## Drip Reviews
  ### 1. Drip does what I need fo sho

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hunter K. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

The format for typing emails and creating engaging messages that help convert is super easy to use and fun to get creative with.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

Really nothing. It's low on tech-jargon so I can handle it. That would be the only thing, but it's not!

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

do it man. I hear it integrates a lot better with wordpress than with wix, which is what I use. But that's up to you.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

oh man, the best thing is that I can use drip to sell tickets to people in specific cities around the world. That's clutch. I can target a campaign for people only in X city to say, "hey, we're coming your way, buy a ticket!" I'm a musician, in case that helps to clarify.

  ### 2. Drip runs our entire brand

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

I've been a drip user since 2015 and the one thing that I stick around for is how custom I can go with everything. From liquid fields to complete editing of a template, custom segments, tagging. It has everything. The rules are really good too.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

They take credit for a lot of sales, and they don't integrate with many platforms. Seems like Klaviyo is winning on that front.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having an email database and followup flows. Most of our sales come from email

  ### 3. Drip has been super helpful automating our follow-ups

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

The workflows have been helpful for automating our follow-ups

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

There can sometimes be a delay when sending emails which is annoying when we're trying to send a fast customer response to an order

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're using Drip to capture leads for software trials

  ### 4. The best email marketing tool I ever used

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Benjamin C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

First, the price.
It's very affordable for what it does.
And it's also great for ecommerce shops with their automations.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

I thought lead scoring was available when I subscribed, but I'm more than ok with the software itself today.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

If you are looking for a great emailing tool for your ecommerce, Drip is the best.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I connected it to my online course website and I love the integrations.
That's it, it just does what I need.

  ### 5. The More You Get

**What do you like best about Drip?**

I liked all the amazing features drip has to offer in regards to email marketing and funnels.

If your looking for a great email marketing platform to integrate with your business, Drip is the best option.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to grow my email list exponentially. I can also integrate with Shopify which is super helpful to make extra sales.

  ### 6. Many options and ease of use for SME

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 25, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Drip helps my client, who's not technical, to realize her basic goals: growing and engaging with customers. From a technical point of view it's not rocket science. Many features are straightforward and a plus side are the automations flows which was a surprise to me since I'm used to enterprise solution in the past.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

What I miss in Drip currently is to incorporate our livechat application. Which holds many data concerning questions from customers. In order to create a relation between the 2, another application is being used. I would like to see more ready-to-connect apps capabilities in the future.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

If your main goals are: growing your subscribers, engaging with your customers, plus you want a bit of email automation and you own a SME. Than Drip is the solution for you.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As mentioned, we use Drip mainly to grow our list and engage with our customers and prospects. Next step is to build a CLM which will follow our customers/propects CLC, segment, and personalize content relevant in what stage the customers/propects is located. Drip will help us setting this up.

  ### 7. The #1 eCommerce Email Customer Management Solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 01, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Shopify integration is top notch. The ability to create automated systems that tie in with ad campaigns is so easy compared to something like Marketo or Shopify.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

I can't use it with my B2B websites. Drip is designed as an eCommerce email solution, and in fact they won't let you sign up as a customer if you're trying to do something with your B2B email campaigns.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

If you're utilizing Mailchimp for eCommerce, I strongly recommend checking out Drip as a more robust platform...while slightly more expensive the ROI you'll see on your campaigns will be realized quickly.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automated customer emails and targeted email campaigns tightly integrated in with our customers purchasing and browsing habits.

We're seeing way higher CTR and conversions with our campaigns. I also love that we can use this for our abandoned cart emails from Shopify to customize these more.

  ### 8. Drip is the best eCommerce email marketing platform, handsdown

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew C. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 25, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Drip's 'Shopper API' and deep integration with Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento is exceptional. It allows us to target any conceivable customer segment based on their shopping activity and geography. Their ROI reporting is outstanding.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

There is very to dislike. The only area for improvement would be in improving formatting of emails in Outlook but that's largely a Microsoft issue and one that all email marketing tools have to deal with

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

If you are in ecommerce, you won't be disappointed.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Growing ecommerce customer life time value. Typically the cost of acquisition in ecommerce is very high. Drip allows us to maximize LTV by implementing automated and personalized growth campaigns.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Drip let’s me look after customers and potential customers with personalised communication which converts. AB testing is brilliant. Workflows And automations are so clever!

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2020

The email creator for Drip is great, very drag and drop and customizable. The automation and workflows are also excellent. Drip really helps you visualize testing campaigns what's happening in a customer's journey.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

I wish Drip had better analytics. They allow you to export and give good overall statistics, but it's very lacking in regards to creating clusters and deeper analytics.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

Excellent for e-commerce and newsletters, you will need to know excel to do go deeper on their analytics.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating workflows for customers to go down through. Plus Drip's templates for workflows (like the abandoned cart one) are very good.

**What do you like best about Drip?**

It's very easy to automate tasks and manage customer databases.

I’m not a huge fan of the pink colors. Other than that, it’s great!

It allows me to target my email list with the most relevant content for each segment. The split test feature has been useful in determining the best headlines and copy to use.

  ### 21. Great start but has a long way to go

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike W. | Director of Marketing Automation, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

The simplicity of the design and platform is fantastic. The ability for us to segment our list to the specific product and past purchases has been fantastic. Automations have been very helpful but are sometimes really hard to get set up correctly.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

The actual triggers for the workflows are not very clear and not reliable. The email editor is very basic and it makes it difficult to generate really high-quality custom email templates. I don't think the triggers on our campaigns are very reliable and the workflow build is a bit confusing. You are never really sure what you'll get in the workflow.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

Stick with the email templates inside of drip building custom emails has be a struggle to get the emails to render correctly.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using it to automate our e-commerce emails and abandon cart and recommended product flows. We wanted to have a very fast easy way to developed custom emails but the builder is not the best so we have struggled to do that and Drip has not fully solved that problem.

The user-friendly interface is attractive and easy to use. It's simple to add new people and set up broadcasts.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Drip is a great tool - it has a great user interface. I have used it to create email templates and segment email lists, and it really helped redefine email strategy all together. It was intuitive and easy to use with great customer service and a comprehensive knowledge documentation hub that makes it easy to get used to the tool. Also, there are tons of integrations - I used Drip specifically with eCommerce brands and the Shopify integration made it so easy.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

The one thing that could be improved with Drip is the pricing. Some of the brands I worked on were just starting out, and it was a hard sell because it was steep in comparison to other email platforms.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Segmenting lists and in depth reporting have made it helpful to get valuable data from campaigns. Also, since Drip is an eCommerce platform, it provides more reporting in that space than other all-encompassing platforms don't.

  ### 35. Powerful and Intuitive!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brad T. | Marketing Manager, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2019

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Drip is an extremely intuitive platform to use allowing users to quickly and easily build complex campaigns. I love the email editor. Best one that I have used by far. It's fully responsive and allows you to quickly toggle between edit and preview across all devices.
The learning curve for learning Drip is extremely low. You can start building your first campaign in less than an hour of logging on for the first time.
The ability to segment your lists is extremely easy to implement.
Integration into your website is simple and there is a long list of other platforms and solutions that Drip integrates with to create a powerful comprehensive marketing solution.
The price combined with the list of features and powerful functionality kicks the butt of much more expensive solutions that are on the market.
Drip is a modern marketing solution that doesn't feel like it was built in the 90s... unlike other tools on the market.
I have deployed Drip within several organizations and I will continue to recommend it as a top tier marketing solution.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

The one thing I would tweak would be the ability to sort individuals within lists a bit more but this is only a minor item.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

If you are looking for a powerful tool that is easy to use and has all of the bells and whistles that you need to run an effective campaign, then Drip is your answer.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 36. There is nothing like Drip

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dave W. | Wine Sales Representative, Entertainment, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2019

**What do you like best about Drip?**

The first thing is the visual aspect of drip, it takes a little bit of time to get used to it, but once you understand the concept, it's by far superior to anything on the market. The concept "If this" "then that" is so powerful because you can customise your campaigns. If you can think it then you can build it, using tags, rules and workflows which is Drips automation. This is a very powerful email delivery system that is the best system currently in the market.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

I do dislike that there is no phone helpline because Drip can get complicate, it's sometimes hard to explain in writing issues if you could talk to someone, I think problems would be resolved quickly. There's not a lot to dislike. If there was anything, it can sometimes get a little confusing inside of Drip, because of just how much information and stats you can collect. I am finding it hard to write a dislike. It is a little expensive.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

You need Drip in your business if you are serious about running emails. Drip will gain you more sales and build better relationships with you customers.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integrations with my Shopify store is so powerful. This is saving on time because of the power of Dynamic emailing.

  ### 37. Perfect for ecommerce

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris V. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2019

**What do you like best about Drip?**

It has a lot of features, good UX, live chat always present and lets you to create really personalized emails and workflows. In terms of costs: $50 per months for 2600 subs. is ok i think. If you will use all the advanced features for a good, created by you customer retention plan than the revenue will be 10x, i guarantee you. Drip includes all the basic needs like:opt-in forms, custom fields, workflows, automated rules, broadcast emails, good email templates. One think that I like as well are the tags and saved segments which can become REALLY customizable up to your needs. Whenever you are in ecommerce like me or not, this is just fantastic in dividing your audience in different parts which is essential in creating personalized content strategy.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

The forms are great in technical features but are way to simple in design. Especially the hosted LP by Drip form opt-in. Ex: letting you adding a background image on the webspage or hosted form, would be really good for conversions. Sometimes (very seldom), the platform might glitch for some seconds, a thing that I dont see a serious issue. As well, one thing that I dislike is that in the beginning you can get very lost in the platform. Even if there are a lot of help articles, there are things for example about the workflows that I wouldn't have known if I didn't ask the support.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

If you want really beautiful and customized forms, think twice.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ecommerce personalized emails.
Advanced rules and workflows creation that can be integrated with a lot of platforms like Facebook audiences.
Google analytics UTM settings lets you to create a good tracking over your email results.

  ### 38. Couldn't imagine not using Drip

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Super easy to organise my contacts and communicate with them. Love the Shopify integration.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

Chat support has gone for the lower level accounts.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

Give it a try

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organising all my contacts and communicating with them effectively depending on what stage they are in their customer journey.

  ### 39. Excellent Service

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Janice K. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2019

**What do you like best about Drip?**

I'm very new to Shopify and I love the integration. There are a million apps that need to be combined to do what this ONE service can do alone. It has made it easy to notify customers of new merchandise, remind them they have items in their cart, make product recommendations and just generally keep in touch. I have been using a personal email as a sort of trial to test my campaigns and the results I'm seeing are sleek and polished with a very professional look.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

I would say the only downside is I don't quite understand everything yet but that's not on Drip, that's on me.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

Don't be afraid to play with things to see if they work. You can always undo.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have an abandoned cart automation now that made me my very first sale. This takes so much tedious back end work out of my day. I spend almost no time emailing now.

  ### 40. A consistently improving platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian G. | Founder, Head Roaster, Higher Education, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2019

**What do you like best about Drip?**

I've been on drip for 4 months, and in that time there have been a number of updates that took an already awesome platform and continued to improve on it. Some feedback from me was directly taken into account and quickly integrated into aspects of the platform. - Their Live Chat and Email support is fantastic, and the humans behind it are responsive, nice, and fun to chat with while solving challenges.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

I would like to see more advanced reporting capabilities in the platform. There seems to be some data (such as revenue) accessible in front-end reports that don't trickle down to bulk exports. The date ranges for reports seems to be somewhat arbitrary and inconsistently applied across the interface.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

If you'd like to take your basic email marketing to the next level, Drip is a great path to go down. Its feature set is robust, but the ease of entry onto the platform is great. You can start small and simple, and add more advanced functionality, such as automated campaigns, over time. And their amazing support will be there for you every step of the way.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was solving for some lack of automation capabilities and functionality in my previous platform, and Drip filled that gap and I've seen revenue from my 5 automated campaigns slowly tick up over time. It's a great feeling.

  ### 41. Great and powerful product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danny d. | Eigenaar diverse webshops, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2019

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Drip is user friendly but very powerful. There are features the big players like Salesforce and Selligent don’t have (or extremely complicated to accomplish). It’s great that Drip has user friendly options for the less technical users, but also have developer minded tools and options that are necessary for more complex use cases.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

Analytics is a little bit basic. The clickrate is based on the entire send group, should only be calculated on the opens (CTR). Also, it’s hard to quickly analyze which content block was the most popular or which button was clicked on most, because there isn’t any visual overlay like a heat map, something which in other ESP’s is normal.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

Its a great tool for beginners but also for advanced use cases

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Love that you can use JASON files to generate unique content per user. This is a very powerful feature which is even hard to achieve with much more expensive tools.

  ### 42. Easily send newsletter and send action-based messages to your customers

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 30, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

The ability to create workflows and trigger actions based on what the visitors did on your website

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

The workflow structure is a bit rigid and the pricing is on the high side. I'd like to get the ability to being more fluid in the actions I do.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping in touch with customers by email, sending the automated messages and newsletters.

  ### 43. love drip!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Apparel & Fashion | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

easy to navigate and the emails look great

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

not much really - it would be nice to have split tests recommended

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

its much easier than the alternatives

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

automated long funnels for customer retention and increasing LTV

  ### 44. For anyone who wants to do something more than what mailchimp offers.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marion M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

It's easy to create automated workflows.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

multiple accounts at times can be a bit a mess.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

It takes a bit to know everything there are many options.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Great email writing and workflow creation. As well as client contact organisation.

  ### 45. Loving Drip almost as much as my coffee!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rhoda T. | Business Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2019

**What do you like best about Drip?**

I love how easy it is to create automations and workflows. The Drip user interface is intuitive and makes the process simple and quick. The hardest part is actually writing the emails!

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

There isn't anything that I dislike about Drip. So far it is all very user-friendly, provides a great deal of data (which is invaluable) and has been easy for my audience to use and sign up with as well!

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Seeing the revenue that my mailing list generates is a HUGE bonus. I have also developed a number of workflows that were more intuitive and had better segmenting than workflows I had built on other email platforms. The user experience with Drip takes the confusion out of the workflow. It allows you to just focus on the content and the journey you want your reader to follow. Not the mechanisms.

  ### 46. Powerful and intuitive

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 25, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

It’s easy to segment your audience and creat workflows

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

No app and the interface is not mobile responsive

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

Go for it

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Auto responding and issuing reminders and signups for a webinar

  ### 47. Drip is great

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

all inclusive marketing platform -- from website tracking to email broadcasts, etc.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

broadcasts build could look a bit nicer

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

tracking people who visit our website to better target them.

  ### 48. A great and easy way to communicate

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

All the features are very easy to use, especially the new broadcast split testing tool. A much needed and welcomed addition.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

Sometimes the interface lags and have to refresh the page, in particular when navigating the workflows. Would be great to get additional features to split testing in workflow.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easier management of our email database, and communication with our users

  ### 49. Love the e-commerce focus

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 25, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Easy workflows to build and segment various email lists.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

Does not integrate as easily as other email providers with some Wordpress plugins.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to target our email campaigns to specific audiences, and we have been able to customize our messaging for each target segment.

  ### 50. If you're on the fence, GET DRIP!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim H. | Director of Communications, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2019

**What do you like best about Drip?**

I like the easy segmentation tools and their seamless integration with custom rules and workflows. The automations make my life so much easier.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

The Liquid integration between Drip and Shopify are not always in sync like I would like them to be. Some fields that are supposed to be available just are not.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

Please consider adding a Chatfuel integration. Using Zapier as a workaround was helpful, but a bit wonky.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automations. Automations. Automations. We've doubled our open rates and cut in half the number of emails we send to our entire audience. Communicating to our customers with what they want to hear and when they want to hear it has been a game-changer.
