**What do you like best about Dreamdata?**

I have been using dreamdata for about 4 years and I am glad to see the updates and innovations they have made. To explain a few of the features I use and like the most, my favourite feature is that it offers direct links to all marketing channels and we can analyse them on a single platform and see how much we spend. Yes, we can do this with any BI tool, but in dreamdata we can see it on a ready-made dashboard in minutes. It is very easy to use for those who are familiar with digital tools and I did not have any problems with integration. However, an instruction section would be good for inexperienced users. The most important issue is conversions. The new data-driven conversion model at Google doesn't show everything you need to see. Dreamdata shows when and on which platform a potential customer first interacted, how they interacted, and even the interactions of others from the same company. This in-depth information allows you to see more clearly which marketing channel is really successful

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

There's not much not to like, the current design is constantly being updated, but I think I'm looking for a bit more colour.

**What problems is Dreamdata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dreamdata enabled us to trust our data more by combining different marketing channels and the difficult to read and understand structure of our crm tools on a single platform.

**What do you like best about Dreamdata?**

Dreamdata is great for showing me the overall value of a particular channel—for example, how LinkedIn influences conversions that ultimately land via other channels. At the same time, it also lets me dig into an individual customer journey and map the touchpoints across different marketing campaigns, along with more general interactions with our business. It’s almost like having both quantitative and qualitative attribution in one place.

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

Dreamdata has a lot of complexity and a lot of features, which can drive a lot of value, but I’ve found it difficult to get less technical marketers to adopt the platform because of that. For experienced marketers who understand attribution and are comfortable with various forms of martech, it’s fine and makes sense.

Integration with Microsoft Dynamics could be smoother, as this has presented us with some challenges, although I acknowledge that our very customised CRM setup is likely the real driver behind those issues.

**What problems is Dreamdata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’re using multiple features, including Attribution, Customer Journey Mapping, Signals (to send companies to our CRM so SDRs can reach out), and Revenue Analytics.

**What do you like best about Dreamdata?**

As a paid media manager, I find Dreamdata’s fast UI and its ad-to-CRM integrations to be real game-changers. Being able to filter by paid media every day saves me hours and instantly shows the true ROI of our B2B pipeline. It helps me move beyond vanity metrics, so I can confidently allocate budget toward the campaigns that are actually driving revenue.  

Using Dreamdata improves my campaign performance by giving me the clear attribution data needed to optimize our B2B paid media strategy for true revenue generation.

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

As a daily user, I can’t quite put my finger on what I dislike about Dreamdata. If I had to nitpick, it would be that integrations sometimes disconnect for no obvious reason, and I then have to reauthorise them (though that may be on the platforms’ side). I’ve also noticed there’s a strong emphasis on paid, with less focus on organic traffic and how organic is impacted by paid efforts. I know they work on creating custom dashboards and reports to suit individual needs.

**What problems is Dreamdata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Dreamdata, we struggled to track paid media ROI across long B2B sales cycles, which pushed us to optimize mainly for top-of-funnel leads. Now we can connect ad clicks directly to closed-won revenue in our CRM.

The ability to import and sync conversions into paid channels, along with all the data from Dreamdata, is a winner on its own. And using the filters to attribute results to different paid touchpoints throughout the customer journey has been a real eye-opener.

**What do you like best about Dreamdata?**

I like using Dreamdata for attribution, especially across content and ads. It helps us measure the effectiveness of content and see how many leads it influences and the impact our pipeline and deals. With Dreamdata, I can map the customer journey and identify which pages have the most impact at each stage. It also shows which content isn't performing well, so we can decide if it's something to remove from our site. I also find Dreamdata easy to use; it's very intuitive and allows me to click through prebuilt reports quickly. The integration with Salesforce CRM is seamless, which is a plus. Dreamdata is valuable for allocating monetary value to content, which is essential in larger organisations where justifying and proving content effectiveness is crucial.

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

I think some competitors are a bit ahead in how much you can personalise the dashboards. It would also be nice to be able to sort of pick how you want to visualise the data, as I know some other competitors on the market also enable you to do this.

**What do you like best about Dreamdata?**

I appreciate how Dreamdata solves the problem of fragmented and incomplete attribution data by connecting multiple touchpoints across the entire customer journey. It eliminates reliance on last or first-click attribution by showing how multiple channels contribute to pipeline and revenue over time. The biggest benefit for me is being able to move from channel-level optimization to true revenue optimization, which makes it easier to prioritize high-impact initiatives, validate experiments, and justify investment decisions with clearer data. It also helps the team understand which campaigns and channels are truly driving incremental impact. The initial setup was very quick and easy with their team assisting along the way.

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

There can be a learning curve for non-technical stakeholders, which is why they employ people like Reese who are there to really help you understand and build things correctly. The core dashboards are strong, but getting to more nuanced insights sometimes requires additional effort.

**What do you like best about Dreamdata?**

DreamData is an extremely flexible product that allows both for deep customization as well as really good out of the box functionalities.

Both our non technical and technical stakeholders have been able to leverage the reports and attribution model of DreamData for our B2B funnel to take important decisions for the company. The UI of the product is very intuitive.

We particularly appreciate that all the underlying data models are exposed via connectors so we can bring them to our data warehouse.

Their account support team has also been incredibly helpful and has been able to support us in enhancing our setup most of the time with within 1d response times.

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

We'd like to be able to define multiple versions of the data-driven attribution model which is currently not supported.

It's more of a "good to have" rather than strict necessity for us to leverage the procuct.

DreamData allows us to make better decisions with our marketing budget, helping us divert it towards the channels that create the most incremental pipeline revenue.

It helps uncover a lot of unanswered questions regarding attribution and what specific properties (campaing, landing pages, channels, etc) have contributed to our pipeline. It's very helpful in stakeholder management, strategy building and data analysis .

There are some UX improvement which could make the platform really easy to use, such as a comparison mode between timeframes or between different filtering options (e.g. for different products).

- pipeline and SQL attribution: we didn't have this at a granular level
- uncovering the full journey of a lead: understanding the multiple interactions an account had with multiple touchpoints before converting. We were previously mainly focused on last-touch attribution, but Dreamdata's multi-attribution model helped us uncover much more insight

I like how Dreamdata gives us a complete picture of which channels are useful at each part of the deal by using its Data Driven model. It helps us chart results across various platforms like in-person events, webinars, performance marketing, and organic LinkedIn impressions. Before adopting Dreamdata, we were flying blind, especially with mid-funnel channels that were hard to prioritize. Now, we have the full set of marketing channels available because Dreamdata allows us to attribute results to all of them. I'm impressed with how Dreamdata assigns value to all the touchpoints across the customer journey using a data-driven formula, attributing the appropriate portions to touchpoints most correlated with winning deals.

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

Multi-touch attribution is an art not a science and it's taken some time to dial in the relative importance of each channel. It would be great if Dreamdata could also run lift studies and integrate channels that are currently missing like organic X & Instagram impressions.

I use Dreamdata for multi-touch attribution, gaining a complete view of useful channels throughout the sales cycle. It helps prioritize mid-funnel channels by attributing results across all touchpoints, which guides in understanding channel interactions and their value in closing deals.

Dream data really helps with attributing marketing and sales activities, which feels especially relevant in today’s B2B environment, where purchases rarely happen after a first interaction with a brand.

Have to also mention their amazing support team, where people know their product but also how and what it is best used for.

I wouldn’t necessarily call it a downside, but it takes some time to figure out the platform and get everything set up. That said, I feel like many platforms for online marketing take time to get used to.

In our particular case, it helps a lot with attribution and audience targeting. Thanks to the integration with our CMS and advertising platforms like LinkedIn, we can build audiences based on different signals, which we can use for different campaigns. **What do you like best about Dreamdata?**

I love how Dreamdata enhances customer journey analysis and makes it easier to understand the influence of multiple channels. The feature I enjoy most is the ease of offline conversion upload back to ad platforms, as this provides better data for ad platforms to learn and improve lead quality. Dreamdata streamlines the process of communicating the value of certain paid channels to clients, particularly those channels like LinkedIn that don't show direct conversions but have significant influence. The involvement of Dreamdata's team during setup is excellent; they work closely with RevOps teams to handle everything efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

Maybe only creating more dashboards. But again, it is not like Looker Studio where we can visualize everything as we want. You can still download all the data from Dreamdata.

I use Dreamdata for detailed attribution and customer journey analysis. It simplifies communicating the worth of certain channels to clients by showing real influence. This helps in justifying ad spend and improving the quality of leads.

**What do you like best about Dreamdata?**

All B2B marketeers struggle to document the actual business impact of their work. Dreamdata solves this issue. Their state of the art revenue attribution platform has a large range of native data sources (e.g. most relevant marketing channels and CRM systems) that, when connected, provide you with a reliable source to identify and analyze on all your customer journeys - from first touch point to closed won deal.

I specifically love their intuitive way of visualising customer journeys. I’ve repeatedly used these journeys when explaining what B2B Marketing is all about to non-marketeers. Also, their newest data activation hub addition adds another extremely powerful layer to their platform.

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

It would be great to get even more native data sources embedded, e.g. Programmatic platforms, Reddit Ads etc.

**What problems is Dreamdata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Real business challenges. It helps med document the value of our marketing efforts, generate insights about our revenue-driving channels / campaigns / content, activate intent data in a clever way, and at the end of the day it helps generate buy-in from c-level when discussing budgets and targets.

Dreamdata has continued to add new features that help to uncover much needed data and insights that prove effective when optimising digital marketing strategy.

Dreamdata's integration with Linkedin and reveal feature has proved particularly useful when aligning with sales teams for account based marketing. 

Dreamdata has been very flexible and helpful in mapping and enriching our data so that we can use the platform as a 'single source of truth'. The ability to create custom attribution models and tailor conversion stages to our business model made Dreamdata the standout choice when researching attribution platforms

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

Dreamdata covers a lot of bases and allows you to dive deep into data analytics. It would be great create your own dashboards and well as add some more visualisation so that when sharing the data internally, it is easier to understand. The other areas I would improve is influenced value reporting, this is a key metric for understanding the value of certain channels and there's no graphs visualising influence contribution, you have to export the data yourself.

Dreamdata has features that no other tool has. It feels like they’ve done a great job with product research and have really built something that works well for both the average and the more advanced marketing analytics person.

My only dislike is the lack of “data out” configurability. We can push data to our data warehouse, but we can’t write back to Salesforce.

It cleanly and flexibly measures marketing’s contribution to the pipeline. Previously, we had to build a custom measurement system that wasn’t very accurate, so this has been a much better way to track that impact.

I really value how Dreamdata collects and matches data from different sources, which has been a big help in discovering the marketing dark funnels. The insights we got from the platform have been instrumental in optimizing our campaigns and strategies for maximum results. I also appreciate the Reports & Dashboard, Audience Syncs, and CRM syncs features. Plus, the setup was super easy.

It's still lacking the option to subscribe to certain reports. Before the newly launched Analytics Hub, there wasn't an option to create custom reports or dashboards.

I've used 4-5 Attribution platforms over the course of my career and DreamData is far and away my favorite.  The are easy to onboard, straightforward to use, and customizable to our specific use case.  I highly recommend this tool to anyone who needs to improve their attribution and customer-journey visibility - ESPECIALLY if you're in the B2B space.

I like the weekly and monthly reports they deliver on the companies engaging with our brand. I find these reports useful and easy to refer back to.

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

Nothing in particular stood out. The only thing I had difficulty with was that the learning curve is steep.

We’re learning more about who’s engaging with our content, including whether they’re new companies or existing clients already in our CRM tool. It helps us get a better sense of whether we’re reaching new people or if things have stagnated.

I love that with Dreamdata, I can drill down into each channel to understand the campaigns that influenced the most value, which helps us focus more on what's working and sunset what's not working sooner. The initial setup was extremely easy thanks to the great documentation and team support.

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

I do wish the reporting was a little bit more flexible. If we were able to change the values on the axis with custom properties from our CRM, it would be incredible. Pulling more custom properties into the reports on the graphs themselves (not just the filters) is the main thing I would suggest that could make the product even more powerful.

I use Dreamdata for multi-touch attribution reporting, helping me understand all channels that play a part in not only building pipeline, but what's becoming closed won revenue. Being able to view channel performance at each funnel stage also allows us to identify drop-off, so we can dig into what's working and what's not.

Dreamdata has kept on improving their product. It's gone from only being about attribution to also activation, meaning the data can be used to reach out to prospects, create audiences for LinkedIn and so much more.  Dreamdata make sure we track what is working, but also use the data to make new iniatives. 

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

The UI could use a bit of improvement, but as long as the product is as good as it is, that's a small thing.

Dreamdata shows us what content people consume before they become customers which helps us choose what content to push and create in the future.

The ability to track and follow companies' journeys despite them not necessarily converting. Setting up audiences through Dreamdata and targeting these audiences on LinkedIn is also valuable.

I find the UI and UX difficult to navigate and not user-friendly. I often check several sections before finding what I'm looking for. Given the complexity of the tool, it naturally has a pretty steep learning curve. Understanding how to use Dreamdata optimally and linking the right things - like from HubSpot to Dreamdata - can be challenging.

**What problems is Dreamdata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Dreamdata to open the black box in marketing and track what works. It helps reveal customer touchpoints, even for those who don't convert, and enables targeting effectively.

It provides data and insights that enable you to make decisions based on what activities work best in different stages of the buyer journey by connecting it to revenue.

The Reveal feature is brilliant for identifying buying signals by companies on your website and owned channels.

Channel influence - B2B journeys are so long it's impossible to know what channels or touchpoints are influencing prospects by relying on your CRM, GA4 and/or ad platform measurement. Because Dreamdata combine those sources (+ so much more) into a single account journey, then lays an attribution model over top you'll get full picture of what initiatives are driving a prospect toward a conversion point or sales stage. 
It means you don't need to rely on the Lead Source field in your CRM to convey the value of a channel to your exec team.. or to go one step further, you can finally prove that brand investment on LinkedIn is influencing your sales opportunities ;) 

Activation - in the recent years Dreamdata hasn't just told the attribution story but made big steps toward giving you data to pro-actively market to different segments based on the behaviour. It's empowers users to provide the next recommendation or action based on the data story I mention above

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

Minor things such as not all pre-built reports being as valuable as others so I don't find myself using 100% of the tool, there's a steep learning curve for new users and the UI can be improved to make the platform more intuitive.

Dreamdata gives us full visibility into our customer journey and multi-touch marketing attribution right out of the box. Before using it, it was nearly impossible to understand how each channel influenced user decisions. Now, we can clearly see the entire journey and make decisions based off which campaigns actually drive pipeline. The next step for us is activation - reaching users who are ready to buy but haven’t engaged with us yet. With DD's new Audience Reveal, we can finally start acting on those visitors who fit our ICP but haven’t converted so far.

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

Nothing bad to say. The only downside is that you have to connect all data sources and make sure you’re sending the right data - because garbage in, garbage out. It took about 2-3 weeks to set everything up, and now we’re confident it’s all working correctly.

Dreamdata gives us a single source of truth that connects marketing activities to each revenue stage. It finally ends the classic "which channel gets the credit?" debate. We can see how all our different touchpoints lead to a win, and we can analyze the average deal size and sales cycle of those wins.

We have an in-joke now: when a sales rep sends out a win wire for a big "sales-generated" deal, my team quietly flashes the Dreamdata ABM view. It shows how we strategically surrounded that account across multiple channels for months. It’s a powerful, visual way to highlight the strategic nature of our GTM and prove that big wins are a team effort. It has been a game-changer for proving our strategy is working and proving our real contribution to bookings.

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

While the platform is incredibly flexible, some common use cases require more manual setup, like cleanly separating reporting between "new business" and "customer expansion", which takes some work to get right.

Similarly, while creating campaign hierarchies for roll-up reporting is achievable, it feels more like a workaround than a native feature. Making these core views more intuitive and out-of-the-box would be a huge improvement and save a lot of time.

Dreamdata solves the marketing attribution black box by connecting our top-of-funnel brand and social activities, which start with an anonymous user/company, to an eventual deal. Dreamdata provides the ability to visualize extended complex B2B buyer journey in a simple to understand journey map. Over the last year we have started using DD to tweak campaigns midstream and get a proper ROI for every activity type. For us this has been is a game-changer. We also visualize every touchpoint a prospect makes, even ages ago, before converting to an opportunity, thanks to the detailed person, account and opportunity journey mapping visualization. This granular data, ease of presentation, combined with multi-touch attribution in any model possible, allows us to optimize our marketing efforts and allocate resources to activities where they are more effective.

The LinkedIn CAPI integration has been upgraded significantly and it now captures way more engagements / interactions thereby improving our ad targeting, and saving us time and resources.

We have many an integrations with DD namely MA, CRM, website, all ad platforms etc, and that has enabled a single window view of all marketing touch points

Some of the naming conventions in the platform are not the same in the company and that causes some confusion. Yes a ready reckoner would help

There were a number of questions / user stories that we couldn't answer in our Marketing Funnel engagement - e.g. which activity to invest in classified by region, time of the year and by product line; what is a real cost per lead by categories; what did Marketing do to influence an opportunity; what are we doing in any account. Valuable data from various marketing tools like  CRM and automation platforms existed but were difficult to create insights from.  Moreover creating insights and then taking action from the insights took a long time. Dreamdata solves this by acting as a central hub, seamlessly integrating with our existing Martech stack. Dreamdata provides us with unique insights into how our marketing channels are performing. It cleans all of our scattered data from multiple paid and non-paid marketing channels and then connects it all together so we can quickly see what's working, which channels are profitable and which are not. Our CSM manager is very supportive. To start, you simply need to add a line of code to your website and connect your marketing platforms via native integrations (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Capterra, LinkedIn...), and you could immediately see data in the system. Dreamdata allows us to visualize complete customer journeys and make smarter decisions about how to allocate our ad budget. With it, we can fine-tune our marketing tactics and run more targeted, effective campaigns.

The user interface feels a bit outdated and not as intuitive as it could be. Simplifying navigation and improving data visualization would make the overall experience much smoother.

The ability to quickly test any hypothesis I might have is an absolute game changer. Also the ability to quickly cycle through the different attribution models with the dashboard immediately updating is terrific for a quick gut check with multiple campaigns in market.

The integrations are seamless and the ability to get setup from 0-100 in 24hrs is a huge plus. The CSM  is always available for a quick ping but also sends weekly "Hey, did you see this? Check out this report." which was greatly appreciated in the early days of learning the platform.

I can't say I have a "dislike" for the platform. DreamData has exceeded our expectations... over delivering on insights!

Dreamdata just keeps getting better and better. All focused on connecting the dots and make the right data-driven decisions by unveiling exactly how you marketing initiatives plays a role in your GTM; the value the traffic, content, events, signals etc., even offline campaigns, actually gives the business - in any attribution model. 

We have made many quicker decisions to redo the way we go to market, and how we adjust campaigns and content, all based on easy insights on what works and doesn't.  

They keep developing new features and improvements to data setup between platforms.

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

Only small improvements I miss. I really want to compare data with different time periods in the same window (especially on web analytics) so I can easier see if progress goes up and down in my data. I would love to be able so see progress over time and comparison easier. I also want my web analytics the give a better overview of the traffic of my sources.

**Recommendations to others considering Dreamdata:**

There's a lot of cleaning up and connecting to do once you start using dreamdata, in order for data to be correct and perfectly visualized for you. If you are not experienced in working with this, make sure you upskill yourself and especially make use of their great onboard and support. Also be sure, that it takes time adjusting the way of looking at results in an organization.

We are actively identifying value across channels, which is essential to our business to make better decisions. E.g., we used their paid performance feature to identify where we can optimize our ad spend on google search campaigns, showing us what keywords and ad groups are working better for revenue. Plus, we can better identify our accounts journey across sales & marketing.Their new signals and integration to Teams makes it even easier for us to automize how we report engaged companies in our ABM, based on their detailed audience reports, journeys and reveal report.

The fact that it's a data platform specifically focusing on B2B reporting is huge. There are so many ways to integrate and analyze information from paid platforms, organic performance, and CRM data. I set up a lot of linking between platforms and it was very intuitive.

The dashboards don't have as much functionality as I'd like. I wish I could change the columns, drill down into table items, and choose alternate visualizations for charts and graphs.

Previously this data lived in silos across multiple systems and was difficult to connect together into a consolidated customer journey. We now know what Marketing activities are influencing pipeline throughout the entire customer journey.

There is a little setup involved to integrate all your systems and advertising platforms, but the onboarding experience was fantastic and the Dreamdata team were there every step of the way to ensure we saw value from the platform very quickly.

**What do you like best about Dreamdata?**

Dreamdata provides full insights into customer journeys that makes it easy to understand and quantify your marketing efforts.  The journey overviews are so useful in proving to CFOs your impact.  

Just this week I had a client questioning the power of organic social, and was able to visibly showcase the importance of it throughout the journey.  

We also utilize the audiences to run very effective retargeting campaigns using signals from other channels to power our efforts on linkedin and google and vice versa.  

Dreamdata is used daily by our entire team, and is a complete gamechanger for both our efforts as an agency, and that of our clients.

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

There are only two things that I think could use improvement. The first would be better capabilities to run ABM style reports.  I'd love to see an overview of accounts that highly engaged and warm in a single page (maybe there is a way to do this natively, but I think the best way is with an pull to a data warehouse). 

The second is with regards to search keywords - while the filters allow for paid search are great- I'd love more granualarity on paid search keywords on conversions but also in ways to view which accounts are getting pulled in by which keywords. This seems to be a relatively manual process at the moment

**What problems is Dreamdata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It massively helps us understand the journeys of our audience and helps us quantify our efforts that can be shared with important stakeholders at our clients.

**What do you like best about Dreamdata?**

The best thing about the Dreamdata for me as a B2B marketer is that I get to see exactly what data I want to look at whether it being Deal, Leads or any other which would be relevant for the team. It has different types of reports such as for Performance, Revenue Analysis and the important thing is creating customer journey based on different criteria which has proved very useful for the team. I would strongly recommend to use this platform if there is a need for multi touch attribution analysis. They have one of the best customer support team and its been a pleasure working with them.

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

Its not a dislike but it would be great if there could be a report available on cohort analysis and assessing the customer journey at a group level instead of individual contact.
Also, it could be challenging for a not so tech savvy user so the team would need to spend time on the platform to get familiar.
Overall its a great platform once you get used to it.

As a growth marketing specialist, my biggest challenge isn't just generating leads; it's proving the influence of our marketing across a long and complex B2B buying journey. Dreamdata is a fantastically powerful tool for this.

The platform's ability to visualise the entire customer journey is its standout feature. I can finally show stakeholders evidence of how our marketing works in influencing deals, proving that consistent engagement over time is what leads to revenue.

It's also incredibly powerful for connecting content ROI to the pipeline. This kind of data is invaluable for justifying our content strategy.

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

While the multi-touch attribution model is a huge strength, it can sometimes be perceived as too generous by stakeholders who are accustomed to traditional last-click models. Any features or resources from Dreamdata that help users explain and validate the model would be very beneficial.

**What problems is Dreamdata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dreamdata is solving the age-old B2B marketing problem of attribution. It's helping us move the internal conversation away from a singular focus on last-touch MQLs and towards a more strategic understanding of marketing's role in influencing high-value deals over time.

The direct benefit is that we are now equipped with the data to make smarter decisions. We can see which top-of-funnel campaigns and content assets are actually contributing to the sales pipeline, even if they aren't the final click. I like that I can integrate it with other tools to get the full picture of a contact/company and their engagement with us in one place. I also value the attribution I can give to different e.g., campaigns, touchpoints, or webpages, so I can quantitatively measure the impact of my work. The team at DreamData has always been very responsive and helpful when we have questions.

It can be hard to understand how the attribution models work and the dashboards can be difficult to navigate. For example, sometimes you need to export the data in order to see the full report.
