Tracking big number of keywords ranking is always a trouble for us,I mean really big number, until we found dragon metrics. It's has a powerful function to do huge number keywords tracking at one time. As all known, rankings is very basic but very important info for SEO business. Dragon metrics do help a lot. We have worked with, and demoed, dozens of SEO software platforms and products and DragonMetrics, hands down, is now our go to choice. It offers most of the tools that we used in enterprise-class software, and give us what we need in a much less complicated manner. The UI is easy so to use, very intuitive. I wouldn’t say “dislike,” but there are two features that are on their roadmap but not yet released.

REPORTING

The first is super robust and totally customizable reporting. This update is just about ready for release and from what we can tell, will be worth the wait.

Our reporting standard became our previous SEO tool, and we turned down other tools because their reporting was lacking. Over time we found previous software's reporting to be pretty but not terribly customizable and, at times, very onerous. Running reports numerous times to get all the necessary competitor information in it and then manually copy it together is not an idea of a good time.

LOCAL SEARCH

The other big one for us is Local Search, which will arrive in the fall. Conductor, whose local search feature arrived about nine months late (and very frustrating to use when it was released), you may wonder why I feel I won’t get screwed again.

Simply because Dragon has met all of our requests thus far in a timely fashion and has been on-target thus far with promised enhancements. They also want to get input on requests and features and don’t seem to want to keep their paying clients in a bubble My experience tells me these folks can be trusted, which I cannot say about our all companies we have worked with.
