Dream Service Software is the AI-based CRM and ERP for pest control that runs the whole operation: a Sales CRM and ERP built for US pest control companies, with AI working inside the system of record. One platform covers the full customer arc. A lead comes in, the quote goes out, the agreement gets e-signed, the job is scheduled and routed, the technician works it from a mobile app, the invoice posts, and follow-up and retention run from the same customer record. AI handles the manual workflows that leak revenue at the handoffs: an AI customer-service agent built for single-call resolution, automated post-proposal nurture, AI-driven scheduling and routing, and in-field lead capture. Three products, one platform: Sales CRM: lead management, multi-service sales flow, pricing and quotation, door-to-door sales, paperless agreements and e-signature, marketing automation, and AI single-call flow. Dream ERP: work order management, AI-driven scheduling and routing, a field-technician mobile app, E-Logbook, WDO and termite management, customer portal, batch management and invoicing, and payments and collections. Dream Pulse: employee surveys, QA audits, customer surveys, sentiment analysis, and executive trend reporting for service quality and retention. Each product is available separately or as a full-platform bundle. Dream has been built from 2012 onward through deep collaboration with real pest control operations, shaped by large operating customers across its first decade. It replaced the paper compliance logbooks and stitched-together software stacks those operators actually ran, and California WDO and E-Logbook compliance were built in-house because operators needed them. Customers include Clark Pest Control, ABC Home & Commercial (Dallas and Austin), JP McHale (NoPests), and Big Blue Bug Solutions. Dream fits mid-market operators, roughly 20 to 700+ field technicians, who have outgrown small-business tools. Still privately owned, same founder, fourteen years and counting.
