## Drip Reviews
  ### 1. Drip is a great email marketing tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2018

**What do you like best about Drip?**

I like Drip mostly because it's flexible and there are a lot of automation and funnels that you can build through Drip, building a truly automated marketing system.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

It does have some more milestones that I think it needs such as a more easy to use drag and drop interface, as well as more blueprints readibly visible within campaigns and automations section. Also segmenting of customers should be a bit more visual, perhaps some out of the box segment recipes. All that being said, these are all things I think Drip can easily improve on, and I'm excited to see those changes come up through the year.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating email processes and funnel management. Drip can truly allow you email marketing run with minimal manual effort.

  ### 2. Possibly the best email marketing automation tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2018

**What do you like best about Drip?**

What I like the most about Drip is that it gives you the ability to record events of users even before they give you their email and act on those events with customized emails later.

Also, they provide APIs that allow us to synchronize our Saas application DB to Drip and customize the onboarding experience with tailored emails.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

The pricing is structured so that it start costing more with just a few thousand emails, but it's to be said that it is probably a tool used by companies sending fewer emails, but with more personalization.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it cover our whole funnel, from blog subscriber to trial user, to paying customer and it's great to have a tool that can cover all the "customer journey".

  ### 3. Not functional for Europe Campaign

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2018

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Just lead scoring and campaign manager accettable

No one

**What do you like best about Drip?**

I love the feature that Drip has and some of the amazingly clever stuff it can do, It is also easy to use.
I love the way that you can start at a basic level and work your way up to the more complex tasks

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

To be honest there is anything I dislike

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have been able to automate and link up so many marketing processes - it has also allowed me to have a clearer picture of who my customers are and what they do.

  ### 5. Super easy for the beginner email marketer

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Online Media | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2018

**What do you like best about Drip?**

How easy it is to set up emails, campaigns, workflows that have your recipients easy going through pipeline simply. I used to use MailChimp and could never figure it out. Drip is just so straight forward, with template and guides that are easy to understand, and team that will answer your questions.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

Wish the support person was LIVE more often at a time convenient for me.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

Use it. I can't emphasise how easy it is and how much it's done for my email marketing!!

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I sucked at email marketing before Drip came along. I used MailChimp but could never figure out how to step my audience through a simple workflow so they got the information that was specific to them.

  ### 6. Best value for money marketing automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dave D. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2018

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Incredible marketing automation workflows via a beautiful visual workflow editor that function from a simple script on your website's pages.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

Bit of a learning curve to make full use of it, but nothing compared to stuffy competitors.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Marketing automation to create targeted, relevant messaging to customers.

  ### 7. Policy changes that don't apply

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2018

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Drip had excellent deliverability rates, decent pricing.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

Drip closed my ethereum smart contract related account due to being "adjacent" to the cryptocurrency industry. Yet, they allowed me to use and pay for their service for over a month before closing my account. I had already invested time and money into their API, only to be removed from the service due to arbitrary policy changes.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

Don't build your business on a business that will close your account without warning.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None. Drip closed my account.

  ### 8. Email Marketing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Law Practice | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2016

**What do you like best about Drip?**

I like that for a low monthly cost, I can design and customize marketing campaigns for segments of our database and track the import data for each email.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

I dislike that as our database grows, we are charged a higher rate.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've been able to encourage current clients to send more referrals our way. We have also used Drip to create a dialogue between us and our sphere of influence that has lead to new business endeavors we may not have otherwise seen.

  ### 9. 10/10 product and customer service - highly recommended!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sebastian C. | CEO & Founder, Food & Beverages, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2018

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Drip has helped us unlock the unlimited power of email automation

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

The platform has a bit of a learning curve, but if you are familiar with liquid, and use Shopify - you'll be flying in no time.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Replenishment emails, email broadcasts and automated campaigns

  ### 10. Great email marketing tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2018

**What do you like best about Drip?**

It's pretty easy to figure out and works really well. We used to do all of this with our old CRM and it was a pain. Now everything is automated and reliable.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

The CRM integration could be a little better. I would love to add subscribers to different campaigns based on CRM stages. We use pipedrive and even though there is an integration it really just syncs subscribers.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automate email marketing and have specific campaigns rather than just one general campaign.

  ### 11. Super intuitive and flexible

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael F. | CEO/Founder, Graphic Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2018

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Drip is really flexible so you can achieve any result you can think of using marketing automation.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

I wish drip had a WYSIWYG editor so i don't have to hire a developer to code the email designs. It's fine for plain text emails though.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Drip I can easily automate all of my transactional emails using their UI and without having to hire a developer. It's great for a business that has recurring transactions and to help with reducing churn.

  ### 12. Love Drip!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sue D. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2018

**What do you like best about Drip?**

I've used Drip for over a year. I like the great deliverability and ease of use. More intuitive than other email service providers I have used previously.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

I don't dislike anything - I could be using more of its features. I just need to take the time to learn them.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

Try it out - you'll love it also.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

List segmentation is so easy with Drip. Intuitive creation of the actual broadcasts and campaigns.

  ### 13. Until now, it's been good

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ishwarya S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2018

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Rules and workflows. Can do personalization more with drip.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

Couldn't use my code directly on drip...getting alignment issues more often.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Still not using the drip to the extent we should...need support in terms of getting every week or every month one emailer which can teach us in what ways we can use drip to make the campaigns more effective

  ### 14. Great service

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2018

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Reliable, easy to use, easy to find tutorials online. I like the interface.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

Will be very useful to have access to HTML templates for emails. An email builder will be awesome. I suggest to make more easy to see the different leads tags, maybe with a funnel visualization - if I could create my own funnel and associate a tag to each stage, will be very helpful.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

I recommend to see the tutorial first, after the first project everything become clear.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are an agency and we use for our clients (just one, for now). It help our client's to stay in touch to their customers and automate this process.

  ### 15. Not perfect but pretty close

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jan L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2018

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Lots of native integrations, integrates with pretty much everything else via Zapier, ability to remove Drip branding from emails.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

Steep learning curve, inability to drag and drop within workflows

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Email marketing

  ### 16. Tired is wasting time hacking email and ready for a real solution

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2018

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Drip solves a number of issues for me:

Pop up opt ins
Timed exit forms
Clean data base management
Ease of tagging
Visual funnel development
Data sharing between lead sources

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

The UI takes getting used to. Portions of it feel intuitive (right brain creative) while others feel very clunky (left brain IT department)

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead capture and relationship building with my list are the top 2 things I’m tackling with my license.

  ### 17. Easy to USE and undersjanger hoe to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gro Randi F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2018

**What do you like best about Drip?**

The workflow, the building and the drawing

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

At the moment , I don’t dislike anything. Just used it for 2 moths

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To have a list of customers. The tags and the mailsystem

  ### 18. The best decision I made!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2018

**What do you like best about Drip?**

I love the way Drip allows me to automate and personalize my business while saving me time. Support is very thorough!

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

Support could be slightly faster, but the quality makes up for the speed, which isn’t bad. It would be super helpful if chat support was available on a trial.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have been able to automate my business, saving me a ton of time to focus on my clients.

  ### 19. Best email automation system out there

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2018

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Their email flow visualization is second to none. Makes it super easy to see which emails are getting sent at which point, and build incredibly custom workflows depending on what actions the user takes.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

Need some more docs on Drip's end for integrating the app via Segment.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

If you're looking for a robust SaaS email automation tool that integrates via Segment, Drip is a great choice.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We send personalized emails to users based on what actions they take in our app. It means that at any point in a campaign we're sending the most useful email to the user at that point in time.

  ### 20. Branching Logic for Marketing Automation Makes Things Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josh H. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2018

**What do you like best about Drip?**

We use drip to create branching trees for our customer onboarding and upgrade sequences. It's super easy to visually see how customers are progressing through the lifecycle and send the right message at the right time.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

It's time-intensive to set up sequences, but there's nothing that can be done about that.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating the messages we'd be sending to our new customers manually if we had to.

  ### 21. Outstanding Support & Best Email Platform! 🔥

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Alternative Dispute Resolution | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2018

**What do you like best about Drip?**

As a new drip.com customer, I had a vision in mind for a specific drip campaign that I want to run. Not only did the support answer my question, but they created a sample setup to help me understand the process better using their SAAS. We’ve launched a few Broadcasts and have seen results. Great work Drip.com 💪😎👍

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

Would be nice to have some sample campaign frameworks we could pick and choose from, but other than that I think this company is coming along nicely.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Broadcast Emails, and currently setting up a Drip campaign for our Insurance product.

  ### 22. Easy to Use.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2018

**What do you like best about Drip?**

I transferred my list from aweber in only a few moments. So far it has been easy to run broadcasts, campaigns, and integrate with access ally and word press.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

Nothing at this time. There is a learning curve from switching from aweber but there is a lot of support to answer questions.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Switched when upgading my members area off of click funnels.

  ### 23. Perfect introductory e-mail marketing tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kenneth H. | Marketing Coordinator, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2018

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Easy to use for email campaigns, workflows.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

Hard to format emails (forced simplicity)

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

This is an excellent tool for getting your feet wet with email marketing and marketing automation.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking for an email marketing tool to help send out campaigns and to explore automation. We realized it was really good at broadcast emails (1 off), and tracking their metrics.

  ### 24. Email automation on steroids

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul A. | Owner, Management Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2017

**What do you like best about Drip?**

DRIP is the one and only service that offer a 100% FREE account and get to experience a complete ESP service account, on steroids, and I mean it ! You get to use things like automated workflows, lead scoring , tons of integration, analytics etc.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

I dislike that you only get 100 contacts free. :-)
It does not offer landing pages or social media integration but there is ways around it. But we may see these features very soon.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

I'd recommend start with free DRIP account is limited to 100 leads– which is more than enough to get you started. But if you have more its okay, just setup a trial period and move along, it will gives you time to learn and get to discover its full capbilities/great features on the free version before start paying to increase and build your audience. Plus side, it gives you time to setup multiple campaigns so you can try, test and improve.

If you're serious and want to take your email marketing to the next level, then you should seriously consider Drip. It offers you many blueprint options out-of-the-box which is (a bonus) great to get you up-and-running in less than an hour. Drip offers solid tutorials, docs, videos and it is totally versatile, flexible and not expensive for what you get.

You only need to plan, name your campaigns, and select one of the pre-design email templates.
Drip’s gets you (thinking) going even further with its segmenting capabilities allowing you to elaborate and/or craft out niche groups of people if you fancy offering a promo or limited time offer.

I would highly recommend Drip if you're selling consulting services, e-products and/or courses then do not hesitate as Drip offers a super intuitive visual builder allowing you to create marketing automations with just a few clicks - seriously is that simple. Add a superbe marketing automation solution to your business and expect a boost in your sales and conversions.

Also, Leadpages merge/acquire DRIP recently, so this also tells us that Drip is going to be here for the long haul.
Good luck.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I get to use email broadcast, sequences and workflows to promote my services. I have simply double my subscribers.

  ### 25. Simple Email Automation/Marketing for a Busy SoloPreneur

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2018

**What do you like best about Drip?**

For the most part, Drip will guide you into getting a form on your website to starting an automation sequence to creating a whole workflow, without much prior knowledge on your end.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

There can be some rough edges around set up of the workflow which may not be as clearly defined for those not used to doing email automation.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Drip has allowed me to set up a workflow on a technical item I am offering. It allows me to send a few automated emails after a user signs up for a sample of the specific item.

Setting up workflows is a breeze, especially with the visual layout.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

No ability to rearrange items in a workflow without redoing everything. Or duping stuff.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

easy to use, clean interface (but hate the pink)

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 31. Marketing automation for all scales of business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emmanuel Q. | Head of Growth, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 21, 2017

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Drip is that rare tool that genuinely works well for both small as well as huge businesses. Super intuitive user interface means there's almost no learning curve, but powerful features are just around the corner when you're ready for them.

I'm also a huge fan of the team. They're very candid about what's going on and there's a degree of transparency and humility that is rare with Saas businesses. Engaging with them, you have the sense that they genuinely want your business to succeed. Support team, especially, is extremely helpful.

Finally, there's a super active and supportive Facebook group associated Drip where lots of people share ideas about making the most of the product.

I've introduced multiple clients to Drip and they marvel at what they can do with it. It's literally the beating heart of my digital marketing efforts - the rest of my stack hooks into it in one way or another - and it's pretty much where I'm planting my flag for the long term. I can't see myself looking for an alternative for a long, long time.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

On the lowest paid tier, support team can take a day or so to get back to you, which is generally okay, unless something is a bit of an emergency. That said, when the support team responds, they're always extremely helpful.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

Take advantage of the free tier to give a spin. Join the Facebook group associated with the product and ask for advice and recommendations.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Drip as follows:
- use Drip to store *all* my customer details, not just name and email, so it acts as my CRM
- I integrate all my other lead acquisition and lead gen tools into it (eg. Eventbrite, Instapage, CraftCMS, Upscribe, Zapier), so it's super easy to set up complex marketing flows
- use Drip for all my email marketing
- use Drip to deliver lead magnets
- use Drip as my lead scoring system

  ### 32. Strong Marketing automation software without the hassle

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 30, 2017

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Clean and easy-to-use UI together with a lot of strong features. No set-up fee, easy-to-use, strong ecosystem together with a feature set that will be enough for the target group makes this

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

It's not perfect featurewise (I am missing a couple of features to be able to say that Drip have everything that I want). However, Drip have everything I NEED for a bargain price.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

Try it out for a couple of months. The tough part of marketing automation is never the software, it's the business development and content creation.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Generating more leads, nurturing leads, aligning sales and marketing

  ### 33. Great idea, falls short on delivery for more advanced scenarios. Terrible support experience.

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** S. Alexandre L. | CTO, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 27, 2017

**What do you like best about Drip?**

The workflow editor is simple, and its breadth of triggers is good. Emails are delivered within a reasonable delay, and are what you'd expect them to be. In short, I like the dream of Drip.co! If all its aspects worked, it'd be genius.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

Their support staff are not rapid, and so far: unhelpful, and very generic. There are a lot of pitfalls in setting things up if you dig beyond email-only actuation (using their editor).

The web hook system delivers events with irregular delays; sometimes spanning as long as 15 minutes for a simple 'clicked link' type of event. What's more the webhook intermittently disables itself citing 'timeout' that's actually not possible. Hosted on AWS Gateway with a Lambda execution; we had zero downtime or errors in our Cloudwatch logs (serverless!). These considerations make testing complex flows quite a chore. Launching new workflows is not very simple as a result. I imagine once they're up and running this is a bit more of a non-issue.

We'd had trouble with their 'visited site' javascript-based tag. The tag was there, loaded via GTM as instructed in their knowledgebase -- but our workflows never reported the visit event. Having contacted their support via their support form, several days later, we're told "tag isn't there, try again" (when the tag is clearly there, something that could be identified with any browser tool). They actually maintained on two subsequent ticket replies, that the tag wasn't there...

To launch our workflow, we had to program all kinds of workarounds using their __s tag, firing events to their REST api instead of relying on their javascript tool. What a time investment.

I suspect that they have brilliant engineers, but that the success staff isn't quite as knowledgeable.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

Consider your use case; if advanced, consider alternatives.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simply trying to help our clients along a nurture path, to provide the best experience possible.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rony C. | Partner, Real Estate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2017

**What do you like best about Drip?**

It's very simple to use and let's you decouple marketing and development better, making complex automation problems simple to use. Live chat support is also great and helpful, even though sometimes not even they know the answer to some questions right away.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

I have a hard time figuring out which events take place first when you have multiple triggers for the same event in workflows and rules. I have had to try out sometimes and use delays as workarounds to make sure my automation use case would work in the correct order. They could be clearer in the docs. I have also found some of their examples in their docs simply don't work.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

Drip is a great tool for automating your onboarding proccess if you have a saas product. You just have events get sent to drip and use workflows and rules to automate your onboarding proccess. It's much more simple than their expensive alternatives. Their pricing is great when you compare them to infusionsoft, where you get tons of features you will never use.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sign up flow optimization for a saas product. It is like a 24h onboarding agent, implemented in a very easy to use and iterate.
