Drip Drop is a marketing automation platform for email and SMS, enabling users to create campaign flows without coding. Its drag-and-drop builder simplifies campaign design through a visual interface. The platform integrates with tools like Twilio, SendGrid, Gmail, and OpenAI, prioritizing an integration-first approach. AI-powered messaging generates customizable email and SMS drafts, turning ideas into ready-to-refine content. Analytics track delivery rates, engagement, and click/open metrics for insights. Contact management includes import, deduplication, bulk enrollment, and organization via custom fields and tags. Reusable templates ensure consistent communication, while timezone-aware scheduling launches campaigns based on recipient location. Compliance controls support responsible messaging, and data export features allow retrieval of contact and journey information. Audit logs, governance tools, a public API, and webhooks enable seamless external integrations.
