In B2B you'll never get a full picture of the journey people take to become customers, so much happens offline, at a barbeque with friends or a secret slack group. 

With Dreamdata you get the best possible picture of the path a prospect takes, enabling you to make more informed data-driven decisions on the effectiveness of your activities. 

All the integrations are super easy to setup and involve no coding. Their deep partnership with LinkedIn provides greater insights into your ad spend's impact that you can't get anywhere else.

The best things about dreamdata is definitely the analytics and insights into the buyers journey.

Not really best for enterprise companies that have multiple departments, product lines, and a complex CRM set up.

Dreamdata has helped solve our issues within the buyers jounrney by uncovering intent data that we have not noticed before which allows up to allocate budget properly and align our GTM team so that we are more productive and efficient.

I love how DD integrates all of the most important data sources and then allows me to see an overview of the various tocuchpoints in one system. Plus it connects to our CRM to match pipeline and revenue influence. And we're only on the free tier atm.

For a small start-up, it's a bit pricey for some of the more advanced features. Hence only using the free version.

Dreamdata just keeps bring the goods. The expansion on their offering brings a suite of insights so you can understand, plan and take action with confidence.
UX/UI also continues to be refined, it's a good feeling when the user is just as important as the tech.

There is genuinely nothing specific I dislike about the platform.

GOAL: Multi-touch attribution is our primary concern, and access to the insights that sit within that.

Been following Dreamdata content, had tried the analytics platform, and now I actually have the need to use it.

Set everything up, David from support helped me troubleshoot a few things, overall 10/10 experience. Getting value of the free plan already, and it's been only like 2 weeks gathering data.

Honestly, nothing comes to mind. So far so good!

It's amazing how well it can find, track and vizualise the true customer journey. A lot of dimensions in the tool, it was a game changer how it helped us understand what the actuall customer journey looked like for our buyers and what touch points happened that wasn't registered in our CRM.

I didn't dislike anything really, but I would recommend to give it some real attention after the onboarding. When you understand how all the features work together it's super powerful.

We had trouble in terms of attribution, working off a 'last click' model. Where as with Dreamdata, we can now see what happens before that and can aoprtion our marketing spend more accurately across other chanels that brough users to the point of booking a demo.

There's almost too much infromation so it can be tricky getting started, but after a colpe of weeks, you'll get that time back and the data you can see is increible.

If you could also integrate data/touchpoints from private LinkedIn profiles, the tool would be even more powerful!

Super simple to setup. It's the perfect link between third-party ad platforms and our CRM to enable better visibility of performance, improved understanding of the funnel, and faster identification of high-priority traffic to the site.

It's great that you're able to collect and connect everything in the app and see how everything connects in a simple overview. But most importantly I get to see how long the journeys are in a nice simple way.

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

From my view it seems like there is a time delay from what happens in the CRM and when it's passed to Dreamdata - not the biggest deal, that could be improved.

I see how many touches a deal has before filling a form, my time to revenue and my average sales cycle lengths. Aside from this, I use the software for my customers as a way to be more proactive with my marketing for them.

Dreamdata has totally changed the game for us when it comes to understanding our buyer journey. With Dreamdata, I feel like I'm uncovering hidden gems about what really drives our revenue, from user behavior to the tools we use. On top of that, they have great customer support and onboarding. It was easy to get started both learning to use the platform, but also integrating it.

There's nothing I really dislike. But navigating Dreamdata can be overwhelming if you don't have a clear plan in mind.

Some terminology in the tool can be a little confusing sometimes but otherwise, not much else.

**What do you like best about Dreamdata?**

The amount of data and insights we get from Dreamdata is incredible.

The tool solves so many of the issues we've had for so long in our marketing efforts and gives us the insights we need to optimize almost anything. B2B marketing is incredibly hard to measure at attribute, but Dreamdata makes it a lot easier.

Another upside is how user friendly Dreamdata is to use.
You don't have to be an expert to be able to derive valuable insights as the platform is build to serve them for you.

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

There's not much bad to say to be honest.

Especially with the updated prices, Dreamdata has become a no-brainer for more or less any company out there doing B2B marketing.

**What problems is Dreamdata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dreamdata is basically providing me with all the insights I need to evaluate what efforts we're doing that actually ends up contributing to our business. Additionally, amongst the efforts that do contribute, we can see which of those that perform best.

It also enables me to more thoroughly report back to our organization.

Dreamdata solves a problem for us, that we would usually need 3-4 different products to solve. Understanding attribution is just super important for us.

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

It's quite easy to get started, even without being a marketing person, but we haven't fully dived into all the functionality - but that's more on us than the product.

Dreamdata gives us a full view of our analytics (and attribution). On the analytics side it was the right choice for us, as we moved away from Google Analytics due to GDPR concerns.

Customer journey and attribution is very difficult with most CRMs, Dreamdata helps with this, and can even provide a free tier to get you started. Their marketing content is great to spark conversation about attribution (notoriously difficult subject in most companies)

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

Last I used it, there was some out-of-date documentation, that could have been updated now.

Getting automatic insights into customer journey analytics is a big time saver for someone working in RevOps, making manual journeys is very time-consuming and often inaccurate, but with dreamdata you can save time and getter better accuracy.

**What do you like best about Dreamdata?**

The team has been very handy in addressing all our requests; the dashboards provided are good at surfacing relevant business insights which fast-track our decision-making processes. Marketing data are usually so dense that they end-up parked into multiple gigantic spreadsheets, Dreamdata unifies all this and allows non-technical stakeholders to have access to a simple and easy to understand.

Since we deal with data at scale, Dreamdata customer support has been instrumental for us in integrating the platform and making the few tweaks required to fit our business case.

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

The reports are quite dense and could be impressive at first sight; the documentation would need to be a bit more granular in terms of metric definition and how calculations are processed. The opportunity to configure your custom reports, including slicing / dicing metrics directly into the product would be a nice addition.

**What problems is Dreamdata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attribution done correctly at the B2B-level is mandatory at past a certain scale. Without the help of data engineers to build the required reports, we ended up running our business with large spreadsheets containing multiple system exports and all sorts of calculations to take the pulse of our business.

We were able to replicate a significant part of our reporting into Dreamdata allowing us to gain speed and clarity in terms of data access.

The by-default option is to send an email to everyone when you create a dashboard, why? ahah, I annoyed quite some people with that.

One unified view of our customer journey, and not only conversion events but also website visits, LinkedIn ad engagements... If like us, your B2B sales cycle is long and you want to make sense of what is driving or influencing revenue, then you found the right tool. It is not magic, you need a solid grasp of analytics and its limitations, but once you get there, it does feel like magic.

Dreamdata had a lot of easy to use visualizations that came right of of the box. They're great in helping non-marketers understand the complexity of a user journey.

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

The platform is powerful and to get to some of the insights you need to dig down pretty deep. That said, the customer service was great and they're willing to walk you through the steps to get there.

**What problems is Dreamdata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dreamdata made it possible to cut through the noise in our attribution and bring clear, concise answers on how new users were coming to the product. 

With that, we could better allocate our budget across demand creation and demand capture strategies.

Out of the box reports, that are simple to use and intuitive to read, making the path to revenue attribution a lot easier than it has ever been.

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

The UI could be cleaner. Its a bit of a slog to go through each deal journey and idenitify each persona and their respective touches. They could make better use of AI to automate this for you.

**What problems is Dreamdata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we had Dreamdata, we were only able to use a first or last touch attribibution model, with our existing reporting platform, so it was almost impossible to understand all of the channels which touched a lead or a deal, and the personas involved, to get a holistic understanding of what and how our channels and campaigns were performing.

We've finally been able to validate a lot of our initial hypotheses about how marketing's efforts were influencing pipeline and revenue, and we've only just scratched the service of whats possible with the platform.

However, this is fairly common when working with emerging software, and the Dreamdata team was quick to address and resolve any issues we faced. Overall, the onboarding experience was smooth and the support team was responsive and helpful in resolving any issues that arose.

Dreamdata is a great tool for B2Bs that want to get a full picture of their customer journey and be able to tie marketing efforts to revenue. I work with Social Media, and what Dreamdata has helped us with is having an overview of all our paid campaigns. We are also able to see revenue attributed to our organic social efforts.

It can be a bit hard to navigate through all the options and models, but we have had a Dreamdata representative to help us out throughout the whole journey. The team is super helpful :)

Dreamdata has helped us find out how long our customer journey is, where our customers are coming from and how many touchpoints it takes on average for them to convert. Having access to this helps us make better decisions when it comes to our marketing efforts. Overall - it's been great to have Dreamdata and not need to use Google Analytics as much; now my marketing peers and I all use the same numbers when we report - while it might not be perfect, it's as close as it gets.

The way the team works with us to customise our specific needs to the numbers we get back around marketing attribution - without our CS it would be extremely difficult for us to achieve our goals and enrich our data. It has taken time, but the insights we have access to are very powerful.

The dashboard can be quite buggy & really isn't structured to help drill down on the top-level numbers to gather more granular insights on what is helping us succeed or which campaigns are performing well for us - which is difficult when it comes to reporting on the success or failure of campaigns. The other issue is with onboarding. Dreamdata is a very powerful tool but it's complex and I would have liked a lot more end-to-end training materials available so I know how to make the most out of the platform and dashboards. There is a steep learning curve - especially if you are like myself who came in after implementation but I am still at the mercy of our customer support - which is great, by the way.

We can see how many deals marketing are involved with and how many touchpoints and campaigns are involved at which stages. This type of information is extremely valuable for us to know which campaigns are helping drive pipeline

Dreamdata removes the drudge work needed to fully view a customer's journey from the first touch point to the last (and all the interactions in between). Aside from the platform, the Dreamdata team is a pleasure to collaborate with and is always eager to help customers grow, be it tactically or strategically.

Although Dreamdata offers good out-of-the-box reporting, it's still lacking in some ways. However, the Dreamdata team is always ready to help pull the platform's data into customers' warehouses for custom reporting. Another thing is that the terminology might be confusing at times, but it's pretty easy to get the hang of it.

The price is a bit high. Personally i think dreamdata only really makes sense in the paid-version. Otherwise Google Analytics can probably give you the same insights. But i would however strongly advise bigger companys to invest in Dreamdata, to get leading B2B attribution.

Dreamdata is our single source of truth. We've spent so many hours trying to identify where exactly our best customers come from and it involved a lot of manual work, especially since we're a distributed team using different platforms.

As someone who has to present to the broader leadership team on a consistent basis, Dreamdata has freed me from having to create manual reports every time we meet. Now we look at our dashboards, and we can make faster and better-informed decisions as a group.

Also our account manager has taken good care of us and works like a partner! :)

The onboarding process really takes time and you need someone with enough technical skill to install scripts and more importantly validate that the data displaying is accurate. You'll probably need someone dedicated for this.

Also currently, users have limited ability to customize data mapping (you'll need to rely on their engineering team to push the data that you want) and limited visualization options (we're doing custom visualizations on Google Data Studio).

Where do we invest our marketing resources aka what are the most profitable platforms and campaigns for us? With Dreamdata, so much guesswork have been removed.

I can get a complete overview of the customer journey with every touchpoint, which allows us to save money on at least a few other different tools and have everything in one platform.

The UI seems a bit outdated and could use a design overhaul.
Currently, there's no integration to our ERP system, so I can't get all the data I want. Fingers crossed for a future integration.

Our current CRM system can only handle a few sources per lead, which won't give us the full picture in quite a long journey, and may lead to incorrect conclusions.

Dreamdata helps to get to the level of revenue analytics and acquisition analytics that hasn't been available to us before.
Being in B2B SaaS with a long decision-making cycle, we value long lookback window, company-level insights instead of user-level insights.
We also have huge website traffic and many other specifics, that Dreamdata helps us to deal with. I also appreciate the help and responsiveness of our account manager Rune.

It'd be great to get cohort analysis and some other report types in Dreamdata, but I believe they already have a lot of new ideas and features on their product roadmap :)

Dreamdata doesn't line up with our tech stack- we don't have the most commonly used CRM so we've had to spend additional time to ensure that the data matches. Their engineering time has been very supportive in building solutions for us, though.

It provides a comprehensive overview of how our organic efforts are tight to actual revenue. This way we can make valid decisions on which type of organic content works for us and contributes to the sales pipeline as well as actual revenue.

Furthermore, I love that DreamData is constantly improving the platform and listening to its users to provide a customized experience.

It has been quite the journey so far for us. I would not say dislike, but I think DreamData excels in providing meaningful data and could provide also meaningful data visualizations. I know they are working on this for future features, so I am excited to see where the journey will take us.

Before DreamData we did not know how much of our Organic Search efforts actually contributed to actual revenue. We had traffic, lead form & other standard conversion metrics. Furthermore, we assumed that we have a longer customer journey and we could estimate our customer return rate. What we didn't know is how many days to revenue it took for new customers. 

Knowing how long it takes for new customers organically place an order and which type of content helped the decision-making process, is a huge benefit for us!
