It gives businesses voice and chat AI agents that answer and make real customer calls on the phone and WhatsApp, and act inside the tools the team already uses: CRM, calendar, helpdesk and payment systems. Teams use DRING for inbound customer support, appointment booking and reminders, outbound lead qualification, order and delivery updates, surveys and candidate screening. Every agent runs 1,000 to 10,000 simulated conversations, built for your company, before its first real call. After each call, DRING writes the outcome and a structured summary back to your CRM, and hands the conversation to a person when needed. Agents go live in a week. DRING connects with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Bitrix24, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Sheets, Zapier, Twilio, WhatsApp and any system with an API or webhooks.
