- Easy-to-use interface
- Very practical and offers a ton of resources to help you get started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- People coming from traditional CRMs might find it confusing to not have a separate control panel outside Google Workspace. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
it's nice because it allows you to use the gmail interface itself to collaborate as a team. Google groups has many limitations that makes it impossible to use it, Drag removes this limitations and allows you to use google groups to collaborate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's not possible to write new emails directly from the shared board. You have to compose an email and a then you have to move it to the board, not cool (even with the 'move to board' feature). It is buggy and sluggish sometimes. The new UI overhaul is taking forever to launch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love how it works with my gmail so I don’t have to go back and forth between apps! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how easy Drag is to use; it's user-friendly and immeasurably improves my productivity. I am able to deal with customer queries far quicker - everybody wins with this! Highly recommend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As with anything new, it can take a little getting used to and requires a slightly different approach to working. That said, it's very much worth being patient with yourself - practice makes Drag almost perfect! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

How we can handle mail dialogue with members more effectively than we used to with google groups. And, of course, how we have become way better at setting up projects and following up on tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I may have overlooked how we can do this, but I would like to be able to manage and use project templates ready with tasks, for example for projects that we repeat every year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that I can access both my personal email and business email in one location - it makes it much easier than having to toggle back and forth. It also helps me feel more connected to my team because accessing the inbox is just one button away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish we could use more sub-folders with the Drag feature. It was also a little difficult to install and get going on Drag, but after some time I am getting used to how it works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the ease of use. Simply drag and drop into whatever column to organize. My team uses it for help requests and as a platform to handle incoming requests to join our site. It has made the organization of incoming requests easier to handle and put it all in one unified space so everyone has access to work on requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When we get a bunch of requests or when the pileup over time, it would be nice to have some better search functionality. This way we would be able to look up historical data more easily in the future when working on-site improvements and data analytics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
