What do you like best about DrChrono by EverHealth.?

This software works extremely in a good way and perfectly. First, it keeps the calendar, documentation, case notes, pictures, does tolerant charging and even patient reaching a messaging. Secondly, this software is users friendly, easy to use, intuitive and easy to navigate. I just love it.

I can build my own templates and always go back and edit them especially the shortcuts and pre-existing features for the physician. It has helped us streamline our practice, allows easy and quick access to patient information, is incredibly powerful, constantly adding new features and improvements. What do you dislike about DrChrono by EverHealth.?

What do you like best about DrChrono by EverHealth.?

What do you dislike about DrChrono by EverHealth.?

This software has some glitches for example, billing for a self pay item is tedious and time consuming and if you accidentally enter the wrong amount as what the patient paid and have to change it later, the computer can't handle the change and gets everything mixed up and says the patient has a credit when the patient does not have a credit. What do you like best about DrChrono by EverHealth.?

Our practice has been using Dr Chrono for some time. The system has scaled wonderfully with our practice. We like the power it provides to us, the extensive feature set, the flexibility to create templates and notes the way you'd like them, and the intuitiveness of the system (especially on the iPad!) What do you dislike about DrChrono by EverHealth.?

We really only have one dislike with Dr Chrono. It is a cloud based system, which has the occasional outage. The team is good about alerting our providers and staff to any system downtime, and working expeditiously to get the errors rectified. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
