Drag is integrated into my daily work routine, and I particularly like that I can assign and move emails to my colleagues. This way, we can work on projects together, and they have access to my mailbox if I am out of the office. This makes collaboration much easier and saves time. The columns provide structure, so you don't lose track, and help to work more productively. The ability to integrate tasks directly into emails helps our team to better track tasks and ensure that nothing is overlooked. Additionally, the search function is extremely powerful, allowing you to quickly find relevant information despite many emails. Another advantage of Drag is its user-friendliness, which allowed me to quickly find my way around without needing a long training period. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When I move emails between categories or the mailbox is very full, there are unfortunately slight delays from time to time. However, this does not restrict me. A bit more speed would be desirable. Additionally, using Drag requires an internet connection, which can be problematic when working in places without a stable internet connection. Initially, I also didn't know how to contact customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
