value for money.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us capture leads and send automated campaigns.

 ### 17. Useful

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Natu M. | Member, Venture Capital & Private Equity, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2019

**What do you like best about Drip?**

I like the fact that Drip is easy to use and has a visual automation tool. Dark mode is cool too.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

I hate the "mo graphs" thing. I'd rather see my automations right away

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

Please remove the "mo graphs" thing and go straight to the automation workflow

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connecting with potential clients. I found a client using inbound marketing.

 ### 18. great product - easy to use and full featured

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leighton W. | Managing Director, Real Estate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2019

**What do you like best about Drip?**

i love the workflow editor. it makes the software so powerful

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

there's not much to dislike. be great if it had a mobile app but thats it.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

regular communication with clients and more importantly future clients. the workflow editor is immense and the connectivity with other software makes it extremely versatile.

 ### 19. It literally makes money for you

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shanae J. | Owner, Food & Beverages, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2019

**What do you like best about Drip?**

With the automations and workflows available to me because of Drip, I make more money with my email campaigns than I ever have before.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

There aren't that many email templates to use.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

Be prepared to watch the tutorials and make a lot of mistakes. But it will all pay off.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Building a relationship with my customers is easier than ever. I can easily segment and retarget customers based on their behavior with my emails AND with my Shopify store. I can easily give my customers what they want and need.

 ### 20. Fabulous Marketing Automation Tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** SJ L. | Chieft Conversion Strategist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2019

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Not only Drip is a wonderful marketing automation tool, it's user experience is also fantastic. But most important of all, their support has been superb (especially with the 24 hours online chat). Overall, it's a great all rounder marketing automation tool.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

Nothing much actually but they do have rather limited email templates to choose from.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Drip for marketing automation purposes and have benefited tremendously from it in terms of conversion rates increasing as well as less work as more things are now automated.

 ### 21. Easy set up for such a complete system

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bryant J. | Internet Marketing Consultant PPC | SEO | SEM | Lead Generation, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2019

**What do you like best about Drip?**

I think I have tried almost every email service out there and drip has been one of the easiest to set up.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

There might be too many features, I have not had a chance to use the full power of Drip yet.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sending specialized emails to the right leads.

 ### 22. Very satisfied

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rob S. | Accountability & Habit Coach, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2019

**What do you like best about Drip?**

The options are good. Overall is everything very easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

Switching through different mails in your campaign could be easier and quicker.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

Great software if you want to go deep with your workflows and rules.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automated Drip campaign make an important part of our online funnels.

 ### 23. Great Automation with a Learning Curve

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kate E. | Grammarly Ambassador, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 04, 2019

**What do you like best about Drip?**

So many things! You can easily set up automated email campaigns based on a pretty in-depth tagging system. For example, you can sync with your website and email your subscribers any time they view a specific landing page. You can also set up workflows with multiple steps based on a user's interaction with your campaign. The possibilities are exciting.

The email building tools are great for non-developers. You can easily add and remove images, text blocks, buttons and more without needing to code them using their template builder.

The tagging system is pretty sweet. You can add as many tags as you want to a person and then segment your emails based on those tags. Importing information is pretty easy too.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

While the analytics are way better than other platforms, getting to them isn't really as intuitive. For example, when you enter a broadcast you've already sent, you can see the open and click-through rates, conversion rate and unsubscribe rate, but you can't click into those metrics to see who clicked what. You have to go to the analytics section to see that information.

Also, while the ability to include multiple tags for people is amazing, it can get a little cluttered and if you're not careful, you could accidentally end up deleting people from your list when you don't mean to.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

Make sure you take full advantage of the trial before making your decision. There have been a few pains with our transition. For example, Drip doesn't offer Facebook-friendly Open Graph cards for its emails, which makes it difficult to share a copy of our newsletters on social media.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're using Drip to send our email marketing campaigns, along with B2B emails and internal communications. It's definitely been easy to modify email designs without coding and set up automated campaigns, but I'm a pretty new user so I'm still exploring its uses.

 ### 24. Drip is Marketo for the Common Man

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charlie M. | CEO, Food & Beverages, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2019

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Anyone can use Drip. You don't have to have huge marketing or tech teams to succeed with Drip. The application is easy to learn. The documentation is good and Drip taught us what we needed to know over many months. The Drip team is invested in our success and is always available to help and advise on whatever we need. We are especially impressed with the power and simplicity of Drip's automation tools. The Drip team introduced us to these tools, taught us how to use them, and has helped us optimize over the past year. These automations drive significant revenue. We also love the reporting and analytics, which give us a complete picture of our email marketing efforts.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

Many features we want are still being developed. We can do everything we need to do, but we know there is more coming. There are now entire feature sets that did not exist when we started a year ago. The Visual Builder has been great for us, but it did not exist when we started. There is decent functionality for A/B testing, but we know there will be more in the future.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

Use it with Shopify to maximize personalization features.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have increased web sales dramatically by using Drip. We are also able to better manage our customer list. We bought Drip because we needed a better email tool. We are now benefiting from Drip's powerful CRM tools.

 ### 25. Powerful but lacks features and support is hit and miss

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brecht P. | Founder - REO, Non Performing Loans, and Bank Contact Data Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2019

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Integrations are a snap and liquid is reasonably good as a templating engine

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

Have had multiple instances of failure, for example my Welcome Series not sending, and Drip simply dropped the ball, no follow up whatsoever.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating emails when it works

 ### 26. Simplicity and Automation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Don S. | Chief Uncomplicating Officer, Management Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2019

**What do you like best about Drip?**

The ease of building an email broadcast and the use of trigger links that make automation easy. And I can set a followup to a day later to resend to those who do not open the first one.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

Some things are not intuitive and require some investigation to see what is going on.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

easy to start and easy to get it up to speed

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adding someone to a campaign by the use of trigger links.

 ### 27. Easy to use product, great for newbies

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Felipe G. | Director of Sales & Customer Experience, Telecommunications, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 29, 2019

**What do you like best about Drip?**

The pre-built campaigns take the guesswork out of creating your first campaigns and give you a great baseline for designing new ones moving forward.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

The creation of individual mailing lists is a bit confusing, and all contacts seem to be added into a single pool and must then be found by filtering your contacts, which is a bit cumbersome.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sending and managing email based newsletters with automation and notifications to our sales team.

 ### 28. Used Drip for almost a year and still like it

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Their support is quick and helpful, always. I ask a lot of questions and they always have answers. They are honest about their limitations.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

The non-intuitive interface. The Drip way is not bad but accomplishing tasks is not always straightforward.

Lack of robust reporting. The canned reports lack ability to analyze and correlate.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

Be certain that you are satisfied with the reporting features. Also, be prepared for non-intuitive features.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Drip for marketing automation. The ease of use has helped implementation efforts.

**What do you like best about Drip?**

It's easy to get to grips to, makes sense and hammers every other ESP out there.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

The massive switch to focusing on ecommerce - it still works for us and is obviously a strategic direction they're going in, but it feels like they might leave us behind in the future.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

Give it a go - it's so much easier than anything else on the market.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's made email automation so much easier for us.

 ### 30. Great tool to develop marketing campaigns and email.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Drip?**

I think this program is good, since it is an intuitive email tool, the advanced features are very efficient since I can create integration campaigns; besides that the labeling system is quite complete, it allows me to add as many labels as I wish. On the other hand you can easily add and remove images, text blocks, buttons and more without having to encode them using your template generator. Nonetheless, The ability to integrate my lists with Facebook's personalized audiences is great of marketing segmentation.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

Drip has a very well defined system, but for a novice it can bring negative impacts, due to its large inventory of functions. There are very simple details that could be done better, such as drag-and-drop functionality in the automation generator. There are no more complaints at the moment.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

A very showy program at general levels, it is useful for almost any type of business interested in marketing automation, including software and offline service providers. Drip fulfills expectations.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can analyze behaviors and track orders, all in one place. For AB4 Systems, it is very useful because it is used as email marketing, because it has the necessary features to solve problems of event management and online communication. In addition, we have solved the connection problems with our different clients while working with both individuals and companies. We can also see what information has the greatest interaction. It has been a great help.

 ### 31. "Best computerization programming; Incredible business instrument."

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rena H. | Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Dribble is the main stage that could deal with the complex robotized work processes I needed to assemble. The UI is simple, quick, and useful. The assortment of alternatives for arranging contacts, setting up guidelines and triggers, and performing mass activities is outstanding. The visual developer is superior to anything some other that is coordinated into an ESP, that I've seen, and underpins restrictive organizing and dynamic substance. The Drip group acquainted us with these apparatuses, showed us how to utilize them, and has helped us advance over the previous year. These robotizations drive huge income. We likewise love the announcing and investigation, which give us a total image of our email advertising endeavors. To wrap things up, support from our record chief is anything but difficult to get to and in every case very accommodating!

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

Now and again it's difficult to explore between various pieces of the application and it tends to be somewhat moderate to utilize on the grounds that most changes include a full page reload to invigorate stuff. Not by any stretch of the imagination a major ordeal as it is anything but an application you need invest extensive stretches of energy in. When you discover your way around the different parts it is anything but an issue by any means.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

Drip has unbelievably amazing highlights contrasted with comparably evaluated email stages. I've observed Drip to be substantially more clear than different stages. In any case, it very well may be entangled in the event that you haven't utilized a comparative stage previously.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are making a superior pictured and customized promoting channel. This stage tracks the measure of individuals visiting your site and can help direct you with explanatory choices. I regularly fare reports so I can take an abnormal state diagram take a gander at my present showcasing efforts. Dribble enables me to know precisely what stage every customer is in at some random time. We can likewise observe what data has the most collaboration just as what works and what doesn't.

 ### 32. Great tool. Very powerful, yet simple.

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Automation and rules. Possibilities are endless.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

The learning curve is somewhat difficult, but well worth the investment in time.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Auto responder sequences for my online info products. I have more control over prospect nurturing.

 ### 33. a must have for any ecommerce business

**What do you like best about Drip?**

The automation works great and provides a lot of features to create awesome campaigns and workflows.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

I was trying to migrate a store with 30,000+ subscribers and their system blocked my account 3 times although that I sent all info requested by their compliance team.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

It provides the same or even more functionality than Klaviyo for a lowe price, great for any ecommerce business

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automation of emails based on customers' behavior.

 ### 34. Learning curve but excellent customer service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2019

**What do you like best about Drip?**

There's a Learning curve, maybe because I'm not really familiar with marketing solutions but once you get the hang of it the possibility are endless. Your limited only by your imagination

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

Learning curve, and the guide is a bit confusing.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mainly basic emails at the moment but I'm working on expanding that to more custom-tailored emails. Definitely more repeat customers as I can use their purchase history to suggest complimentary products

 ### 35. User-friendly, gets results

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Apparel & Fashion | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2019

**What do you like best about Drip?**

I like that it’s extremely easy to set up, understand, and execute. You don’t need a background in tech to make the automations work, though the Drip team is always on hand to help should you run into any issues.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

I don’t have any complaints about Drip’s service.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’m new to automations for e-commerce and needed a platform that was easy to use but also scalable for my business.

 ### 36. Great, Easy-To-Use CRM Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Cosmetics | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2019

**What do you like best about Drip?**

I love how easy it is to create visually beautiful email campaigns and broadcasts, to target specific parts of my audience and assign tags to customers based on their activity. It has changed the game for our email marketing!

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

I haven't run into any downsides - so far so good.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has changed the way we use email marketing. Before we were just kind of shooting in the dark, now we can specifically target certain customers based on their behaviors, products they've viewed, we can assign tags, see what email content interests them. It has increased the revenue we make from our email marketing.

 ### 37. Drip is a fantastic marketing automation tool (especially when connected with your ecommerce orders)

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Management Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Drip?**

- Such a nice clean interface - a pleasure to use.
- Hugely capable workflow engine
- Advanced liquid language support in both workflows and emails
- Chat support readily available and very friendly

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

- A few minor feature gaps (e.g. date triggers in workflows)
- Drip a bit standoff-ish with FB community engagement

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automated upsell and cross-sell email sequences targeted at identified segments

 ### 38. Great product

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Farming | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2019

**What do you like best about Drip?**

I really like using Drip. The UI is very clean and easy to follow. It also has many capabilities at the basic plan that would cost much more than another platform.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

For me specifically, the cost was a bit too high at such an early stage in my business. I was not bringing in any income, and my situation changed to where I had to put things on hold. I don't think there was much that I didn't like about drip.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Man did it make emails slick and easy! There was very little thought that needed to go into the composition of workflows.

 ### 39. Drip used to be really great. In two years, they've simply gone downhill.

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eugen P. | Eugen P, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 21, 2019

**What do you like best about Drip?**

I loved the product, back when it was working and when customer support was actually there.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

Where to start. First, it literally doesn't work. You think it works and then you look closely and notice you have hundreds of subscribers "stuck" in workflows. Automation not actually firing. Emails not going out.
You reach out to support and get back an answer in a few days. We're looking into it. Very late but very polite and friendly. Then, it happens again. And again. We're looking into it...

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

The recommendation is simple. Stop adding surface level stuff and fix the core of the product. Make sure it's actually working before adding anything else on top of it.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've been using Drip with a 100K list for several years. They've been my main (only) email and automation platform. I'm in the process of moving.

 ### 40. Difficult to use at first, but worth the time invested

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harry L. | Technical Sound Designer, Computer Games, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2019

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Automations and workflows are very customizable, and integration with products on Shopify is relatively easy.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

It takes a long time to get used to using its more sophisticated features and automations, and I found I needed to think dofferently than normal to make the adjustment.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

Use the knowledge base!

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have a much more detailed overlook of each subscriber/consumer than I have with competitor platforms.

 ### 41. Great platform - flexible and useful

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Practice | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2019

**What do you like best about Drip?**

It's an easy to use system with lots of flexibility for all my projects.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

We've not used it long enough to 'dislike' anything

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

Think about using it, it's a great software and it seems to just tick all of our boxes when it comes to makreting automation. I'm sure we're only using 10% of its capabilities so we're looking forward to exploring this software more!

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are making sure that we can integrate a few softwares together and with drip it has been easy. we've used the tagging abilities to really create a great user experience.

 ### 42. Great experience with Drip.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Research | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2019

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Their support team is quick to respond and account manager is very helpful. They constantly innovate new features and additions to the software and the user interface is easy to operate. We integrated our e-commerce with a custom API and the setup was not difficult for our programmers and we have the same capabilities as a Shopify or woocommerce integration which is nice.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

Their liquid code for is a bit hard to understand since they don’t have an online guide so we mostly have to go through our account manager to ask what the code is for what we’re trying to achieve.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

It’s only worth the price for the additional features, api connection, and integrations. I would go with mailchimp if your company is not sending out e-commerce rich emails or your list size is small.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer engagement, attributing life time value, tracking lead engagement and tagging customers.

 ### 43. I’m very satisfied with Drip!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sandy O. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Drip?**

I was looking for a CRM for my wholesale business and found soooo much more. I can even use DRIP for the retail end of my business as well for all things marketing and CRM.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

Adding contacts manually is a little clunky.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Marketing to wholesale clients, follow through with existing wholesale customers, follow through with existing retail customers.

 ### 44. Very user friendly.

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Everything was very simple and clean. Super straight forward to use. And I know there is a lot of potential and usage for more indepth marketing needs. But incredibly easy for beginners, as that is where I am now.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

The price is higher than other options. The price point could be lower.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Email automation

 ### 45. It's far easier than any of the other tools I've used

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2019

**What do you like best about Drip?**

The reliability, easy-to-use platform and how it integrates with many other apps.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

If you duplicate an email, the links have to be removed and re-added to change them

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing more educational content to our current fitness customers. We've realized email marketing isn't dead, and is a very beneficial tool.

 ### 47. Great app

We are giving our customers more insights about their products

 ### 48. Great Product, Super Easy Automation

Makes setting up automatic emails a breeze, plugs into EVERYTHING

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

I wish that the visual builder was a little more straightforward. Buttons do not wrap completely within link.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are sending out customized newsletters using an API that we developed in house, Drip was the perfect solution!

 ### 49. Fabulous for e-commerce

Love the easy interface and the way in which I can customise my EDM based on my customer's journey. I particularly like being able to have multiple sign up forms for one list (this lets me offer early access lists and multiple lead magnets).

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

I sometimes have trouble with customers not receiving emails but that is getting better.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Multiple sign up forms lets me offer lots of different lead magnets for my customers and further segment them based on their interests.

 ### 50. Easy to use and incredible customer service!

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

I dislike that I can’t see all of my contacts on the screen (preview only).

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am a solo entrepreneur. Drip’s workflows save me hours of time every week.
