## Drip Reviews
  ### 1. Drip turned our product events into something marketing could actually use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yaroslav B. | Full Stack Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Drip?**

What makes it valuable for me is the way it turns user behavior into actions that marketing can actually use. Purchase events, browsing activity, and customer interactions can become automated workflows without needing to build everything from scratch. It becomes easy to understand what should happen when someone abandons a cart, makes their first purchase, comes back after being inactive for a few weeks, or enters a specific segment. From a developer perspective, that matters a lot because marketing doesn't have to depend on me every time they want to understand or adjust a workflow. If an automation depends on a purchase event, a tag, a segment, or a specific behavior, the logic is clear enough for everyone to follow. The API has also been flexible enough for more customized setups. In one project where we weren't working with a standard ecommerce platform, we were able to send our own events and customer attributes from the backend to power segments and automations without creating unnecessary complexity.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

I haven't run into any major issues with Drip, but I quickly realize that the platform works best when your data structure is organized. If events are named differently across systems, if a property changes between the frontend and backend, or if segments are created without checking the source data, workflows can start behaving in unexpected ways even when everything technically looks fine.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A cart recovery automation gives us a good example of that. For several days, the campaign is generating fewer results than expected. Marketing thinks the email subject line needs improvement, while the product team suspects something is wrong with checkout. Before changing the interface or rebuilding the campaign, we review the events being sent into Drip. That's where we find the real issue. Users coming from a specific promotion are adding items to their cart, but they aren't entering the recovery workflow correctly because the event from that path is missing an important property. We fix the backend event, test the flow with several users, and the automation starts working exactly as expected. What I appreciate about that experience is that Drip doesn't just help us send better emails. It gives different teams a shared view of what is actually happening and helps us catch problems that could have stayed hidden for weeks.

  ### 2. Deep E-commerce Integration with Drip

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Davesh G.

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Drip?**

I use Drip for email marketing and automation, and I'm particularly pleased with its deep e-commerce integration. It helps transform raw store data into actionable insights, allowing me to shift from generic, one-size-fits-all emails to high-conversion messages. I also appreciate the significant water savings that Drip offers, and I found the initial setup to be simple.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

I find the cost and price structure of Drip to be a bit of an issue at times. Also, sometimes automations error, which can be a little frustrating.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Drip for email marketing and automation. It helps with significant water saving and deep E-commerce integration, transforming raw store data into actionable insights while moving from generic emails to high conversion ones. It addresses the need for better analytical views.

  ### 3. Best customer service out there

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristin W. | COO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Drip?**

The chat customer service with Drip is the best I've ever encountered in my 3+ years of working with them and other services. You have a real person on the line with you and there has never been a problem they haven't been able to solve. Even if something had to be escalated up the chain, it was fixed within a reasonable timeframe. I can't brag enough about Drip customer service!

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

I wish there were more templates to choose from and it would be nice to be able to code some custom changes a little more like I can in other platforms. I also have to check and recheck that my links are correct, as sometimes they will default back to whatever was previously there if I have duplicated a campaign. We call this "getting Dripped" whenever it happens, so that goes to show you that it happens relatively often. It's a minor inconvenience overall.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Email workflow for our customer base. It's nice to be able to segment who gets what.

  ### 4. Automation Simplifies Communication, But Content Needs Work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kartik B.

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Drip?**

I like how Drip's automation saves time, allowing it to run on its own once it's set up. I also find the basic setup to be easy.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

I find the messages generated by Drip to be poorly written. The automation doesn't fix the issue of content being boring, confusing, and pushy.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Drip for automated communication, solving missed follow-ups and poor customer engagement. Its automation saves time as it runs on its own once set up.

  ### 5. User-Friendly Experience with Quick, Helpful Chat Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Publishing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Drip?**

User friendly. Quick customer support in the chat!

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

Can't have more than 1 email on a user account. Can't reactivate customers without going through support.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of email campaigns

  ### 6. Exceptional Customer Service, Easy to Learn

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mary Jane F.

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Drip?**

I love Drip's customer service. It's a big help when customers mark emails as SPAM by mistake and want to start getting them again; Drip support always resolves the issue quickly for me. Setting up Drip was very easy to learn.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

I wish I could remove spam tags myself.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Drip support quickly resolves issues when customers mistakenly mark emails as spam and want to receive them again.

  ### 7. Best support of any ESP I've tried

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lianna P. | Copy Director, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Support is the best of any ESP I've ever used.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

The learning curve (and finding where stuff lives) can be steep.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Drip to send both automated flows and one-off campaign emails. It helps us keep in touch with users - which is the main point of email.

**Official Response from Seray Keskin:**

> Dear Lianna,

A big thank you on behalf of our Support team and everyone else here at Drip. We put a lot of care into support, so hearing that it’s the best you’ve experienced genuinely means a lot to us.

You’re also right to call out the learning curve. Drip is powerful, and that can make finding your way around a bit overwhelming at first. That feedback is heard loud and clear, and improving onboarding is something we’re actively working on.

Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience. If there’s ever anything we can do to make Drip easier or more effective for you, our team is always here.

/Seray from Drip

  ### 8. A flexible platform with stellar support that truly listens

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Drip gives me everything I need to run a modern email marketing system: smart segmentation, detailed automation, and solid deliverability tools. What truly sets Drip apart, though, is their customer support. Every time we ran into an issue ( whether it was around soft bounces, inactive subscriber logic, or tracking behavior ) the support team responded quickly, clearly, and with actionable steps. They don’t just “close tickets”, they actually help. I also appreciate how intuitive the interface is for workflows and segmentation logic. You really feel like you have control.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

There’s not much to dislike, honestly. If I had to point something out, it would be that certain tracking behaviors (like open detection) can be misleading due to inbox image-blocking, which can cause engaged users to appear inactive. But this is more of an industry-wide limitation than a Drip-specific issue. Thankfully, the support team helped us build custom solutions (with tags and workflows) to better manage this.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Drip allows us to segment our audience based on behavioral and engagement data, which means we can send relevant, timely messages instead of mass emails. It’s helped us automate entire funnels, build re-engagement sequences, and manage our subscriber lifecycle without overwhelming our team. We no longer need manual list cleaning or guesswork, Drip gives us clear visibility into who’s active, who’s not, and what kind of content performs best.
The platform has reduced our churn, increased click-through rates, and streamlined how we communicate with both leads and customers.

  ### 9. Powerful Automation and Intuitive Visual Builder

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Drip’s automation workflows are powerful and flexible. It’s easy to build sequences that respond to customer behavior, so messages feel timely and relevant. The visual builder is intuitive for setting up simple flows quickly.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

When workflows get more complex with multiple branches, it can be hard to see everything clearly on one screen. Zooming and navigating between branches gets clunky, which makes troubleshooting or editing larger workflows more frustrating than it should be.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Drip has been instrumental in making sure we deliver the right message at the right moment, tailored to how customers interact with us—or even when they don’t. It has played a crucial role in enhancing our email performance and ensuring our communications stay in sync with user behavior.

  ### 10. Excellent tool to get the most out of your email lists

Easy management of active & inactive customers

Knowledeagble customer support

Extremely expensive
Required quite a bit of hand holding when setting up workflows

Drip helps in get more revenue out of our customers.
It helps deliver focussed messaging to the right segments at ease.

  ### 11. Powerful Email Marketing Tool for E-Commerce Growth

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cecilia N. | |Adjunct Instructor| Social Media Manager|, Education Management, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Drip stands out for its user-friendly automation workflows and strong focus on e-commerce marketing. It makes it easy to segment audiences and create targeted email campaigns that drive conversions. The visual builder is intuitive, and the platform integrates well with popular e-commerce tools like Shopify and WooCommerce.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

While Drip offers powerful features, the pricing can be a bit steep for small businesses or startups. Additionally, the analytics, although insightful, could benefit from more customizable reporting options.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Drip solves the challenge of personalized customer engagement in e-commerce. It offer advanced segmentation, automation, and behavior-based triggers, it allows me to deliver the right message to the right audience at the right time. This increases open rates, click-through rates, and ultimately conversions for the brands I work with. It also saves me time by automating repetitive tasks and gives me clear insights into campaign performance, allowing for data-driven decisions.

The dashboard is very easy, for those who are willing to use drip email campaigns

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

The price is somehow exepensive for a service that they offer

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Drip uses drip campaigns for all types of SaaS, which is a great thing actually. For our case it's more about handling new registrations

  ### 14. Quick and smooth

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vic g. | principle, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 18, 2023

Very usefull and prompt for showing up on time . There were many times before they shown up that i though this was not going to work, they reassured me everything would be ok and it was. thank you from www.vgtnyc.com

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

there team was on time and sharp i cant really complain about anything at the moment other then the job was done they didn not clean there site. if you consider a site clean an issue then that would be the only case.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we had software issues on site they helped us get though the isses and in a timely fashion . It was fun and easy so we continued to move on with them and would return.

  ### 15. Drip; the solution software to your day to day data input

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anointed E. | Entrepreneur, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Drip?**

I really like drip because it helps you create customized journeys for all your subscribers based on what they're really looking for without any huddle, super easy to use. Try drip today and be grateful you did.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

There's nothing I dislike about drip. Drip is absolutely the best.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Drip is helping me to create customized journeys for subscribers and I've benefited a lot because it has saved me the stress of not looking too far or having to straing my brain to do them.

  ### 16. Very helpful for launching campaigns and managing a large audience accessing our website and forms

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amir Z. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2019

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Automation saves us a lot of time. Without it, we wouldn't have the number of leads and interest we have

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

1. The fact that when registering a user to a campaign it must send him an email
2. In automation, not possible to move elements (like actions, decisions...) around. So if I add a new decision point to a flow, I need to write all the elements below it again in the "yes" or "no" path instead of just moving it

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automation of leads generation and collecting information from users. Drip is the entry point to several flows we have that later integrate with other systems like Google Forms or our SaaS product

**Official Response from Sebastian Væggemose:**

> Hi

Thank you for your review. Much appreciated.

I'm glad you find Drip useful.

We will look into optimizing the user experience.

Best regards,

Sebastian from Drip

  ### 17. DRIP has helped me simplify my email marketing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amy V. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2023

**What do you like best about Drip?**

I use a video hosting platform called USCREEN and it seemlessly connects to DRIP making my life so much easier. I also LOVE the workflows that are available and the options to customize my funnel.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

The text editor for creating my newsletters is a bit quirky - fonts always changing. I've set my default font but it keeps switching randomly.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integration with my video management software USCREEN

**Official Response from Kristian Jønsson:**

> Thanks for the great review! We appreciate having you as a happy user of Drip.

/Kristian from Drip

  ### 18. Best ESP I've ever used

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin S. | Managing Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

After having used GetResponse, MailChimp, AWeber, SendGrid, and others over the past 20 years of sending emails, Drip is on balance the best.

The degree of flexibility and the depth of integrations available in the automations make for tremendous power in being able to reach the right person at the right time with the right message.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

The support staff, while good, can get horrifyingly backed up, and as chat and email are the ONLY options available for support, I reaaaally wish there were a phone option like their competitors have--even if it were pay-to-play.

Often when you need support it's because you're trying to get an email out the door *right now* and you NEED support.

Sometimes, I've given up on what I really wanted to do and moved on to something else because I couldn't reach their support quickly.

That said, their staff are always on point: they know their Drip-fu.

The other thing that can be frustration-inducing is there are times when parts of the system (like loading a list of prior broadcasts to use as a qualifier/dis-qualifier for a new mailing), where the system sorta hoarks on itself and takes several tries to work.

Even still, because we like the rest of the stuff so much, these things are trivial in the grand scale of things.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

Drip is a combination of bicycle and space shuttle.

You can either use it to go down the street for snacks or launch incredibly complex things.

Be prepared to play with it even before you're comfortable going down the street.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy to target / sub-target / micro-target audiences.

Tagging and "groups" system are magnificent to making list management a cinch.

Big time savers.

**Official Response from Sebastian Væggemose:**

> Hi Kevin

Thank you for your honest answer.

I'm glad you're taking advantage of some powerful features inside Drip.

We are always trying to improve, so we can hopefully soon meet your wishes.

Have a great day.

Best regards,
Sebastian

  ### 19. Powerful integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jamie M. | Marketing Media Planning Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Drip?**

One of my favorite things about Drip is the email segmentation and tagging tools. Drip is the most accessible and intuitive software for us to create automated email sequences. The templates, ease of use, and integrations with all the other platforms and software we use to make it valuable to us. Customer service is friendly, competent, prompt, and responsive. I like how many things you can do if you are willing to invest the time and effort. Integration is easy with many shopping carts and other applications, and segmentation is very advanced. The way this segmentation works in conjunction with email workflows helps make it easy to create automated emails at every step of the checkout process. The email editor is straightforward, and templates give you enough to start. As a result, we have been able to automate an almost entirely manual process.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

Learning how to set up funnels is not the most straightforward. However, especially if you are new to email marketing, Drip's support team and chat are elementary to use and will guide you through every step. They also offer video training and training webinars.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

If you've used any email autoresponder systems in the past, you know that they can be very complicated and that getting the most out of the methods usually requires some behind-the-scenes hacking. Drips is a refreshing alternative! Drip integrates with just about everything and is easy to use. Drips is the marketing software I dreamed of when I started my job; it is the best email and marketing automation platform. I am a fan of marketing automation. Drip allows you to add just about any other type of marketing layer, like surveys, text massaging, and even Facebook integration, to name a few. Overall, it has been a game changer for our digital goods e-commerce business. Instead of just sending emails every couple of months to our entire audience, we can now send people through specific sequences of emails with relative ease. I have moved all my clients to Drip from 2 other platforms, and we are seeing better results. If you're considering email and marketing automation software for your business, check out Drip.

**Official Response from Sebastian Væggemose:**

> Hi Jamie

Thank you for the lovely review. I love that you have moved your clients over to Drips platform and seeing better performance!

I wish you a great day.

Best regards,
Sebastian

  ### 20. Extremely user friendly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2023

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Drip is a highly intuitive and user-friendly email marketing automation tool that offers a wide range of features and capabilities. From analytics to comprehensive email campaigns, the versatility and functionality are truly impressive. Moreover, their customer support team is incredible for its responsiveness and expertise, providing clients with valuable assistance and guidance whenever needed.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

Occasionally, there may be a slight glitch or bug in the system, but these are fortunately few and far between.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Drip is really helping streamline the process of email automation for our business. It is much more accessible and helping us reach our goals.

**Official Response from Sebastian Væggemose:**

> Hi

Thank you for the review.

We are glad you find Drip useful for your email marketing automation, from user-friendliness to analytics.

Best regards,
Sebastian from Drip

  ### 21. Visual email builder makes drip fun to use!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ishan S. | Business Development Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2022

**What do you like best about Drip?**

When it comes to setting up automation, Drip has so many features that it takes some time to get used to.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

The worst aspect of this software is its price. They have some great features, but when we compare them to other software, The price could have been better.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

They don't have a large library of ready-to-use templates. However, with the new visual builder, you should be able to make some good ones on your own.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Excellent integrations with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, as well as pre-built automations for ecommerce stores. Drip allows you to automatically resend broadcasts to people who did not open their email the first time.

  ### 22. Once you figure it out it is very handy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Caroline V. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Being able to schedule emails ahead of time. Also being able to select customers based on our websites criteria. We can use the fancy templates or just make regular looking emails fairly easily.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

It is hard to figure out sometimes. Especially when there are numerical values replacing name values. While their tech people are very friendly and helpful, unless you are very adventurous it is not necessarily intuitive.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Definitly an improvement over the whole mergemail business with Outlook. Being able to schedule for upcoming delivery notices or a newsletter with photos (which is very easy and tidy to do) It takes all sorts of problems off our plate. Especially if people want to unsubscribe it is painless for them and all sorted by drip at our end. So we only have to focus on what we want to say to people.
They also offer extensive marketing tools for testing markets. We don't use these as our business is largely word of mouth or via website so we haven't explored these avenues yet. We are able to keep in touch with our customers easily and maintain our customer database easily as well

  ### 23. Great Email Platform for Ecommerce Websites

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eugene B. | Entrepreneur In Residence, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Easy to use, great reporting and follow up. Good customer support. Nice looking emails that's easy to modify and adjust. Very nice display on desktop and mobile devices. Monthly reporting email from Drip helps to keep us informed on how our marketing campaigns are performing. Drip is always adding features to the platform and they do a good job keeping you informed.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

Takes a while to 'get' the workflows and use them efficiently. Learning curve for new employees can be time consuming.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Broadcast emails, Welcome Series emails and Shopping Cart Abandonment emails. We use the Shopify connector to connect our website with Drip. Pretty straight forward to connect and the form feature looks good.

  ### 24. More Possibilities Than I Expected!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Salvatore A. | M1 Valve Builder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2021

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Drip's ability to segment consumers automatically is incredible if you sell various types of products and clients. When things changed for us, we migrated to Drip, but we also needed something substantial for our click and brick as our business grew. I appreciate that you can set up events depending on specific behaviors, such as when a subscriber visits a particular page on your website. The Facebook custom audience integration is convenient. It has helped us improve our social media targeting strategy.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

The email builder is becoming better, but it still needs some work. One needs to mailbox test it because it won't save you from yourself. If you choose the "constrain image" box in some email clients, for example, the images will be skewed, therefore don't check that box!

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Drip helped us solve issues we didn't even realize we had. For example, before a team member takes a leave of absence, we can use Drip to automate most of our social and email marketing, which means things won't be as unpleasant for the team. We couldn't do that before, and we'd have had to leave money on the table while they were out (we're a small business).

  ### 31. Dedicated billing support experience with Alleli from Drip

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tony B. | Growth Affiliate Marketing Lead / Co - founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 13, 2021

**What do you like best about Drip?**

I like the persistence of the Drip support team, especially from Alleli. She worked with my issue with careful dedication and investigation. Her attitude in solving the problem is worth mentioning here.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

The support time zone. I'm based in GMT+7, and the Drip support team seems to me in the UTC time zone, and to get a response from them, it takes a little bit of time. I wish they could have a support team in GMT time zone, so the issue will be resolved much faster.

Thank You.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Billing issue of my credit card and Drip auto monthly charge.

  ### 32. The best email marketing platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gemma B. | Software Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2021

**What do you like best about Drip?**

There are many features that I like about this software so I will proceed to list them:
1. I can handle large data, this is very good because our company is very large and wide.
2. The interface is amazing, it also has the dark mode that I think is great.
3. I can handle it in a very easy way.
4. It is very easy to handle the part of marketing by mail through this software, it is only two simple steps.
5. The workflow is very broad.
6. There is customization, it is a feature that I love because I like to give my projects my personal touch.
7. Integration with WooCommerce, it makes my work easier.
8. I can attach photos and prices to company projects through email marketing.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

The only thing I don't like about Drip is that I can't re-edit the workflows and it's not fully synced with WooCommerce.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

It is one of the best platforms I have used, it has many features that will increase the sales of your products.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The company has had many benefits thanks to Drip, with its workflow function I can keep track of the information of all clients, I also use drip to remind my work team about the company projects that we have to complete. In addition, the sale of our products has been increasing thanks to the personalized emails we send through Drip and its synchronization with Shopify.

Designing an email template with drip is fantastic. We can create unique responsive HTML email templates using their Drag and Drop features. You don't need any HTML coding skills.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

Drip pricings. It starts at $19 per month and goes up to $1500 for 100K subscribers. It becomes a little difficult for a small-scale business whose subscriber base is more.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

If you have the budget, you must go ahead with Drip. It has all the advanced features required to run an eCommerce business.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since I am not an HTML expert, but yes, I am still able to design beautiful responsive email templates using drip drag and drop features. We are using these email templates in our Email marketing campaigns. We can now easily create templates and use them in our automation programs.

We are maintaining a field capacity in soil for better intake of food to crops. So Drip irrigation not only saves water but also strengthens the field capacity of soil to get better quality, better yield, better health, and so on.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

There may be a possibility of clogging of drip emitters. When a customer/farmer purchase a drip system, he shall ask the manufacturer about third-party test reports, which will give you quality product if tested in standard laboratories.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

The manufacturer name is not sufficient; check third-party test reports for dripline. A drip system shall be selected based on your land topography and type of soil.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maintains field capacity of the soil, Water Saving, Increase in yield, Improved quality produce, Early maturity, Saving fertilizer and Labour costs, Improved disease control, Ideally suited for challenging terrain, Saving in energy, Weed control.

  ### 36. All-Time Favorite Email Marketing Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mat O'Flynn, D. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 25, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Drip makes email marketing easy with drag and drop email templates, dynamic workflows and personalization that allows you to talk to the right person a the right time. If you can think it you can build it with Drip!

I especially love their deep integration with WooCommerce which pulls my sales data and customer segments directly into Drip. It's now also a breeze to dynamically add products to emails because Drip adds their images, titles and price! Drip's use of Shopify's Liquid template language also makes personalizing emails easy and is a greta way to add dynamic content based on customer attributes.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

I'd love to be able to rearrange workflows steps. It would also be super cool to see integrations with WooCommerce extensions like WooCommerce Memberships to make the ultimate Drip + WordPress + WooCommerce membership site. Right now it's hard to tell Drip the customer's membership status when it changes on the site. Looking forward to seeing what other visual email builder WooCommerce features get added!

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Following up with prospects and customers is easy with Drip's rules, workflows and broadcasts. For example, I deliver custom Drip email templates via an automated workflow email that triggers after the sale of specific email templates. I also use Drip to deliver drip email courses and communicate with website members among many other tasks.

  ### 37. Excellent easy-to-use SMB email automation tool with tight shopify integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeremy S. | Owner & Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 30, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Email builder is excellent, automation builder is very easy to use. Segmentation tools work well. Across the board it's a very competent platform, and handles all of my various email automations smoothly with no drama (side-eye at you, SFMC). API's are easy to access for leveraging tools like Zapier to do some nutty things. Sign up forms are simple to implement, analytics are sound. I hear that the integration with FB custom audiences works well, even we don't use it. Overall impression and opinion of Drip is good, and I look forward to seeing where they take this platform in the future.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

New features are slow to roll out, everything has been getting buggier this year. There's a number of data feeds from shopify that would be useful to have. Could also use more data fields and types available in the customer object. Media management could be better, as could template / snippet management. I definitely would have preferred more tools being added to existing features rather than having SMS bolted on. The roots of this being a sales-oriented tool still show.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

Excellent for a starter platform, may run out of features for more complex or advanced users.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Need to send bulk and automated campaigns for our ecommerce store. We do about $1 per customer per send off a large list, so it pays for itself every day. We do abandoned card, browse abandon, special post-purchase automations for certain products, deep segmentation to avoid general discounting. We jumped over when Mailchimp got kicked off of shopify, and it's been a great tool to use as we've tripled out list in that time.

  ### 38. Excellent Automation tool for any size business

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chandan S. | Automation and Engagement, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2021

**What do you like best about Drip?**

The Drag and Drop feature for building email templates is excellent as compare to other tools. we can design email templates without any coding skill. They had more than 100+ prebuild mobile responsive email templates.
It is an advance marketing automation tool where we can create customer journey in easy steps.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

The only dislike about Drip is their Analytics and Report. They must introduce some advanced features to track audience activity

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

An excellent tool with all advance features for all-scale business. One should at least try drip. Excellent user interface and easy to use.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Excellent Email template builder. Easy to create customer journey and sequence mail.

  ### 39. Perfect Email service for us

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amy Y. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

The interface is easy to use, and the analytics are useful for our retail store. I love being able to create segments as we are creating emails, allowing me to customize to what product we are featuring in our email. It has a fantastic automatic resend feature that is just one click. And it is very compatible with Shopify! Plus the price is lower or on par with the other services we considered, when we take into account the size of our email list.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

There's nothing we have been unhappy with. When I couldn't get a workflow to function, I contacted help and they showed me how to fix it immediately.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

We have tried half a dozen email services over the last five years, and Drip has been the clear winner for us. Visuals and customizations are very important, as well as being able to seamlessly manage our larger email list.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has improve our email metrics and sales. It's improved our open rate, and it integrates seamlessly with our website provider. Our welcome email series and our abandon browser series has never been so customizable.

  ### 40. One of the best ESP email services out there

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carlos L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 30, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Drip has amazing functionalities, specially if you are more focused on e-commerce. The automation flow is pretty nice and easy to setup. I love the fact they also have automations. It basically saves you hundreds of dollars because you can connect apps like Facebook or Demio. Deliverability is on point.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

UX feels outdated. Sometimes it feels old and is weird, because all the UI is beautiful, even the statistic parts are good. Reports lack some more data, but all the main parts are there. Besides that, Drip is the best alternative out there to Klaviyo.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Obviously all my email needs and replacing automatic flows and some notifications on my Shopify platform. Also the automations (rules) are amazing, I use them every day and it's included in any plan.

  ### 41. Superb Automation and Segmentation with User-Friendly Interface

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anil A. | Founder, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Automation through their Workflows and Rules and superior deliverability. Drip has super-powerful Rules feature and segments creating. Saved segments can be updated automatically based on the segment criteria. There are a ton of integrations with third-party apps. Some are native and others are via Zapier. It also integrates with Shopify and WooCommerce for e-commerce businesses. Drip Workflow includes a feature called Goals which is also very useful and robust.

Drip has recently bumped-up their Forms in a BIG way. Check them out!

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

Drip has almost everything for even advanced marketing automation applications. I wish Drip had date-based custom fields and conditions (like, pause/hold until x date etc.). Another feature I would like to see is being able click-hold-drag Workflow steps as well as being able to freely connect different steps in Workflows.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workflow automation saves me time. Same with integrations I use including Zapier, PayPal, Stripe. I am also using WooCommerce integration for my daughter's new small business.

  ### 42. Next level personalisation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tamás R. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2019

**What do you like best about Drip?**

The visual workflow builder is one of the best I have ever seen. It is easy to use and you can get used to in in minutes.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

Drip is easy to start but has a longer learning curve to master. I still didn't mastered everything that could be done with it.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

If you don't know something, get in touch with the support ASAP. They are friendly and can help most of your problems. You can always modify and upgrade your workflows so you can start with something small and evolve to bigger massive marketing automation later.

Search for courses about DRIP because you can get so much more out of DRIP if you know what you are doing.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Full sync between our Wordpress WooCommerce store. I can see everything from a birds-eye view and can also go deep in data and personalization if needed. We build and add more and more automations as our business grows and this can be solved with Drip without writing code or involve a developer.

  ### 43. We switched to Drip and never looked back!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

The visual layout for campaigns and workflows has saved me so much time. I no longer need to draft them out in Vizio or PowerPoint—or even by hand—because I can easily draft and manipulate each workflow exactly as I need it in real time. I also appreciate the customer service team for their responsiveness and going above and beyond whenever I'm in a bind.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

I wish the Liquid user guide had more detail and gave multiple examples for each use case because I have a hard time manipulating what I see there. I spend A LOT of time troubleshooting the code for my emails. I am not a developer but do have a deep level of understanding when it comes to Liquid, CSS, and HTML. People like me would greatly benefit from a more robust Liquid User Guide than is currently made available by Drip. Additionally, I would like the ability to export email engagement reports to a CSV file so I can track open rates, click rates, and conversion across multiple email categories and analyze trends connected to the subject lines I use.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

Pull the trigger. You will thank yourself!!!

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With automatic pruning and highly targeted segments, we have seen our open rates shoot past 30%! More emails are converting, too. And with automatic tagging based on email, website, and Facebook ad engagement, we're able to move people multiple sales funnels simultaneously while also minimizing the lift that would have otherwise been required using another email marketing platform.

  ### 44. Drip is great for setting up email campaigns and seeing their engaged with the website.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shayne L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 25, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Easy to manage email subscriber list and see activity

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

I find the dashboard a bit confusing but is easier as time goes one

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

Drip is great for setting up email broadcasts and campaigns. It is awesome to be able route subscribers to different email campaigns with the tags. I also like being able to set emails to draft mode and have someone else review it before setting it to publish. The dashboard is a bit confusing in the beginning but with practice it becomes easy. My favorite feature is actually how it creates leads for people if they interact with our website which you can adjust with the "lead score". Different things they do assigns them points. When they become a lead, it makes an activity in Pipedrive to follow up with them. Drip is a great choice for anyone who has many subscribers and different email campaigns. Another great feature is the Broadcast feature where you can write an email and send it to everyone in a list and if they do not open the email you can send it again but only to the people who have not opened it. You can check the statistics for percentage of emails opened and clicks in the email. This was you can do multiple versions of an email and can determine which version gets the best engagement. I highly recommend, but unfortunately I do not have any insight into the cost of it versus a similar product.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reaching customers with information about company products and industry news

  ### 45. Best email marketing system around

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jon M. | Owner / President, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2018

**What do you like best about Drip?**

I love how flexible drip is and simple to do segmenting. I also am a fan of getting all the tools for free until you get to 100 leads.

Basically there isn’t much that you can’t do with drip if you know what you want to do with it.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

Lack of support for embedded forms. However there is the option to embed forms into a blog post for instance. But to have them look like they belong on your site (branded) you need to know css.

I know that drip has put much more effort into forms and it really shows. As a blogger this is key for getting leads to sell my blogging products.

Also, It would be great to have a code generator for this to be do onsite.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

If you are doing any type of e-commerce I highly suggest you look at drip as your permanent home for email marketing.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’m able to target my customers with offers that they want rather than blasting them the same products over and over. Segmenting is made simple which is a time saver for me.

  ### 46. E-Commerce Just Got Easier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shantell S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Learning new software has its challenges but I'm happy that I chose Drip for CRM management. My store is powered by WooCommerce in a world where Shopify users have way more integration partners. Drip has created a seamless integration with WooCommerce and the setup was extremely easy.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

The People tab, specifically trying to get into a customer's profile or create segments isn't user friendly. Updating it quickly and learning what specific products were purchased is no easy step. I know the TAG, and Date associated with customer orders and would have to click around to find out what they purchased.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

If you have an e-commerce store then Drip is the only software that you should consider. Your marketing team, like mine, will try to push you towards competitors that they are comfortable with, but those solutions aren't built for e-commerce exclusively.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed more ways to filter groups of customers based on what they purchased and send emails based on those hyper-segments. I have a small product line with many options for each product and it's helpful to know exactly what customers purchased.

  ### 47. It's great! Can be improved but is still very very good

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gracielle H. | Digital Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

I love the integrations, especially to Facebook. It makes our targeting easier and better. I also love the automations and bulk actions. I started using Drip before their email builder so it was just texts and basic images but now their builder has a lot of options so I also love that. You now have the option to change header backgrounds even the background of the body of text which is great. You can also arrange the layout and that is very handy when you want to make your email look better. All in all a very good software

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

It's a bit of a problem setting up campaigns that send on a specific date like Black Friday, Cyber Monday. I would love to have the option of setting up a campaign that sends on a specific date. Another thing that I would like is if they can make a calendar that shows when an email will get sent so we don't overlap emails that send on the same date. Also would love an option to skip a day when another email is scheduled to be sent that day.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

Try it! In my experience, it is definitely better than the old version of Mailchimp. I haven't used Mailchimp in a while so I'm not sure if they improved but from my experience Drip is more intuitive and offers more value.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automations, it makes everything easy and intuitive. It's also helpful that I do not need to manually do things because Drip is integrated so well with other products that I already use like OptinMonster, Zapier, Facebook Ads and more. I realized that email marketing can be a whole lot easier with Drip. I also like how it manages my email lists, it is very comprehensive and there are a lot of options.

  ### 48. Drip empowered to make 1.5M in 2020

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelley M. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

Drip just works. Its so easy to get started. Drip out of the box does exactly what you'd hope out of a CRM. I sell an online course and I trigger messages based on where a user starts on my website.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

I wish in workflows I could add specific dates for emails to get sent out instead of just delays. Like in some cases I add customers to a workflow for a live event but these customers buy it at different days so its tough to setup a delay that will time everyone perfectly. So I have to manually send out emails before scheduled classes. Other evergreen stuff it works perfect.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is so nice to be able to sort subscribers by tags. Me and my team are super specific when it comes to tags so we have accurate segments of our list. This helps with seeing how well certain campaigns are converting as well as making sure everyone is getting the correct messages.

  ### 49. Switched from Mailchimp and couldn't be happier!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian H. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 30, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

I love the automation and incredibly precise targeting. I've got a dozen workflows set up to handle all my onboarding, list pruning, and customer retention needs.

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

I'm having a hard time coming up with something to dislike. Before Drip I really didn't know what was possible. At the moment, I can't think of anything I like better on Mailchimp, my previous provider.

**Recommendations to others considering Drip:**

Might as well give it a shot! You've got a 14-day free trial to import your lists and play around with the workflows.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm a recording artist keeping my fans sorted and tagged according to where they are in their customer journey. I love being able to send out promotions while excluding subscribers who already have the product(s) I'm promoting. Feels less tacky!

  ### 50. C

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carl S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 25, 2020

**What do you like best about Drip?**

drip's functionality, the analytics and the ease of using a template

**What do you dislike about Drip?**

I wish I was able to create sublists based on what image/link the customer clicked on.

**What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we've been able to create more engagement with customers and track what types of emails work best.
