Very limited in what pronouns you can use, also can't say MR or MRS Last name. Very expensive. The checkin app is pretty awful, would be nice if the patient could just check in without going through their whole profile again. Faxing is expensive at 5 cents a page. Unenrolled me from medicare billing 0/10. DO NOT RECOMMEND DrCHRONO. Billing issues have resulted in loosing substantial reimbursement claims. The people who do the training don't know the program. I seemed to know more than they did simply by playing with the program. Trainers have called over google phone which was impossible to understand her. You cannot get help to save your life with this group! It would be one thing if the system functions flawlessly- but it crashes all the time. I have now been trying to get a response from them regarding an issue for close to a week and no response. We pay a lot of money for Drchrono and yet support is non-existent. There is a phone number but it forwards to a voicemail that obviously does not get checked as it is full and has been full for months. Email in to support and get a useless answer after 3 days.

The user interface is fair but lacking in many areas as far as being intuitive and being efficient for work flow. The customer support service also lacks the ability for urgent reports and is limited to normal business hours. It is a very robust and comprehensive tool, has a wide variety of functions that will facilitate and optimize your work, covers areas ranging from the management of patient files, agenda organization and appointment management to billing, another feature to highlight is the patient portal I love that allows patients to perform exercises at home or educational material for the patient, in addition to allowing us physiotherapists to verify their progress. On the other hand it has an extensive range of templates that you can customize according to your requirement, so it can be applied as EHRs, in any medical field, all this makes it a very functional tool and of vital importance in the management of patients, administrative procedures and allocation of medical recovery treatments, in addition to being able to make a remote monitoring or remote evolution of clinical cases, on the other hand is based on the cloud, has a mobile application and has a very affordable cost. Being a program with a wide variety of functions requires a learning curve, despite having a very intuitive interface can be overwhelming for inexperienced users, in our case when installed in the clinic took us a little time to get used, once you handle it is great, another aspect to consider is that I would like to have more customization of the interface or templates, as for example that the logo of the company where I work could be visualized, besides that in future updates the capacity is developed to make campaigns of digital marketing linking the accounts of the hospital and my accounts of social networks as professional to be able to centralize all my work in this so versatile tool.On the other hand the mobile application is somewhat restrictive as it is only available with the iOs system, so you must have an iphone or iPad to use it.
