Drill Logs is drilling management software for mining companies and drilling contractors. It covers diamond, RC and underground drilling in mineral exploration and mining. It replaces paper PLODs (Progressive Log of Drilling) and the spreadsheets that come after them. At the rig, crews fill in the PLOD on an Android tablet that works offline. They record metres, activities, downtime, consumables and crew hours. The app is available in English, French, and Spanish, and shifts sync when the tablet is back online. In the office, built-in checks flag problems on each shift, and some problems block approval until they are fixed. A shift is approved by someone other than the person who submitted it, and approved shifts are locked. Each approved shift produces a PLOD PDF that shows both the submitter and the approver. Everything downstream is built from the approved record: - invoices using each client's own rate card, with export files for QuickBooks and Xero - rig metre budget against actual metres drilled - drilling programs, holes and surveys shown on a map - drill bit and reamer life tracking - stock by site, with low-stock alerts and consumable price history - management reports in PDF or Excel, plus a daily operations email Clients get a read-only view, and there is also a read-only REST API.
