I came to Crazy Domains through google search and after checking with the sales, I had been told that we have a 60 days money-back guarantee. After purchase, I found that it is not what I have been looking for, as I am not able to transfer my emails. So I immediately requested for refund, but I got only a partial refund as they told me we will refund only pro-rata basis as your service has been active but that is what I had not been told on the first instance when I contacted the sales. They told me that we charged pro-rata after 6 months as they were telling me to buy for the long term. Now I am not understanding how you will check the service without activation? Recently they upsold me to a service for a substantial amount of $$. Then, after I paid up front, they told me that they can't deliver unless I pay even more money. I requested a cancellation and a refund which were both approved. The cancellation was processed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Crazy Domains? DO NOT USE CRAZYDOMAINS. So many issues, friendly customer team but they cannot resolve much. Impossible to escalate to senior technicians. You will have to explain your issue to different people every time you call. No-one will really own the issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. The tech support was not professional, kept sending invalid files. We lost traffic, visitors and customers. They do not even offer refunds for the days the hosting did not perform. We got an excellent CPanle access that is easy to use and the interface is easy too! Another plus point is that you can bust your traffic directly to top 3 search engines such as Google, Yahoo and Bing. Also, you can run bulk email marketing directly from here!
