## Drip Reviews
  ### 1. Stop hacking it out -- just use drip

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cody R. | Founder, CTO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 25, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Before using Drip, our teams would always write some internal "follow-up email" script to send out engagement emails to new users. This "worked", but we were always stuck with a simple system that was hard to update and expand. In comes Drip... wow.

Drip supports all of the "logic" we already needed for sending emails, plus many many more options. Our follow up email campaigns are so much more flexible, and on top of it all, we now see metrics like open rate and click rate! This, finally, allowed us to see if our emails were even working and to test out different versions of the same email.

After Drip, our response rate increased by over 150% - on just the first email.

Drip also has a ton of integrations, like Stripe, that helped us add "delinquent payment" emails, "thanks for upgrading" emails, and so many other cool things were never able to do before.

Their support, also, is top-notch!

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

If you're doing this manually right now, there are 0 downsides to using Drip.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

Look over the integrations to find the tools you're already working with. This opens up a lot of options.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Drip, we can follow-up with users under a multitude of conditions: new signup emails, abandoned account emails, upgrade/purchase emails, etc.

Additionally, we now use Drip to determine what emails work and what emails don't work - that's something we didn't have before.

  ### 2. Great ESP and Automated Marketing Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eugene B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 25, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Ease of use and results. With their Automated Marketing system, we now send the right email, with the right message, at the right time to the right subscriber. It also helps us create synergies between the emails we are sending to our subscribers and the ads we are showing to our Social Media audiences. We immediately implement the Welcome On-boarding Campaigns (with a 60-day series of ±10 emails), Blueprint (Shareable) Automated Workflows & Rules (shopping cart & category abandonment, Facebook Lead Generations & Custom Audience integration, etc.) and initial Lead Scoring.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

I ran into an issue with Drip and Shopify, where Spam email addresses were sneaking through. The staff at Drip had a solution at hand and that solved the issue.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

Don't give up, it's worth the initial effort.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting right email, with the right message, at the right time to the right subscriber. Automated email marketing is such a time saver! Converting abandoned shopping carts!

  ### 3. Easy to use, very efficient

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marinka B. | Coach en Inspirator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 25, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

The ease with which I can create campaigns and broadcasts. The way everything is set up just makes sense.
I love that they've recently added a workflow feature, so creating funnels gets even easier. I've contacted customer service a couple of times and they've always helped me really well - they're quick to reply and I actually feel like I'm talking to a human being instead of a computer. They really try and help you and are quick to come up with solutions.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

It's a little hard to connect with some other apps, but most of the time I just use Zapier to connect Drip with whatever I want and that works really well. It's also hard to re-add an unsubscribed user when they've bought something with you, but customer service always helps me out with that.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

If you're looking for a system that works well, is easy to use and allows you to do what YOU want - go with Drip.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm much more connected to my audience, I'm sending automated e-mail sequences, which saves me a lot of work. And I get a quick overview of my income and the way my e-mail marketing has contributed to that. It's also very easy to find loyal customers in the statistics - so I can target those specifically.

  ### 4. Big Fan of Drip

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

I have always been a little skeptic when it comes to email marketing platforms similar to Drip however in just a few days I was hooked and building campaigns, browser abandonment campaigns, lead magnets, and post-experience follow-ups to gain more customer reviews about our business.

Drip is a very reliable and user-friendly platform. With little background in email marketing platform experience I was concerned about whether or not I was going to be able fully utilize the software to maximize our return on investment and increase our sales. However, with a little bit of trial and error plus the help from internal FAQ and tutorials I was able to get a much better feel for the software. Over the past few months we have seen our funnels increase tremendously with more customers working their way through each of our campaigns and one-time broadcasts. The lead magnet was a great tool for us to increase our email database as well.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

Up until this point I do not have anything that I dislike.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

I would highly recommend using Drip at least giving the free trial a shot and using it for a month. You will be highly encouraged by the results.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our biggest problem Drip is solving is upselling our additional services available to customers that they may not be aware of at the time they book online. This has worked out very well from the beginning and we are starting to see more traction as more guests are entered into the funnel.

I have been very happy with the way our reviews have increased tremendously from the email campaigns we have been sending after guests leave.

  ### 5. Automation that works and good to look at

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jorge C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

I like the automation workflows, rules and the email editors. Also their API is very convenient so I can wire it with my apps and CRM. The design is modern and refreshing. TOns of tutorials and instructions that are easy to follow.
The graphs are nice.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

The node view for the workflows is hard to navigate when having several conditionals or parallel workflows. The nodes can go out of the viewport even if they are just a few. It's very hard to visualize the whole workflow, and it's annoying.
Also, I'm not too sure that the metrics are accurate. I've seen some numbers a bit off. It's hard to know which user clicked on what part of the emails. And when a user replies to an email, it seems that Drip isn't aware of that.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

Integromat is very helpful on automating the connection between other SaaS.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Drip helps me with email marketing automation. I have an ecommerce app that I'm building myself, and I use Monday.com as a CRM. Drip allows me to connect all the ecommerce events, and automate the follow-up. That is reducing a lot of the work from the sales people and we get more visibilty in the whole process. It also helps to have a more thorough customer service by sending emails of cart abandonment and congratulate them for successful purchases. We also ask for referrals after two weeks of the sale.

  ### 6. Using Drip as an Independent Musician and Blogger

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason S. | Independent Business Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

First of all, Drip is easy to use and has a friendly interface. It has all of the bells and whistles but it's not overwhelming. I can also easily see the sales that came in that were both Drip attributed and non-Drip attributed, as Drip syncs seamlessly with all of the major e-commerce platforms (I use both Shopify and WooCommerce with Drip).

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

I would like to see a little integration with some WordPress tools, such as Thrive Themes (specifically Thrive Leads), which I used for my core sites. But there is a simple workaround that I use to capture Drip leads.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

Once you sign up with Drip, take adequate time to go through their tutorials. These will answer most, if not all of your questions and will save you a lot of time.
I also encourage you to watch their marketing tutorials as well!

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm building an engaged audience using Drip, and the options for automation and segmentation are second to none. I also love the ease of integration with Shopify and WooCommerce.

  ### 7. Powerful and yet easy to use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Darryl D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 30, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Drip is a full-featured email tool. The power and features are unbelievable. And yet it's also simple to use. It is elegant and does exactly what you need.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

The only negative with Drip is that it costs — but it's worth it considering what you get.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was looking for a platform that I could use for email drip campaigns and email newsletters. Drip could do everything I wanted, and it seemed more elegant and easy to use than anything else I looked at.

  ### 8. Great system, very robust, outstanding reporting, little bit of a learning curve

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carrie S. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

The system can really do so much between workflows, automation, and broadcasts/campaigns. The support is excellent and it connects to a number of outside systems to control flow and collect email addresses. The reporting on broadcasts is really stellar! It's super easy to build campaigns with the template builder and you can do split-testing for both subject lines and design, which is very helpful. Also, love that it ties in seamlessly with our ticketing software FareHarbor and that we have a marketing company that also assists us with the setup and implementation of various things we want to do. The ability to build and control the pop-up form on our website and change it up is also really nice!

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

There's a bit of a learning curve, especially coming off of the more commonplace systems, but w/ the great support and resources it's not an issue. The template-builder sometimes changes fonts randomly, which is odd, and tagging new email addresses to specific groups is a little wonky. I also would love it if the public link for emails snagged an image from the email or had something that was a bit nicer than just the link itself. It's a bit pricier than alternatives, but it really can do so much!

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

Make sure to step through all the resources they have if you don't have an outside company assisting you. There is so much this system can do!

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workflows directing to customers, repeat, and otherwise, based on various criteria have helped, though we need to do more with it. The broadcast campaigns really help us stay engaged with our audience and with the reporting we're able to get a great snapshot of the success of various campaigns and things we did.

  ### 9. Drip provides a set of tools to create marketing campaigns

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2021

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Drip is an automated solution for creating visual email marketing campaigns, the power of this software is in its multiple drip functions such as automated workflows which has an automatic response generator that saves you a lot of time, targeted campaigns with which you can send specific emails to each of the subscribers so marketing campaigns are much faster. It has a lot of integrations with third parties and an interface that although not very artistic is very easy to understand

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

The image library is very scarce is not what you would expect from a software like Drip, it does not have many templates to create advertising emails, it needs the segmentation function is not very good and it does not have enough distribution options, the analysis follow-ups still require great improvements and the technical support takes a long time to generate a response

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

I recommend this software is one of the most complete that I have used, it has everything you need to create marketing campaigns and streamline the entire process of contact management, customer relationship management and more, it has many third party integrations, the simple but very comfortable interface for the user and a price that fits any type of organization and these are just some of the reasons why I would recommend Drip

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems we have solved with Drip are several started by the creation of visual email marketing campaigns since we were not very well integrated into this advertising model but we have found in Drip the necessary tools to succeed such as a visual application that has a visual workflow generator where the user can design in detail the path of the customer, targeted campaigns with which you can send mass emails to a specific group which increases the chances of making a sale

  ### 10. Mostly good - few things I’d change

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kurtis G. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

I love the reporting - DRIP shows you dollars contributed from your mail campaign which gives you something measurable.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

I wish it was more customizable without having to do HTML. Sometimes my campaign emails turn out weird with the way it is setup. Also DRIP can be quite complicated to setup

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

Once you learn how to use it - much better than MailChimp! More powerful, more features, and better analytics

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems solved are email campaigns that are shoppable . I love that

  ### 11. Great marketing automation platform for ecom businesses

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim B. | Innovation Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2019

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Focus on ecommerce for new features, revenue reporting, event-based automations, robust integrations

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

Lack of POS integrations, difficult to track offline conversions, can't store contacts without email addresses. no native SMS functionality

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

If you are looking for a lightweight, but powerful ecommerce-focused marketing automation platform, Drip is the way to go. If you are looking for a more omni-channel tool, it might not be the best fit, but with Zapier or PlusThis, you can incorporate more channels into Drip, and at a fraction of the price of a Bronto or Zaius.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sending messages at scale with, deep segmentation has been powerful. Paired with PieSync, I prefer to segment based on custom field data, which PieSync beautifully pushes back into Pipedrive and my other apps. I don't use it with this company for revenue objectives, at the moment, but plan to explore ways to monetize marketing automation in this role.

  ### 12. Affordable Email with Good basic automation

  ### 17. Great email service provider

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Workflow automations are excellent for simple to complex automation
Drip is easy and intuitive to use
Great documentation and customer service
The new dark mode is a great quality of life feature
Designing emails is quick and easy, especially with templates
Simple things like searchable form fields are everywhere, unlike some alternatives and competitors
Using Drip feels quick and snappy; I'm never waiting for Drip to catch up to me

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

There's no way to add custom url parameters to links. It's restricted to only utm parameters (source, medium, campaign, and content)
It's a little confusing that emails can be sent off as a "one off email" in a workflow or a campaign, which are separate from each other

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently: Purchase confirmations and followups, relationship building
We will definitely expand our use with the business!

  ### 18. Drip is my favorite platform!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katelyn S. | Business Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2019

**What do you like best about Drip?**

I love that Drip has so much capability and I love how it simplifies the funnel process with the straight-forward and easy to follow workflows and rules to connect things together.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

Since Drip does have limits in its integrations, it can make doing some things more difficult. It would be really great, for example, if Drip had even more capabilities within integrations, such as specific PayPal purchases, and if it had more integrations.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

If you're considering Drip, whether you have a clear idea of exactly what you want and need in a mailing service, or you aren't sure but you need something robust, user-friendly, and dynamic, Drip has it all. And, for any areas that aren't exactly laid out, the customer support is spot-on. Cannot recommend Drip enough! I love it and suggest it to anyone in business.

I am helping writers overcome block and struggles with their work to not only complete books but publish successfully. This is so rewarding for me. Other benefits include automation for my business, customizing my audiences, and gaining new clients.

  ### 19. Best in market Ecommerce email + automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kai D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Drip makes it easy for me to reach the right people in my audience with the right offers. Their workflows and automations are seriously the best in the market for Ecommerce and Shopify stores. (I say that as someone who has worked in email marketing for over a decade).

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

Support windows for live chat used to extend into the night - which was great when I was pulling a late night on a project. Now? Support ends at 5pm Central (which is 3pm my local time) 😕

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

Take a trial run and see how the workflows and automations can help you sell more while you sleep.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Drip helps me solve the problem of sending the fight offers to the right people on my list. Drip has helped me sell more and make more money.

  ### 20. Comprehensive Marketing site

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Performing Arts | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Easy to navigate, Easy to read results of your marketing upon consumers to tell what's working/resonating and what needs to be tweaked in email marketing

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

I don't always understand why there are campaigns when things can happen in workflows just as easily. It took me a while to understand how to set rules, but once I got it they are fine to work with!

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

If you are ready to take control of your automation emails, drip is for you! It has a comprehensive suite to let you track where your customers are in the buying sequence, broadcast to all subscribers, sell your products and so much more! You won't be disappointed.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Haydn S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

The broadcasts, workflows, and rules all work really nicely together to give you automated marketing when you want it or a more bulk message when you need it.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

Forms, lead collection, and landing pages. They all need work - the quality of their list building tools is so far not great but I know they are working on it. I also wish they would continue to expand some of their integrations.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Email marketing. A significant portion of our revenue is attributed to email and drip is out partner there.

  ### 23. Fast and automatic email campaigns

The drag-and-drop templates are very intuitive.
I find it very easy to create marketing campaigns using Drip

Analytics take time to appear after an email is sent making reporting somehow difficult

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

Drip is a very affordable way of engaging your clients and tracking the effectiveness of your campaigns

With a click of a button we are able to reach more customers and keep them engaged with our sales team.
We have cut printing and mailing costs.

  ### 24. Good features with somewhat frequent downtimes

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nalin C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Really solid features for broadcast emails, creating campaigns, building workflows, and integrations.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

Downtime. As much as I hate to admit it, there are a lot of times when I log into Drip and I can't see any stats for my email marketing because the server is down.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It seems to have a much better deliverability than Mailchimp once the domain is verified. It's quite easy to manage the templates and content of the email itself, including uploading images, GIFs and videos.

  ### 25. Great for building interaction and sales for your e-commerce brand

Do an onboarding with a member of the Drip team - it is hands down the best product onboarding that I've done. It wasn't just a walkthrough of the product, but time spent solving problems particular to the individual business.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I installed Drip for a client and migrated their Mailchimp list there. The e-commerce integration allowed us to implement browser abandonment, cart abandonment and product-specific follow up emails, quickly and easily.

  ### 26. Well laid out, in depth service like no other CPM

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Music | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 31, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

I love the way it works so well with my e-commerce site. I know exactly what I have earned from my store and how much of this has been attributed to drip funnels and broadcasts.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

It took a while to get my head around it

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

Take the time to learn the process of the CPM. It is not MailChimp, so will require a bit of time. But once you get head around it, you'll love it.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Understanding the customer journey and having the clearest ever segment process of any CPM I've used.

  ### 27. Great Platform, Powerful Capabilities, Poor Leadership

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dave S. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 25, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

The automation tools are top shelf! With Drip you can do incredibly complex email marketing automations in very simple and accessible ways.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

Customer support is at a sharp decline. Shorter support hours, fewer support options, and longer queue times for live chat. Should you choose to email your support request, expect to wait four to five business days for any type of reply.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

Drip is incredibly advanced and offers capabilities not found in other softwares. If you can manage on your own and do well figuring out how to overcome trouble, Drip is a great solution. If you rely heavily on support to help you implement or understand I would look elsewhere.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Email Automation
Revenue Tracking

  ### 28. In love with Drip

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Electronics | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

eCommerce and automation are Drip's bread and butter but it just does everything really well. My favorite part is the Shopify integration and the way you can segment your subscribers based on their actions online. We have a lot of product categories so the way you can create rules based on the way customers interact with your website is crucial. We are a small business but Drip helps us market like we're bigger.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

That I don't have time to take advantage of all of the amazing features.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

This is for marketers ready for the next level and aren't afraid to get going with automation. I was looking for a new email marketing partner when I found Drip but it is much more than that. Don't worry about the price, our email marketing and work in Drip delivers the best ROI consistently month over month.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can now market the right products to the right people for our brick and mortar. We also have been able to use a great abandoned cart workflow for our eComm side that has yielded excellent returns for us.

  ### 29. Quick, easy, and effective!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeffrey H. | Producer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

I love the ease with which I'm able to create a broadcast email and I don't have to reinvent the wheel each time - I can simply use a prior email as a template and update it.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

I feel like I could definitely learn more to fully use the platform, I'd love some short training videos.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reaching customers directly and making announcements about changes to our business as well as promoting the business and activities.

  ### 30. Does some things well, others not so much!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Events Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 26, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

The UX is good - super easy to navigate and pretty much anyone can log in and work out how to do things. The workflows are great and the feature I use the most. I like the new broadcast UX too - easier to use!

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

The analytics don't give me the insight I want all of the time - they're really basic and clunky to find what you want. I also find Drip generally really buggy - it's getting better but in the early days I was on live chat to the team a couple of times a week to report something not working. The live chat team are super helpful but often their answer is "I don't know why that's happening, let me bring it up with our dev team" and then you have to wait a week or two for a response. That can be really annoying if you've got something you need to send quickly!

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to send dynamic, personalised marketing comms to our customers.

  ### 31. I love the Segmenting and Visual Workflows

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amy W. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 25, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

The visual workflows allow me to see the flow that the subscriber will go through. This makes it easier to think about a specific case or set of actions and know exactly what will happen next. Imagining this stuff is just too overwhelming, you need to see it.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

The pricing tiers are pretty steep between levels. The difference between 2499 and 2500 subscriberes is almost double. That is not ideal for small businesses with smaller lists just starting out.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The automation rules and visual workflows allow you to have specific segmenting and to send very targted emails. This is something that MailChimp was not able to achieve. I needed something better. The improvements with allowing more split testing are also a huge benefit to figure out what your audience is interested and to get more click throughs in every email.

Additionally, you can easily exclude subscribers by adding tags and recognize the path of actions that they have taken to have a very clear view of their journey

  ### 32. User Friendly, Successful Delivery, Awesome Features, Good Price

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Britton F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 20, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

The Platform is very successful at delivering emails to our intended audiences and has so many options to draft email campaigns and broadcasts.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

The only thing I struggled with at first was figuring out how to use the tags, but I spoke with a rep and he walked me through everything. Now I totally understand and use tags daily.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

Very easy to use, successful delivery

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am solving the issue that most email campaign services struggle with, and it is that the emails always get sent to the audiences spam folder. with Drip.com, I got my IT team to ensure this won't happen and my delivery rate and click rate are through the roof.

  ### 33. Very Powerful and Clean Interface.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Javier R. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

I like the clean UI and analytics. It's very refreshing to see simplicity on my dashboard.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

I dislike that there is no drag & drop feature for the Workflows.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

Drip is a very powerful marketing and automation tool for nurturing, broadcasting and analyzing your conversions and conversations.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently, I am able to send abandoned cart email campaigns & Win-Back campaigns and our e-commerce form widget is yielding good option results for us.

  ### 34. The ECRM for those who want to take their business to the next level

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

I currently use Drip for two different brands. I love how in-depth it is and how much you can do with automation and workflows. It provides a lot of data and analytics so you can really see everything from ten feet tall. I love how they've added the ability to split test different headlines and the ability to resend emails to those who haven't opened the first one in the broadcast feature.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

I've sent over my feedback with a list of improvements and they appreciated the feedback. Some of the issues I had were with the email builder. It doesn't save my settings and I constantly have to keep changing my font size and custom brand colors. These should be easy fixes so I hope they happen soon. I also wish there were more training tutorials on how to do specific tasks for their Shopify integration. Since they are looking to be the "E" CRM (E for e-commerce) you'd think they would have more training and email workflows built out than they currently do.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

If you don't want to play around with your email marketing and automation this is the platform for you. It allows you to build your systems out for the long run and know it has the ability to scale with you as you grow. You can use this as an amateur but ideally, this is for those who want to build a real long term business.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The major benefit of Drip is its ability to track and show you exactly each customer's journey is. I love the timeline that shows you visually what emails were opened, what links were clicked, and what items were purchased by the customer. It's helpful to analyze and see what's working and what's not. I haven't seen another CRM solve this problem like Drip does.

  ### 35. Excellent Email Marketing Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angela J. F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

I love the e-commerce features of Drip, it helps me track what selling and what I can do to better serve my customers.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

There's not really a downside. The pricing is a bit steep but my sales make up for it each month.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My open rate and clicks are higher since joining Drip and I'm able to track what content is most valuable for my audience and provide more of it.

  ### 36. User friendly visual automation builder

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jarrett W. | Chief Operations Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

The visual nature of workflows makes it really easy to see the journey people will take.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

The email builder (inclduing the visual builder) still lags behind Mailchimp and klaviyo. An upgraded email builder would, in my mind, put drip.com miles ahead of the competition.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

Understand that the visual builder has significant limitations. Integration with woocommerce, shopify, and other e-commerce platforms is second to none.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are an agency and we can easily manage access to clients' accounts. We manage multiple accounts with one login and we can build, monitor, and optimize complex automated workflows for clients. This has led to an increase in revenue for nearly every single one of our clients.

  ### 37. Continuous marketing with extensive analysis.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Morgan I. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Drip for us is a broad marketing system and what we like the most is that its tools are varied and extensive and allow us to create, edit, improve campaigns and at the same time be able to distribute, the other additional characteristics is that it allows us to receive an analysis where in detail we It shows which were the positive or negative parts regarding the comments of the users to the campaigns, however it can improve.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

The system is very nice so I have no negative points, it does not have something negative regarding its features or tools. however it can improve a little more in the mailing system to expand to more people not only in my space but in a much wider space attracting new clients and new traffic in this way this feature can be additional to expand the use of Drip.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

I recommend that all other users try the system, it has been very broad and we have not had any type of problem, the system works correctly and we have given very attractive solutions, increasing our sales and traffic, for us its operation has been phenomenal and as it was docked in a simple way, I like it and recommend it.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Definitely solving our most complicated problems that was to improve in marketing within the company giving viable solutions in the improvement of new advertisements and new traffic on our website and specifically in the sale of our products, we have seen in a notorious way that the Drip system to It worked great as we have seen these favorable results on our balance sheets and it has worked so far.

  ### 38. Drip does it all

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kirsty P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

The best thing about Drip is being able to create campaigns, broadcasts and email sequences with templates, with visual designer or html.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

It would be great if Drip introduced being able to schedule broadcasts or emails on a specific date.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Set and forget - security - setting up campaigns, scheduling broadcasts and then getting on with life without having to worry about whether campaigns are running.

  ### 39. Automatic Emails and Broadcasts Made Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeffrey H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Customer management including adding emails (whether single addresses, a list of addresses, or a spreadsheet) is super easy and it tracks who's unsubscribed in the past, etc. If you accidentally delete one or more, they're not permanently blocked (this is why I left my last provider).

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

It took me a hot minute to realize that their terminology was different than what I was used to and I do wish there were more simple custom tools for setting up drip campaigns that would be relevant to our business.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm reaching my customers more and engaging with them more. They've been more responsive to surveys, specials, and more.

  ### 40. It just does everything the you'd want it.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Apparel & Fashion | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

It is extremely intuitive, well designed, and have never had a single problem with the site being down or a feature not working.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

The only thing I would like to see changed is when you download a data list it is emailed to you. It would be nice if you could download it directly, but this is a small quibble.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a great CRM, data organizer and email tool. As a paid marketing specialist it is extremely easy to pull reports on high and low value customers to create remarketing lists and segment users for ad groups.

  ### 41. Mary's great review of Drip

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Online Media | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

That anyone, even if you don't know anything about email marketing, can figure it out.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

I don't like that it takes up a lot of memory on my computer and I have some issues with how the workflows aren't responsive (they get really squished).

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

I would recommend loking into what your biggest needs are. If you're just sending a newsletter once a month, it's probably not the right fit, but if you want to automate anything with your business or CRM, it's great!

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've been able to automate evergreen webinars which are a huge part of our ecommerce.

  ### 42. Super intuitive

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Antoine M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

We shifted from MailChimp to Drop because MailChimp wasn't intuitive enough for us. We're entrepreneurs, not digital emailing experts, so we needed something easy to use. Drip proved to work like a charm, so we're now getting a lot more efficient at sending emails! Also, the ease of using tags automatically when users register on our site is fab and making our life incredibly easy from a workflow point of view.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

So far, nothing to dislike. We will update if needed...

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating workflows is a lot easier than with our previous platform. And the email sending process is very easy.

  ### 43. So easy to use!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Susan D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

I really appreciate having templates for emails and examples of how to do things - for someone who is a relative novice this is a game changer. I also appreciate their attention to revenue earned.... after all we're in business!

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

I don't know if it's me or it's Drip but sometimes tech overwhelms me. The good thing is that I can easily reach out and ask for support - their help desk is great.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

So easy to use! If you're newer to email marketing save yourself the headache and just try Drip!

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communicating with my clients and prospective clients.

  ### 44. Using Drip to manage my Blog Email List

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 26, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

I like how visual Drip is. You are able to make broadcast and campaign emails with ease. It also integrates with just about anything, which is really helpful.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

I've had trouble with my campaign emails going out earlier than the time scheduled. Also, Drip changed their pricing to a cheaper price point, and didn't change what I was being charged. It felt a little untruthful to keep charging me 2x the amount. I happened to find out later, and Drip changed what they were charging me. But no credit for the months of paying double.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

It's really intuitive and simple for those first starting out. It also has plenty of features that make it perfect for advanced users.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am managing and growing my email list for my blog. I like that everything is automated.

  ### 45. Very happy with their service

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laura K. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

I love that you can create automated email chains for all sorts of events that can happen on your website or behaviors customers take. I love how you can add customers to Facebook audiences in these chains and make use of a/b split testing

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

I wish there were a bit more tutorials to watch on even more strategies that could be used. Though the tutorials that are available are extremely well done and cover all the basics!

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

Very user friendly

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The benifits of drip are to have another channel (email) where I can have a relationship with my customer.

  ### 46. Love Drip and Their Customer Service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emma F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 25, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Their customer care team and reps always go above and beyond to help. They're constantly releasing updates and their dashboards are so user-friendly and are great for screen-shotting and sharing in presentations.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

They integrate really well with some platforms, like Shopify, and not as great with others. The more use use their preferred integrations, the better it is.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

Be sure to make sure your integrations are easily hooked up to Drip

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Revenue attribution to email has been greatly simplified. We're growing our email list and keeping various types of subscribers engaged and moving toward purchase.

  ### 47. Drip is amazing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Entertainment | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

The customer service is incredible. There have an incredibly responsive chat feature with actual people

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

Reporting isn't as customizable as I would like, but I recognize that is not a feature I was shopping for when I choose them.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

Get it. Once you do, do not be afraid of leaning on their support reps. Ask them what you can do to optimize your work flows. They are valuable sources of information and want you to succeed.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed a CRM that would allow us to segment customers and sent personalized emails.

  ### 48. They are the BEST

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amanda K. | Director of Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

The program is easy to use, and helps boost sales more than we could have ever imagined.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

I have no dislikes about this company - they are the best.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

TRY IT , on the lowest end we make 10K more then we pay for the service each month.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reengaging customers, and boosting sales.

  ### 49. their technical support is unstable but still manage to be the best

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** lorena c. | Head Graphic Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 12, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

One of the things that we are most satisfied with is your system since it has a very powerful one integrated with shopify Another thing that we like about Drip is that it is extremely easy and intuitive to create automated email sequences. It also has a great variety of templates, which makes the creation process easier.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

The only problem that we have gotten cold is that sometimes their technical support is unstable, sometimes they answer my concerns immediately and sometimes it is impossible to contact them, I have to climb until they finally answer me and it may take many days for that to happen. which is very complicated sometimes especially if there are short delivery periods

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently we use drip since we have several preconfigured campaigns and so we can select which clients to send any type of information to. We also use it to send newsletters to our company personnel.

  ### 50. Happy with my experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2021

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Easy to use interface, integration of sms and email automation is seamless

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

No cons as such. Just that whatsapp api can be introduced as well

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Post sale CRO. It helps a lot in retaining customers
