## Drag Reviews
  ### 1. Absolutely brilliant for our gmail inbox .

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sean K. | Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2021

**What do you like best about Drag?**

Handles the traffic really well and saves a huge amount of time.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

Nothing. Very easy to understand and use,

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Large amounts of traffic coming in to the main mailbox. Distributes the mail where we want it to go and using AI connects with our customers instantly. We can always then have a helicopter view of each enquiry, purchase order etc in an instant and see clearly who is dealing with the email. Being able to see a log from start to finish really helps pick up work where it was left.

  ### 2. Good organizational tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Debasree D. | HR Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2021

**What do you like best about Drag?**

I am enjoying the kanban board layout, it makes it easier to visualize and categorize emails/tasks as they are completed especially with the drag and drop and colour-coded tag features.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

Nothing at this moment, I am a new user.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The shared inbox allows my team members and I to easily share emails and tasks in an organized manner so we can prioritize and keep track of the progress of our work and maintain deadlines.

  ### 3. Usefull for a media team

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Online Media | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2020

**What do you like best about Drag?**

The fact that we can concentrate all incoming mail onto one adress then dispatches them across the team. It really simplify the way we can treat the huge amount of mails we have daily. Without sending them into a nother tools.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

Maybe a bit tuff to understand at start, but tutorials are here to help so it is good

**Recommendations to others considering Drag:**

Perfect if you need a tools that make shared inbox possible and a way to drag them into a task board, all without leaving gmail.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The global email treatment. As a media we are receiving daily a lot of mail. We used up to 3hrs of our time to treat and dispatch without Drag. Now it is a matter of minutes

  ### 4. Drag has changed both my personal productivity, and how we collaborate within my team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Clement C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2020

**What do you like best about Drag?**

As a team we really enjoy the Trello view of all the emails, that we can now combine with to-dos and actions, this allows us to have a holistic view, not only of the communications, but also the status of every conversation in one place.
The ability to share someone's main inbox also, to transfer the full address into a shared inbox, has been extremely impactful to delegate better and make sure that nobody is a bottleneck in the process.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

The more you use Drag, the better it gets. This means that in order to take full advantage of it, you need to have a certain level of buy-in from your teammates, to all collaborate together on this new view of your respective inboxes.

**Recommendations to others considering Drag:**

As you are evaluating Drag, make sure to have the buy-in/support from at least one other member of your company. The software take a whole other dimension as a team on it.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are working to centralize all our processes around our inbox when it comes to recruiting and investing. Before using Drag we had a very fragmented process, with team members that were more or less familiar with all the tools. With Drag, we've been able to combine our CRM, with our to-do list, and replace the convoluted Streak + Trello + Google Sheet + Email forwarding left and right, that we had before.

  ### 5. Easy to organise mail

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2021

**What do you like best about Drag?**

It allows separation of different categories

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

It didn't recognise the email I signed up to drag with initially, I had to sign out of my other accounts before signing back into the account I want drag for.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Assigning work from emails, it made it easy to understand who is assigned to what work.

  ### 6. Works great for our small team

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2021

**What do you like best about Drag?**

It's easy to use, intuitive. We primarily use the shared inbox.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

We have none so far. The app works great.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a small nonprofit team that very much works on not having expertise siloed in one person - as a small crew, we all work together to address emails, answer questions and what not. Before using Drag, we would forward an email, or try to move it into Slack (an added step) - this allows us to not only assign emails to each other, but to have side discussions about them as they arise.

  ### 7. Drag helps our coalition manage our shared inbox

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2021

**What do you like best about Drag?**

Before using Drag, our team was using a shared community inbox which was challenging to organize and track. We couldn't keep track of follow-ups and deadlines. Drag helped our team get organized.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

We're looking forward to enhancements of the mobile experience!

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Shared email inbox management was a huge challenge that Drag helped solve. Thank you!

The dashboards have to be refreshed sometimes to switch between them.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are keeping everyone we work with informed and on the same page with task assignments!

  ### 9. Easy to Use

  ### 10. Great Tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah M. | Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2021

Its just as effective as trello! Maybe even better.

Labelling our emails for various projects

  ### 12. DragApp Revisited

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicholas Y. | Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2020

**What do you like best about Drag?**

I was very excited about all the features highlighted by DragApp when I first use DragApp, some of the key features for Sales CRM including the pipeline view and email automation. DragApp team enthusiasm from Nick, Duda & Jasmine to continue to make this a cool product is another key factor for me to want to continue trying this product.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

The stability of the App - some data went missing after keying in.
Gmail is slow after integrating DragApp.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cost Saving of combining a couple of software into 1. Ability to log in to Gmail and do everything from there and I do not need to login to several places to achieve the same results.

  ### 13. New to Drag

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joe V. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2020

**What do you like best about Drag?**

I'm new to Drag and have enjoyed it so far. Looking forward to discovering everything it can do for me.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

I have not found anything as of today that I would improve. If/when I learn more, I will update my review.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work in special education in a public school setting. Each student file consists of close to 400 compliance requirements. Tracking due dates and progress is a nightmare. Drag is helping me in this process.

  ### 14. Great mail tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christian M. | Key Account Manager

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2021

**What do you like best about Drag?**

Interesting tool, excellent for taking control on different projects. Gives you more visibility by administrating the mails

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

Update speed for new mail, the fetch takes some time and is uncertain if all your mail will be there

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Taking care specific with each project or client

  ### 15. My take on Drag App

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2020

**What do you like best about Drag?**

Our team was using Trello before, but now after using Drag, our work flow has really simplified. The fact that Drag lives right in the gmail really removes the hassle of creating cards. Also, while the coloured tags was something we were used to, the color coded cards help to classify cards on another level.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

While the Drag App is an all rounder, the launch of Mobile app is something we look forward to. Sometimes, we need the data on the go and while the data is still in gmail, and can be found from the Gmail app, it seems a bit difficult to do so, perhaps because you become so used to getting everything neatly and easily laid out in the desktop app.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Shit gets done now. Simple as that. Now we spend more time on doing what we need to do, instead of using time on managing what needs to be done and by whom.

  ### 16. Liking it, very easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2021

**What do you like best about Drag?**

I like it uses a Kaban board so that we can easily see the progress of our actions. I a

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

That it can only be used on Chrome. I'd like it if it was embedded into Gmail rather than in Chrome as an extension.

**Recommendations to others considering Drag:**

Be a Chrome user and it's your main browser

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed a shared inbox that my team could manage emails. This helps especially because we are all virtually linked.

  ### 17. Nothing like persistence!

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Performing Arts | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2020

**What do you like best about Drag?**

I like that the marketing team seems to really believe in their product and want others to believe in it too. I'm one of those guys that yearns for the break in the schedule so I can tinker, play, and incorporate it into my workflow!

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

Learning Curve (the ease is great) - the retraining your brain to put it in the workflow is a different story. Great ease in using it if you're a visual learner!

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My responsibilities at work, especially with remote work in higher education, is a constant Herculean effort in juggling too many projects - Drag helps me stay organized, and the potential to increase my output is exciting...

  ### 18. Best E-Mail Addon for G-Mail

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin E. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2020

**What do you like best about Drag?**

The best thing about DragApp is that you can create a shared inbox and share it with all your employees. You can also share your mails with your colleagues and add todos to individual mails.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

Sometimes the DragApp extension doesn't run fast and it takes a while to load. Otherwise I wouldn't know at first sight.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The most important of DragApp is the Shared Inbox with which you can share several e-mail addresses.

  ### 19. Brilliant

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jesse W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2020

**What do you like best about Drag?**

I'm accustomed to managing projects with Trello, and Drag allows me to use email the same way.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

I'd like it to be less expensive. I don't pay for Trello, nor email. Looking forward to using it for a year and deciding if it adds enough value to subscribe.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use gmail to manage several email accounts, and Drag lets me manage them in different columns.

  ### 20. My To do list tool and safe way to never miss a task from emails

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pierre G. | Marketing Lead for France, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 11, 2020

**What do you like best about Drag?**

Peace of mind : Since I use Drag (from its launch), I have the peace of mind that all the task I'm getting from emails are 100% take care of. Before drag, I was doing a back and forth between Gmail and Trello to fill up my to-do list and well, it was sometimes messy and inefficient.

No need for another tool : With the latest updates, Drag is finally replacing entirely Trello because I can add non-email related tasks on my lists, I take all my meeting notes within a card, assigned date and build to-do list right on the cards.

Amazing Support : I have to mention that the support is amazing + there are regular addition of new features that make Drag always better to work with. When I see how many features were added in just a year, I'm excited for the years to come to see what's the team will get us :)

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

I'm overall very happy with the product. I'm just hoping for an integration with Trello at some point because some team members use it as their main task management tool.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I manage my email and task way more efficiently.

  ### 21. Flexible enough for what I need

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2020

**What do you like best about Drag?**

I love the ease at which I can turn an email into a record for my Sales CRM. It really fits with what I need - and I've been through dozens of CRMs!

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

No Zapier integration yet, very basic automations, and no group email sequence ability (I'm told it's coming).

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A simple Sales CRM, email followups post calls

  ### 22. Kanban + Gmail is a killer combo

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2020

**What do you like best about Drag?**

Kanban layout is my favorite approach to task and project management. Centralizing those in my inbox is a "peanut butter meets chocolate" kind of pairing.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

Would love the ability to drag cards across personal and work accounts. (Maybe that exists and I just don't know?)

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Productivity / Task Management / Grouping communications by project as a "stack"

  ### 23. A dream app!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kensie T. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2020

**What do you like best about Drag?**

I love the very concept of Drag, of being able to organize my emails into specific categories, and then be able to very clearly see where the team is at in the process of carrying specific tasks etc. attached to those emails. It is so clean and organized!

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

One minor improvement could be when one is adding team members to various boards, you have to re-enter every single email. It would be more efficient to have those emails available as an option the first time you enter one on a drag board.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Drag we are able to stay more organized, and we know exactly what is going on with each project. There isn't this back and forth of the emails, "did you get this? did you lose this?". It makes everything much more efficient. We use it mainly for our customer service channels and it makes a world of difference being able to use the "Reply As" feature.

  ### 24. Helps sort my email

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 02, 2020

**What do you like best about Drag?**

Having several columns to sort email as they come is is great. I use additional columns of "To Do", "Waiting response" and "To read". It's so easy to move emails around between these. Also its easy to add a new item that isn't an email. I feel more in control of my emails.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

There is so much functionality that I haven't got to grips with it all yet. Being a light user, I don't gain maximum benefit from it.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organising emails and tracking tasks

  ### 25. Amazing!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Francisco Javier S. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2020

**What do you like best about Drag?**

having your emails like tasks its amazing, and everthing in one place, tracking has never been so easy

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

drags slows a little bit the loading page

**Recommendations to others considering Drag:**

its amazing to transform your gmail into a task software

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

the tasks that comes by email, are transformed in task with a responsable and due date, and without leaving gmail

  ### 26. The best solution for email sequencing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2020

**What do you like best about Drag?**

I like the email sequencing feature so that I start the automatic emails with a few click, and have them stop if someone replies. I also like that the custom fields pre-populate into all subsequent emails.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

I wish I could re-arrange the email sequence drafts, and if it could "pull" the first name from the contact so it can auto populate into the first draft.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I want to send a sequence of follow-up email without having to manually do it. I have save so much time not having to type out everything again!

  ### 27. My Review on Drag APP

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Penita W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2020

**What do you like best about Drag?**

What I like best about the Drag app is how it easy running my entire workflow just form my inbox. Before, I would had to switch back and forth which became kind of a hassle. Especially when trying to get work completed.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

There isn't anything that I don't dislike about the Drag app.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem that I am solving with Drag is it allows me to manage my time better and get things completed in on time. While staying on task and organize which is a big must for my business.

  ### 28. I don't know how I survived without Drag

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marina C. | Head de Pós-Graduação, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2020

**What do you like best about Drag?**

The automations makes my life easier by splitting my inbox into several boards. Whenever I'm short on time I could quickly check if there is any new messages in one of my most important boards by checking the red dot besides the board list. I never loose an important email since I started using drag! I also love the drag functionality that makes me feel comfortable by easily moving my emails between different columns! This makes me save a lot of time by not having to double check emails to understand which one I need to reply or not. Once moved to "done" column all I have to do is to pay attention on the "to do" column that will be automatically fullfilled with the automation!

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

No comments. It would be nice to have some kind of notifications about new emails on important boards. But the red dots are good enough!

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was struggling to properly manage my inbox having to reply to different email threads with different suppliers. I was always missing important messages from my boss or taking too long to reply to an important supplier. With drag I'm able to manage inbox easily and I never loose an important message again!

  ### 29. Good tool to make teams work in synergy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Writing and Editing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2021

**What do you like best about Drag?**

The Kanban-style allow us to have more visibility about what we have to do to achieve our goals

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

I think it could be more videos with more tips about Drag

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The synergy between teams for sure. Everyone is allowed to work together, that's something nice

  ### 30. Drag has helped me save time on a daily basis, right inside of GMail

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2020

**What do you like best about Drag?**

Being able to turn my inbox into a Kanban board has allowed me easily schedule my day with the follow ups that I need to make. It also allows me to track the status of all of the deals that I am currently working, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

I know this is common with alot of Freemium services but without the Paid version I can't remove the "We run on Drag" footer. I am using this for my work email and I can't have something like that in every email I send.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organization of work. Drag keeps me focused on what I need to do next and keeps things from falling through the cracks.

  ### 32. Excellent Product with Nice Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2020

**What do you like best about Drag?**

Drag is easy to use with excellent look & feel. Other products could learn a lot from what Drag has done.

Drag also is quite snappy. Some of the other Gmail add-ins I have used were very slow!

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

It would be great if you could combine (stack) related emails together.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tame my inbox!!! Drag is really helping me tame my inbox. I'm not at "Zero Inbox", but getting much closer thanks to Drag.

  ### 33. Drag was the tool I was looking for.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashwin R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2020

**What do you like best about Drag?**

Earlier is was a pain to keep track of the work I emailed to my team members. I used to make lists in a diary or Google Sheets. Now with Drag, the email itself becomes a task that can be tracked. It's intuitive, easy to use and most importantly it converts gmail into a work flow tracker. Great for projects too.
Also the service has been prompt and very responsive too.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

There are a few small glitches, but nothing worth mentioning. We learned how to deal with them. It was just about creating new habits.

**Recommendations to others considering Drag:**

Great for keeping track of work flow. Don't know why Gmail themselves aren't providing such features. It's a very much required natural extension to email that should be part of every business email client.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mainly, it helps me keep track of the work I delegate to my team members by using Gmail. The benefit is that I don't have to maintain a separate list for each team member anymore. Also, emails pertaining to a project can be dragged on to a board, so everything is in one place. The Kanban system too helps in organisation by dragging emails from one column to another with ease.

  ### 34. Priority and focus on the execution of added value.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Edmar M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2020

**What do you like best about Drag?**

The experience of a lean artifact in a collaboration tool.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

So far, I see no disadvantage in not using the available resources.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ability to prioritize, plan and execute demands and activities.

  ### 35. Good way to organize Email

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2020

**What do you like best about Drag?**

Being able to move and make notes on the emails in KABAN style

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

I dislike the inbox column. I wish it acted more like the gmail inbox. Like selecting all and marking them read. No way to bulk select items, each must be selected manually.

**Recommendations to others considering Drag:**

Try it

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizing my email into tasks, what I have done and what I havnt. Who I need to follow up with etc...

  ### 36. It is an excenllent option when you handle multiples clients at the same time thats needs follow up

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Leisure, Travel & Tourism | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2020

**What do you like best about Drag?**

It is an excenllent option when yoou handle multiples clients at the same time thats needs follow up
You can include the email chain and assing pending tasks.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

The sort of pending emails. I preffer to sort by the date the email was received instead of the date I put it on drag directory.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remember to answer all pending emails and the associated tasks.

  ### 39. A month in and the team is loving Drag

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lee T. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2020

**What do you like best about Drag?**

Drag has completely changed the way our design team collaborates on projects. The merging of email and kanban boards is a game changer and saves us having to run Trello behind our emails. I've tested all of the other similar offerings out there, but found Drag to be the simplest to use with the best feature set. It works seamlessly with Gmail rather than trying to become its own new platform. The support team has been amazing and the developers listen. Every suggestion I've had has been heard, and many are already features on the recent release roadmap. They certainly do make you feel part of the team.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

Not sure much a dislike, but a major missing feature for our particular use is email merging. However, this is on the roadmap for release in the coming months. I'm so happy and confident with our experience to date that I'm more than happy to wait for this feature to arrive.

**Recommendations to others considering Drag:**

Give the free trial a go and see how it goes, I'm sure you will love it.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to Drag, we were constantly forwarding on emails between our team, and it made for a messy workflow. Giving the design team a centralised inbox for team projects with a kanban board interface frees up time and makes managing projects much easier.

  ### 40. Great application at the heart of our IT stack

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Veterinary | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2020

**What do you like best about Drag?**

The enhancement of transparency and accountability was a game-changer for us. Save lots of time and allows us to use normal gmail accounts. The support & onboarding is good

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

Being UK based the support hours are very difficult for us in Australia. There's none available during normal work hours. A pity as the support is good

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Transparency & accountability

  ### 41. Great for shared inbox, support, and communication flows

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zane R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2020

**What do you like best about Drag?**

Integrates (almost) seamlessly with Gmail; so there's not really "another app" so much as "better Gmail". Design is clean and focused and pricing is pretty phenomenal.

Customer support has been phenomenal. I've gotten answers for everything through their online chat or via email, often in realtime.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

I'm committed to keeping my inbox clean, but Drag effectively uses the inbox is it's database... so when I archive email, it disappears from Drag. In some cases, that's fine, but in other cases I'm using Drag for audit records and I need to keep the emails in Drag. It is just possible to get emails out of the inbox and keep them in drag, but it involves extra steps and I worry it's fragile.

I find myself having to reload GMail a couple times per day to get Drag to refresh itself.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Used for "shared inbox" to help me offload direct emails. Also using for customer support and to create an audit trail of "processed" emails for compliance.

  ### 42. Makes my flooded inbox readable again

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Online Media | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2020

**What do you like best about Drag?**

Mails can be treated as tasks in columns in Gmail, and columns can be customized

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

So far it's all ok as i didn't have problems

**Recommendations to others considering Drag:**

Ideal for shared inboxes

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a media a receiving a lot of mails, which makes the inbox difficult to use and the team less efficient. Treating mails as tasks basically allows us to use our inbox again in an efficient way, and therefore not miss any opportunity to write about something.

  ### 43. Very helpful & Increases my productivity as a self-employed developer

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2020

**What do you like best about Drag?**

As a business owner I have many things going at once with projects and queries and Drag helps me keep it all organized.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

I wasn't very keen on the price at first, but it's well worth it.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of customer requests for project management, tracking customer emails, Drag helps me keep everything in it's place.

  ### 44. Solid add-on to the gmail platform.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Graphic Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2021

**What do you like best about Drag?**

Functionality and feel. Hits all the pieces that gmail doesn't have

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

Haven't found anything yet. I still need to work through the app.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The collaboration function and sharing emails and tasks with coworkers

  ### 45. Fantastic way to manage a shared inbox!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Transportation/Trucking/Railroad | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2020

**What do you like best about Drag?**

The ability to arrange emails by process and priority in a dynamic, collaborative environment is invaluable--so is the ability to create tasks, assign responsibility, and have conversations regarding particular emails.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

It definitely requires a mindshift. If your duties are narrow, and your inbox is filled with a homogenous bunch of emails that can be addressed with a FIFO approach, you won't see the benefit. But, for anyone who wears multiple hats and needs to keep everyone in a team up to speed, the extended learning curve is worth the effort!

**Recommendations to others considering Drag:**

Keep an open mind. It's a game-changer!

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're still in the evaluation phase, but this looks like an effective way to better serve our customers and maintain our vendor relationships.

  ### 46. INCREDIBLE, the entire manager that I always designed in my head

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rafael G. | Director de ventas, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 17, 2020

**What do you like best about Drag?**

Good program to manage tasks, without complications, simple and powerful, everything you desire and always dreamed of, and couldn't find anywhere.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

For now, nothing, it's a matter of adapting to the new functionality you find.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The management of my day-to-day and the emails that are being received.

  ### 47. Love the Kanban boards!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2020

**What do you like best about Drag?**

The ability to organize my emails in a visual way.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

Deleting emails is a bit clunky and time-consuming.

**Recommendations to others considering Drag:**

It is suited for basic needs and complex ones.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to create a to-do list from my email stream where I spend most of my time. It has helped me to plan my day efficiently.

  ### 48. So Helpful!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marie G. | Non Profit Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2020

**What do you like best about Drag?**

It's easy to collaborate and stay organized.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

When Drag is turned on for the inbox, I can't preview attachments. I have to download them to see them.
When I'm making notes on a card, if I don't click off it correctly, it doesn't save.

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Start-Up communication
Tech support ticketing

  ### 49. Very useful and easy to use! Support is fantastic.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rob L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2020

**What do you like best about Drag?**

UI is very clear and UX is easy to use, and best part is its right within your inbox.

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

I wish it had more integrations such as automating SMS

**Recommendations to others considering Drag:**

watch the videos

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

organizing my inbox is on of the biggest frustrations I've had, and DragApp helps tremendously

  ### 50. Great start! Still to new but has great room for improvement

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Management Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2020

**What do you like best about Drag?**

Big fan of the Kaban Boards and the help it could to keep organized

**What do you dislike about Drag?**

Not easy to quickly see whats happing. Miss the old note side panel for the emails and calendar needs more features

**Recommendations to others considering Drag:**

Has great potential!! The question to be asked is what are you using or trying to solve

**What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Use it as a CRM and day to day organization tool for email and todo. Haven't had a chance to fully test it and cant commit to move fully using it yet
