Neither interaction with front desk, neither a technical staff. Complete disconnect and a scam **What do you dislike about Crazy Domains?** company is an absolute scam. Entirely incompetent people who are only interested in you making a payment. After that, nothing happens. The worst guy to avoid in sales is Justin. Many promises were made, but none of them were kept. Starting from making a call back, going through returns of promised credits, ending up with no activation of the service, nor delivering what was promised during a sales pitch. During a migration, two pages went offline twice. One is still offline—zero accountability for what is happening in the background. Front desk unsynchronised with the migration team, sales, etc. Automated marketing asks you to implement changes, although the setup is not ready yet. I can go on with the complaints. Now, I've got stuck with you and wonder when to move on to another provider, fearing the same experience. Short of almost 2000 NZD and still not having all the issues resolved. A place I shall avoid but felt into a trap. What a mistake. This means your site might be down for hours... **What problems is Crazy Domains solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am totally dissatisfied with Crazy Domains NZ, their support is terrible, they make a lot of mistakes and the customers pay the price. In my case, my domain was deleted by Crazy Domains without my consent and this caused my Website to go down. Thanks to another ISP I discovered what really happened and then when I complained at Crazdy Domains they told me that I had to wait until 10 AM NZ Time because the Domain Team was not available. So, the 24-hour support is BS and my domain was down for 4 hours thanks to them To make things worse on the same day a problem happened in the MFA and I was not able to access my control panel. Could you imagine my feeling when my site was down, and I was not able to access it. Aftert 1 hour and 30 minutes, finally the MFA was removed from my account and I was able to access it, but my domain was still down for an additional 2h30. ### 3. Around 10 websites to the hosting. Server has been down for more than 2 hours. Customer service is terrible. I had to remind the agent that the initial recording while waiting to speak to a customer service agent, mentioned that I will speak to a friendly customer service agent. And when I got through to the agent, not friendly at all and had to remind him that the prerecording said I'll be speaking to a 'Friendly customer service agent' then he changed his tune. Additionally have been a customer for quiet some time, and in the past when a huge issue like this occurs, they use to compensate by giving some free extra hosting, they do recognise loyal customers or have a policy around recognising loyal customers, my last bill was $1000 and I get really poor customer service and a poor product. I will be looking to move all my hosting elsewhere and as well as move all my clients hosting away from Crazy Domains. See photos for proof that servers were down and still down for more than 3 hours! Some of their prices are competitive but that's because the support is so bad and they try to sting you with "add-ons" that are usually part of the "cheap deal" you got. **What do you dislike about Crazy Domains?** We use their reseller platform and the support is horrendous. Not only do many of the staff have a weak command of English but a lot of the time, they have no idea what they are doing. Anything more than the most basic support is passed up to "higher support", who are invisible people that you will never have direct contact with. Your support request is then out of the control of the staff you do have contact with, who then use the one skill they seem to be trained in, which is apologising repeatedly while the higher support ignores your increasingly desperate pleas for help. Then eventually (often after 24-48 hours), there is a simple answer, which any half-decent support service could have provided within minutes. Whenever there is an issue or something we just don't understand, you go to their website and engage them via chat. The results are immediate. **What do you dislike about Crazy Domains?** We had four wordpress websites hosted with them and two were flaky while the other two were not. It turns out that CrazyDomains uses other hosting and the two flaky servers were in a different environment to the two good ones. After purchase, I found that it is not what I have been looking for, as I am not able to transfer my emails. So I immediately requested for refund, but I got only a partial refund as they told me we will refund only pro-rata basis as your service has been active but that is what I had not been told on the first instance when I contacted the sales. They told me that we charged pro-rata after 6 months as they were telling me to buy for the long term. Now I am not understanding how you will check the service without activation? ### 12.
