What do you like best about Drag?

Well, I must say that the simple and intuitive user interface of Drag is my favorite. It is so easy to use and integrates perfectly into my Gmail environment. It almost feels as if it has been part of the email service from the beginning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It took a while for me to discover all the features of Drag and learn how to use them optimally. Initially, I was a bit overwhelmed and had to experiment to understand the full potential of the application. What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?

Drag has helped me organize my emails into clear task lists. I can immediately convert important messages into tasks, giving me a better overview of my work. "Efficient Email Management"

What do you like best about Drag?

The integration of the Drag app into Gmail has significantly improved my email workflow. The best part is the intuitive and user-friendly interface, which allows me to organize and easily manage my emails in different stages. What do you dislike about Drag?

Although I am generally satisfied with the Drag app, I have noticed that the performance is sometimes slightly impaired when I handle a large number of emails at the same time. Occasionally, there were delays in moving emails or loading the app. However, this could also be due to the performance of my device and is not a major issue overall. What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?

Drag solves the problem of clutter and overload in my email inbox. Before using the Drag app, my inbox was a mix of important emails, spam, and unanswered messages. With Drag, I can now divide my inbox into clearly defined categories, allowing me to focus on the relevant emails. "Excellent Gmail extension for managing a shared inbox and workflows"

What do you like best about Drag?

I am one of two swim team captains, and one of our responsibilities is responding to new swimmer inquiries, scheduling their first swim with the team, and ensuring they've completed all the necessary paperwork. Before using Drag, it was challenging to keep track of who was responding to whom and where new swimmers were in the process of joining the team. With Drag, we can now assign each other cards on boards and move these cards to various columns that represent different steps in the process. We can also automatically label cards based on email subject lines, which has helped distinguish new swimmers from visiting swimmers. Drag has streamlined our process significantly and made it easier to manage our inbox, especially when we get a lot of emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Drag?

There are a few features I've seen in similar extensions that I'd love to see implemented in Drag, including the ability to split email threads and more formatting options in email templates. What do you like best about Drag?

What did you like best:

What I liked most about the Drag App is how it makes email management seamless and efficient. With the integration of this app into Gmail, I was not only able to easily sort my emails but also manage my daily tasks better.

Furthermore, I was impressed by the team functionality. The ability to delegate tasks and access emails collaboratively with my team has significantly improved collaboration and productivity. The Drag App has created a centralized system where we can find and manage all important information in one place.

And lastly, the fact that the Drag App is directly integrated into Gmail means that I don't have to constantly switch between different apps. This has made my work significantly more efficient and less stressful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Drag?

Despite all the positive aspects, there is of course also potential for improvement. One of the problems I encountered was that the Drag App can be somewhat overwhelming at first, especially for users who have never worked with a board before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"I have tried Front, Hiver, Gmelius, and Drag is the best."

What do you like best about Drag?

- Customer service

- Being able to click enter button on the collaboration tool when typing a message

- Being able to use the delete and archive gmail tool still (gmelius doesnt let you)

- Not displaying drag on email when sending an email

- Easy userfriendly for creating shared inboxes, and delegating roles and users

What do you like best about Drag?

Our team has multiple inboxes for different categories of customer service. Using Drag makes coordinating our tasks more manageable and ensures all necessary tasks are accomplished. With conventional mail clients, teamwork became more and more difficult, because after a certain number of incoming mails, the work becomes very confusing and teamwork is not really feasible. With DragApp, no more mails are accidentally set to unread and team members can easily add other team members to a communication, create Goggle tasks, or add an internal chat. Great!
