Dreamfactory makes it very easy for us to create APIs that connect to our SQL databases. We love the flexibility this gives us, and it has improved our security by preventing our applications from directly connecting to the databases. Dreamfactory makes it easy to manage access to our APIs and services through the use of roles and application-based controls. Configuring APIs that connect to REST services could be more intuitive. It would be nice if there were a built-in Swagger editor that could simplify the process of creating the service definition. As of now we need to rely on 3rd party utilities to generate the Swagger code.

More flexible pricing options (e.g. a la carte premium connectors) would certainly help us with justification and procurement.
