What problems is Crazy Domains solving and how is that benefiting you?

I came to Crazy Domains through google search and after checking with the sales, I had been told that we have a 60 days money-back guarantee. After purchase, I found that it is not what I have been looking for, as I am not able to transfer my emails. So I immediately requested for refund, but I got only a partial refund as they told me we will refund only pro-rata basis as your service has been active but that is what I had not been told on the first instance when I contacted the sales. They told me that we charged pro-rata after 6 months as they were telling me to buy for the long term. Now I am not understanding how you will check the service without activation? "Watch out for hidden costs"

What do you like best about Crazy Domains?

Domain hosting was ok until they began trying to upsell with hidden costs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crazy Domains?

Recently they upsold me to a service for a substantial amount of $$. Then, after I paid up front, they told me that they can't deliver unless I pay even more money. I requested a cancellation and a refund which were both approved. The cancellation was processed. A week later, I called them and they told me the refund has been processed and it's up to my bank now. I still haven't received it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

DO NOT USE CRAZYDOMAINS. So many issues, friendly customer team but they cannot resolve much. Impossible to escalate to senior technicians. You will have to explain your issue to different people every time you call. No-one will really own the issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Crazy Domains:

They need to properly train customer service teams. When asked, they did not have a way to escalate issues with a manager or supervisor. The tech support was not professional, kept sending invalid files. We lost traffic, visitors and customers. They do not even offer refunds for the days the hosting did not perform. What problems is Crazy Domains solving and how is that benefiting you?

Things that should take minutes to solve take DAYS. I gave up. Had to fight three days to get a valid CSF file to move my SSL to another provider. I have lost visits and customers and hours wasted trying to get someone to solve a simple issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Crazy Domains?

We have bought the business plan of Crazy Domain for some e-commerce websites that we have managed. The price is almost the same as others several hosting maybe $10.13/month. We got an excellent CPanle access that is easy to use and the interface is easy too! Another plus point is that you can bust your traffic directly to top 3 search engines such as Google, Yahoo and Bing. Also, you can run bulk email marketing directly from here!
