We love the usability, flexibility, customization, and power of Dr Chrono. It has helped us streamline our practice, allows easy and quick access to patient information, is incredibly powerful, constantly adding new features and improvements. What do you like best about DrChrono by EverHealth.?

The EHR was easy to use and had a pretty simple setup for the user to manager going through the tabs simple enough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DrChrono by EverHealth.?

When it crashed it was so difficult to retrieve the information you had started on. The PIN numbers and recurrent need to sign in every time was a bit much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering DrChrono by EverHealth.:

Be careful when on the app and make sure to save constantly. With EHR I understand it needs to be holding information privately but also should save wether the program force closes or shuts down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DrChrono by EverHealth. solving and how is that benefiting you?

Constantly needing to sign in and making sure work was saved was a struggle. It would delete all information if one wasn’t careful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DrChrono by EverHealth.?

I like that it’s an all in one system from soap notes to charts, client information and scheduling it is a turn key software system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DrChrono by EverHealth.?

The trial version should automatically cut off after a certain amount of days/weeks/months. The trial version is more of a headache because it’ll erase some info once you logout and they have limited features. I’d rather use the trial for 90 days and convert to the full version or not and be done. The trial allows for me to have access forever! Great for the customer bad for business. A lot of clicking tabs, I prefer to free write and have less click while with a patient. Simpler is better. Sometimes slow to load. The website version seems to function better as you can schedule easier and simply click on a patient to chart. The app is more convoluted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
