What I dislike about Nuance is the software glitches and bugs. As of late our Dragon software has repeatedly crashed and given errors. Nuance has tried to troubleshoot with our IT department but the issues persist. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Over the last decade EMRs have replaced the dictation pools that Doctors had come to rely upon. Doctor's done't type but with an EMR it is required. The resolution is to use dictation software, Dragon Naturally Speaking, to fill the void left by the transcriptionist. With the increase in accuracy the tool gets better and better over time. Nuance as a whole offers many different useful products. They offer software around document workflow, document design and functionality, and software pertinent to different professional fields. From my experience, everything has been easy to use after you pass the learning curve and establish consistent use. The solutions are priced rather competitively too.
